HEY ALL!! Here comes the rain

    "    I've been working so hard, and feelin' no pain, sure got pains in my head, my legs feel limp, don't want to hear no noise, don't want to hear you cuss, I need peace of mind, don't you make no fuss    "    Well it looks like the rain's a comin'. Guess it's that time of year. It has been a great summer in the Pacific Northwest!! I bought my truck in January 1999. I went to test drive it, got in, the seat was set all the way back. I drove it, bought it, and have NEVER adjusted the seat! So I get in the truck the other day to go to the post office, and I have problems getting it into gear. I can't get the clutch pedal all the way to the floor! So I adjusted the seat, and all is fine now. I have lost that much weight that after OVER 322,000 miles I had to adjust the seat!! COOL, VERY COOL!! Just struck me as funny. Well down to the final weekend of Fantasy Baseball. I am currently in 1st, two 5th's and 7th. Been an OK year. Couple of things I did wrong, but for the most part it has been a blast!! Was able to sell a few items on eBay, and even found a couple of GEMS for me!! I hope to see eBay pick up between now and the holidays.Waiting on my final evaluation of my retirement account. I requested the information 5 weeks ago. I called last week and was told that it takes awhile because of the QDRO on the account, they have to manually figure all the information. WHAT EVER!!  CHOW MOI!!

Well I have been doing good. Been stalking and buying on eBay and have found some REAL NICE MORSELS!! Have been able to pick a few GEMS at a REAL LOW price. NICE!! Just add them to my collection. I have started a spread sheet on my two guys, and so far am about 80% done with the first one. Got the spread sheet broken down into all the right categories, and finding some interesting results. Only several cards so far that I have double of, and I knew about those. Pretty much back to normal, have been a little more tired after a trip 'out'  then before. But feeling GOOD! Still waiting on the 'retirement' stuff to see what my next step will be. I would have thought I would have had that by now, I think it's been 4 weeks.Got all my insurance paperwork from the doctor and fired all that stuff of to the Big 'Pru". Now just need to wait and see what they think. Probably NOW good. Heaven forbid they 'pay out' ANYTHING!! It's not like they might go broke or something. Any way, got eBay items ending next week, and sold one item so far. Hope to get a few more moved. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! All the games count

    "    now I bet your mama was a tent show queen, and all her boyfriends were sweet sixteen, I'm no schoolboy but I know what I like, you should a heard me just around midnight    "    Well still moving along, been some easy days as I still kind of recuperate from my Viral Gastro thing. Did make a trip to my doctors and got results from the latest MRI. No real changes, there is some 'pinching' on the outside of the spinal cord as well. Doc said that I could get a shot of steroids to help relieve the swelling and get some temporary comfort, any where from 1 month to 5 months. Something to think about. All the rest of my numbers look good. I am losing about 1.5 Kilo's a month, and all my blood numbers were in line. Still doing OK on the Fantasy Baseball, and eBay has just stopped. I have been looking for some buys, and have found a few miss named cards at a GREAT price. May try to get out this week and visit an old friend. Could be fun. I have been going through my cards and starting to get a listing put together to see what I have. A complete list would help me if I want to buy something to make sure I don't double up on anything.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! whiskey for all my men, beer for all my horses

I am feeling much better, seem to be getting better each day. Was even able to go for an MRI the other day. This time it was an 'open' MRI machine. MUCH better than the last two I have had. This machine was like a bun, and you slide in between the halves. The back and sides are open, and the machine is not as long as a regular one. Was even able to do it without any pre-procedure 'helper'. Now go to my regular doctor for follow up and results. I am still hanging on with my fantasy baseball. I am in 1st, two 6th's and 7th places. I have been getting some injuries that have hurt. But, so far OK. Only about 2 weeks left. Nothing going on with eBay. I am re-thinking my listings and trying something new this time around. Feels so good to be back to B-B-Q-ing and eating regular foods. And not spending ALL day on the throne!!  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! BACK in the saddle .. again

Well I got a case of VIRAL GASTROENTERITIS, and let me tell you  ..  it's BAD(!!) stuff. I have been on the "THRONE" almost every hour for the last 10 days. WOW!! I am feeling better now, I took the magic trio of Gatorade, Probiotics, and Metamucil. I am still not 100% but getting close every day. Funny thing too, in the middle of all of this I had scheduled for the septic tank to be pumped. Anyway trying to get back to normal, or what ever. Did loose some weight and like that part. My fantasy baseball teams really did nothing while I was distracted, and eBay sold one item a week ago. WOW?? I rearranged some of the auctions on eBay to see if that would make a difference. Well I have one item that is book value at about $1350.00. I had put a reserve on it, good thing too. The high bid was $329.00!?!? I guess they just keep looking for the 'steal', well not on my watch. I have no problem paying 50% - 60% of bool for an item, and have done some lots of times. I have even paid more on occasion. But these guys are buying the set to re-sell to a waiting customer, that they are going to get 80% - 90% out of. I have always said that I don't mind paying someone and they make a profit. I just am not going to be the one that they make so much off of that they can PAY THE RENT!! I have several doctor appointments schedule this week, and none of them are related to my VIRAL thing.
