    "    I was flippin' magazines in that place on Mercer Street, when I thought I spotted her, getting on a motor bike, looking rather lady like, didn't she just give me a wave, salty tears it's three in the afternoon, has she disappeared, is she really gone for good    "    Well how we all doin'?? Got through the after party stuff and back to the grind?? Was able to get out to see my brother in the hospital again. He's making good progress. Had a chance to visit some OLD time neighborhoods. Where my Grandpa use to live and what not. WOW, how stuff has changed in 45 yrs!! Did sell a few things on eBay this week, and I am rearranging about 1/2 of my auctions to see if I draw any better attention. Just been going along, feeling pretty good and cleaning up odds and ends. Was finally told my QDRO has gone through, and I requested new information on my retirement, I should see some information in about 2 weeks. Got my "letter" returned that I sent out in MAY(!?!?). Not deliverable and unable to forward as addressed. So now I need to think about stuff. I did see where she had 'rated' several places in this area, Sea-Tac airport and a Hotel in Tacoma, back in June?? So I don't know what that means. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! Good times were had by all

    "    Things are different today I hear ev'ry mother say, cooking fresh food for a husband's just a drag, so she buys an instant cake and she burns her frozen steak, ..  ..  and two help her on her way, get her through her busy day, Doctor please some more of these, outside the door, she took four more, what a drag it is growing old    "    Well it has been a busy time.Ran some errands last Thursday, my daughters showed up Friday!! Saturday was my 'surprise' birthday party!! It was just incredible!! The daughters had wrapped 60 gifts, so I was unwrapping gifts the WHOLE DAY!! Saw some long time ago ex-neighbors and some family I haven't seen in a very long time. I really enjoyed the whole day, and what a very nice event. Held at my sisters place with lots of food and booze, and booze!! It was a Rolling Stones Themed event and was very memorable! Then Sunday was a relax day and then back at it on Monday and yesterday spent running more errands. Today has a few things to do in it as well. Then trying to put together time to go see my brother again. WOW!!  CHOW MOI!!

The weather has been cooler, I mean 20 degrees or more cooler!! I hope that was the last of the 90's stuff. Well YES I did shave today, WOW!! Been just quiet the last several days. It seems I was on the go every day for a while, and it feels good to stay home and recover. I have been feeling better as well. I just don't think I can be out and be on the go for 4 or 5 days in a row. I need a 'break' in there some place. We got some rain so I hope my grass starts to green up. Of course that means it will need mowing again too. Did see my brother and he is still improving, just has a long ways to go, but he has a much better attitude. As for me, well just hummin' along. Ebay is, well eBay, and my fantasy baseball teams are about the same. I have just been doing what ever comes up for that day, getting through it and then tackling what comes along tomorrow. I went searching for some ex-little league team mates on Facebook the last several days. I think I found a few, just waiting for a reply back to my e-mails. I have a baseball that they all signed when I got hurt back in the day. I have held onto that ball this whole time. Kind of cool to go over it and see the names. I hope I find a few of them.     "    You got the diamonds from the mine, well that's all right it'll buy some time, tell me honey what will I do,when I'm hungry and thirsty too, feeling foolish and that's for sure, just waiting here at your kitchen door, hey baby what's in you eyes?    "    Well been another couple of busy days. Got the yard mowed before it got too hot the other day. Went and did some grocery shopping the other day, and then had the HVAC guy out to service the heat pump. He says everything looks great!! Cool good for another year! Will re-list on eBay today, did sell one item on Monday. The PGA Championship is going on right now and I am in great shape for my three fantasy golf leagues!! Trying to make time to go see my brother again, he has been moved to a Skilled Nursing Facility and will get treatment and rehab and fitted for his prosthetic as well. I hear plans are coming together for my 'surprise' birthday party. I am looking forward to seeing some long time friends!! PLUS, I may get to spend a day or two with my daughters. That is ALWAYS fun!! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! Happy Birthday to ME!! OH YEA!!

WOW!!  I have lost count as to how many!?!? Been a busy week more trips into Seattle to see my brother, he appears to be progressing along well. He has gotten through the surgery and is learning to deal with the missing foot. Has been doing some physical therapy, but MUCH more to come. They will be moving him to a skilled nursing place to continue rehab. I had my third visit to the new neurologist today and nothing new. I have reduced response and capacity in different nerves in my legs, probably due to the Stenosis and being over weight. He said really nothing else going on. OK, stuff I already knew, but still good to get it confirmed. I guess I loose the battle for the life insurance paperwork. I think I will let it lie for a time being, and then take up the charge again. Did get myself a little some'n, some'n for a birthday present, a nice fresh bottle of Honey Bourbon. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! My party is progressing good I hear. Still nothing happening on eBay, and the fantasy baseball teams are STILL getting clobbered! But, so be it, I have been staying inside during the hot weather, and my truck's A/C is NOW acting up. It is not getting cold.  CHOW MOI!!
