HI ALL!! World Series Game 7 .. 'nuf said

I was a hooker losing her looks, I was a writer couldn't write another book, I was dried up dying to get wet, I was a tycoon drowning in debt    "    Well another incredible day for Baseball!! It's the happiest day AND the saddest day of the year for a baseball fan. Happiest, YES it's GAME 7!! The greatest one game challenge in sports. The whole year comes down to this! The saddest?? Yes, regardless of who wins today, THERE IS NO BASEBALL TOMORROW!! Now you gotta wait till the first of April for meaningful games to start again. Yes both aspects in one day. WOW!! Nothing going on with eBay, did not sell anything this month. I get the feeling I should just put things up for sale at a ridicules low price, just to sell stuff. But, then I remember how much time and money I spent putting this collection together. AND, I think about it. I am not sure what I am going to do. I do know for a FACT, that patience is king on eBay. Weather you are buying or selling, patience is a key to being successful. I have a couple of ideas I am going to try and see what happens. Other than that not much else going on, my brother is home from his medical stuff. He has a lot of things to do to keep his house and get squared away. I have been helping him along, giving him steps to do. I am not sure if he will be able to pull this off, but I will help any way I can. For myself, got things lined up for now, which is odd. Since I have been off work I have been fighting for things. And for now it is quiet. I also know that the quiet may not last for lang, so enjoy it.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! calm before the storm .. or is it quiet time

    "    Oh a storm is threat'ning my very life today, if I don't get some shelter oh yeah I'm gonna fade away  ..  ..  Ooh see the fire is sweepin' our very street today, burns like a red coal carpet mad bull has lost its way    "    Well things are falling into place. I got my retirement information, they sent it overnight!! It was about what I thought, if I start drawing it now I get $127 a month. If I wait two years it goes up to $157, and if I wait till I am 65 it's $321. WOW!! All that after 15 years of service. WOW I hope I don't drive 'em into bankruptcy!! Of course if I had stayed fro another 20 years or so. It would be pretty nice. But now I know and can make decision from there. I just am not sure what I want to do. In my current state of finance, I am not sure if $127 a month will do that much. BUT it is $127 a month!! I will spend some time and evaluate things. I am still waiting to hear from the Mortgage Company about dropping the MIP coverage, that's $86 a month!! Heard from my brother yesterday. His girl friend left, told him she was tired of the shit and fuck off. He thinks she will be back in a few days. But he has not made any progress on getting his affairs in order. Someone is going to have to help him. And mostly he is there to tell what ever company you are talking to that they have his permission to discuss the matter with you. I am going to try and get my sister to help. Maybe we can make a trip into see him gather up everything and spend a day or two going through it all. He has some options. I am just not sure what they are, or how they will help him. But it can not be put off any further.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! four fingers, four rocks, no water

I did re-list and made some changes. Hope it makes a difference. I am STILL fighting with my retirement company to get a breakdown on my pension!! It has been almost NINE WEEKS since I requested the information. Found out today that they had to send it out to a third party to get the numbers??!!??!! WHAT you're a pension company, how can you NOT be able to figure the numbers?? WOW!! They did call me today and tell me they had the numbers and would over-night the information to me TODAY. We shall see. Also a moment of reflection today,it was twelve years ago that I lost my Father. I do think of him daily. I am now realizing how much I truly learned from him over the years. I am waiting to hear from the Mortgage company about dropping the MIP on my loan. If I get that dropped and can get some pension money going, I think I may be able to survive on disability and retirement, MAYBE!?!? Now getting ready for the World Series to start! CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! That dog will hunt

Got a letter from my other MAJOR American Insurance Corporation. They approved my disability waiver of premium. WOW!! Plus they sent me a refund of the premiums I had paid since 11/2013!! GO FIGURE!! The first company (I will call JH), had approved me to stay on the waiver, and the second company (I will call PR) approved me to get back on the waiver. Got the letters the same day. Funny thing the last paragraph in both letters are exactly the same, except the phone number. Both say to advise them if I return to work. But they are worded the same!! It is just odd, I had told PR that JH had approved me back in early 2013, and they said each company is different. really??? 'Cause you BOTH use the same letter writer!! Also called my other favorite LARGE American Corporation, the mortgage company (I will call CH). They are looking into dropping my MIP (Mortgage Insurance). It runs over $80 a month, that would be a great drop in payments!! Good Times!! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! your are NOT in the plan

WOW!! I have got to do better than that! Well in the mail the other day was a bill from my doctor, dated 09/2013. Says I owed over $440.00, and the insurance company was not paying?? So I called the doctors and was told the insurance company was not responding to the bill. So I called the insurance company, they said they were not paying on the bill because my doctor was NOT in the plan?? I told them that was impossible, the FIRST thing I ALWAYS do is check to see if my doctors and hospitals are in the plan BEFORE I ever decide. They insisted "NO" doctor NOT in plan. I went around and around with them. There is not way to double check on the plan, because the plan was dropped on Jan 1st of 2014 because it did not conform to the Affordable Health Care Act. I went around and around again telling them I know better and that HAS ALWAYS been the first thing I do when selecting an insurance plan. No luck, what a surprise, heaven forbid the insurance company EVER admit they made a mistake. So I called Doctors office and they would check into it. So today the insurance company called me and told me they talked to the doctors office and was able to agree to let the doctor reduce the bill to match what the 'in plan' charges would be. So it reduced my bill to about $250.00. WOW?? Of course the insurance company is NOT going to send any money!! Figures, typical insurance company! One of the items was a flu shot, and they said that that charge would NOT be altered!?!? Get real, you make the mistake, own up to it!! How stupid would I have to be to choose a plan that does not include the ONLY local hospital and a doctor I have been going to for 20 years!?!?!?!? I KNOW what I selected, and my doctor WAS on the list when I choose it. So any way, we will see what other considerations the doctors office will come up with. Also had eBay end today, no luck, I had gotten some good looks and 'watches' but no buyers. OH WELL, just re-list and move on. As they say " It only takes one!". CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! your turn to buy a round

    "    I can't stand it when the sun comes up, gonna need some comfort, 'cause I can't stand up, shut the blinds I'm gonna shut the shades, and tell the neighbors we'll be gone for days    "    OK, how goes it?? It's been a busy couple of days. Did get the yard mowed, and it looks MARVELOUS!! Was able to blow away a bunch of leaves, only to have them drop back over night. But it looks good and I hope maybe only one more mow this year. Still need to do some winterizing outside, but that can wait a few days. I have re-listed with eBay and hope to sell a bunch this time. Been feeling good the last several days, getting stuff done and things tidied up. Several errands to run this week, but should be a nice simply week. The new ceiling fan is working great. Still not sure what the problem was with the remote. I have taken the batteries out of the remote and use the wall switch to turn on the fan. Just have it set at a steady speed for now. I am still losing belt holes on my belts. I just added several to each belt in the early part of the summer. Now it's time ti punch a few more!! Guess that's a good thing!!?? It sure feels good! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! and the post season has begun

    "    A glimpse of you was all it took, a stranger's glance it got me hooked, and I followed you across the stars, I looked for you in seedy bars, what are you scared of baby, it's more than just a dream, I need some time, we make a beautiful team    "    Well YES, it is post season time for Major League Baseball. I think it's a great time, but it does signal the end of baseball. I finished OK in my fantasy leagues. I took 1ST!!, 5th, 6th and 7th. For a few points more I could have been in the upper division in all four leagues. Ebay has slowed again. Not sure what to expect at this point. Finally after 6 and 1/2 years we got the fan up!! Looks VERY nice, blends in perfectly. I am having some issues with the battery that goes in the remote. The ONLY way to operate the fan is with the remote. Put a brand new, fresh battery in it yesterday, and this morning the battery was dead! So I will have to investigate and see what the problem could be. I am trying to figure out a good time to mow the yard. It needs it, so probably this week some time. I will get ready for winter as well. Roll up the hoses and put them away and w few other things. I hope this is the last time I have to mow this year. Still waiting on my retirement information!?!? They are taking along time, it's been over 6 weeks at this point. When I called last week I was told that because their was a QDRO involved it would take longer to do. WHAT EVER!! I will try and remain patient. I am also waiting to hear about my wavier of premium from Prudential Insurance, again will have to exhibit of understanding???? Maybe. Other than that just rollin' along. CHOW MOI!!
