    "    she cooked me up some eggs, then she made some tea, kissed me on the cheek and I turned on her TV, it was all the usual crap, all the usual sleaze, for ten thousand quid some bimbo spilled the beans, yeah, on the cold grey town, and the phone kept of ringing    "    Well got in some errands this morning, store P.O. and then back home. Had a little lunch and checked my fantasy baseball leagues. Most of the lineups are NOT posted until later in the afternoon. So I have to check several times to see who is playing and who is not each day. I have kind of hit a stale point with the baseball leagues. I have not moved much, if ANY at all in the last week. This is the time of year where injuries and what not seem to start catching up with you. So I am just being diligent each day and trying to gain a little ground each time. Things have slowed at eBay as well. I am even running a 20% off sale. I have gotten a few 'offers', but they are NOT very interesting. So it goes. Keep listing the items and who knows, it only take one!! Looks like we got good weather through the weekend, then rain on Monday. I think I will try to mow the yard on Sunday. Some of the yard is already starting to turn brown from no water. So a good rain will be welcome. It has been too hot the last several days, over 80%. For me, in the Pacific Northwest, that is TOO hot. Still working on my one life insurance company that is NOT in the automatic disability payment plan. It looks like I will drop the coverage. It is too expensive now, and will only go up each yearly anniversary. So cancel it or I will lose it. Checked on a new policy, but same thing, starts expensive and goes up. Not something I want. Should be able to BBQ several times this weekend. COOL!!  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! flip your collar give me a hollar

I wait as the days go by, I long for the nights to go by, I hear the knock on my door that never comes, I hear the telephone that hasn't rung    "    Well had a nice weekend. Was able to watch the Indy 500, ALL OF IT, from start to finish. I have watched that race for a very LONG time. I remember when it was a BIG deal that they would broadcast it in the evening, after it had ran that morning. Then some general stuff around the house. Had my sister and family over yesterday for BBQ, good times, good food. Was able to chill through the weekend and am now trying to get some things finalized this week. Still waiting to hear back from my insurance guy again. Should get some mail regarding my company pension stuff this week and the finalize that. And need to figure out the baseball cards for my sister's garage sale at the end of June. Have been getting some offers on eBay for my stuff but nothing I have 'jumped' on as yet.  CHOW MOI!!

Got a couple of rib-eye's all ready to go!! I have even been selling a couple of items on eBay this week so far!! I am running a 20% off "Memorial Day' sale. Seems to be attracting lookers, and some buyers!! COOL!! Really don't have plans for this weekend. Probably stay home, spend sometime outside, and mainly just relaxing. Do have to start going through my baseball cards in the 5000 and 3000 count boxes. My sister is going to have a garage sale towards the end of June and I want to put some baseball cards in the sale. I will sell a 5000 count box for $100 and then take offers, but defiantly NOT below $50. I think about a penny a card is a great deal. If they don't sell for that, FINE!! I will keep them and list them on another site that I can get 18 cents per. But this might be a way to get several boxes sold and gone and a few bucks to boot. Been out and about the last two days, so just chillin' today. Catching up on some internet stuff and going through the mail from the last several days. Had a real BAD meal from Taco Bell yesterday. They forgot an item, the taco's were just thin and almost empty, with not a lot of taste. The burrito was good. Seems like they haven't changed any. I am NOT a big 'quick' food guy. Especially after having worked in restaurants for so long. But Mom wanted to try it. They were new to our town. So now back to home cooked meals!! With OF COURSE the occasional pizza!! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! still looking for you

Was able to get out and mow the yard, and then put down some more fertilizer. Got a few other little things done as well. Been selling one item a day this week on eBay. That's fine! I am down to 110 listing, after starting out over 300!! Spent yesterday building my dossier on my friend from Texas. I still am not sure why I continue to chase after her. I would really like to say"HI" and find out how she is doing. All I can say is my skip tracing abilities continue to come in handy for me. I guess it's one of those things that I can do VERY well. My fantasy baseball teams are back to struggling, we are about at the 1/4 point of the season. I can see improvement in several of them. So I will continue to keep plugging along. I have managed to win the last two golf fantasy weeks however. I am not taking the league by storm, but I have picked the winner twice in a row now. Been able to BBQ this week, and just relaxing. I think I over did it on Saturday when I was out in the yard. So the last several days have been S-L-O-W. And that's OK. CHOW MOI!!

Not a bad week, got one item sold on eBay, made a little progress to climb out of the second division in four of my fantasy baseball leagues. By the way, what is 'second division'?? Does ANYONE remember that saying in relation to baseball?? Drop me a comment if you do. Looks like it's time to mow the yard again. The fertilizer and weed control I put down several weeks ago is working good. You can SEE the difference in the grass length and color. I think I will try to buy some more fertilizer and get that down after I mow again. Not sure about my 'new' grass, it doesn't seem to really be doing any thing. Might try to tackle some other outside projects (wishes) as well this weekend, I think we are suppose to get rain late Saturday and Sunday. Not much else going on, have been able to BBQ the last several nights, had our FAVORITE meat yesterday, Pork Shoulder Steak. That meat just NEVER disappoints!! It is ALWAYS tasty and good!! Had to go to the store for some groceries (over $300). Then had to re-list items on eBay. I had to convert some over to a different format. Then re-price most of the items, then add 'best offer' to all the items. Took me awhile. But, all is re-listed and with the right duration, format, price and offer. NICE!! Did make some other calls to get some 'stuff' squared away. Hope the next several days are quieter and more relaxing. I need to reprogram my USB drive to add some new Stones songs I have put onto my play list. I am up to something like 300 items and over 22 hours of listening!! COOL!! Not much else happening, hope to get out and BBQ again shortly, MAYBE tonight. Looks like the yard needs a mow again. And I probably need to get my landscaper back to do some more work. CHOW MOI!!

You know That's National Outdoor Intercourse Day!!  SO go outside and .. well talk to someone!?!? Well just going along, nothing really new this week. Got in some information on my retirement account. So next week I will spend researching what will be my best option. Still trying to get information on one of my life insurance policies. The premium keeps going up and I am trying to get information on what options I might have. Been quiet on eBay again. AND, I am trying to generate some deals on a couple of my fantasy baseball teams. I have also taken a more "statistical" look at my fantasy gold selections. I use a bunch of stats to choose my fantasy baseball, so I thought I would use the same logic for the fantasy golf. Time will tell. Good weather this weekend and hope to get out and do some minor outdoor stuff. I got to finish up the repair and assembly of my vise as well. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! .. spring time and it's all swelled up

    "    sometimes I'm up sometimes I'm down, sometimes I'm fallin' on the ground, now look here baby, it sure looks sweet, in the sleep time out in the street, oh been a sick man I wanna dry, Lord I'm a drunk man, but now I'm dry    "    Well how is it that at spring time, the grass grows, the weeds grow, the trees get leaves on them. Your bills increase, insurance goes up, etc, etc. Spent the day on the phone figuring out why home owners insurance went up {they had an across the board increase -20%??-}, then called to find out why my doctors bill was more. They had a change in the billing department and messed up on the billing cycle, so everyone got charged more interest for a missed payment, that WASN'T really missed. Made another call about an increase in billing as well. I guess places think that since it's spring time, then everyone gets billed more! OH well! Got the problems handled. Did get out and get the yard mowed over the weekend. Was also able to get some weed killer down. Now I just wait for results to show up. Still enjoying the good weather and bar-b-queing each night. Have chatted with one daughter to see what the plans are for this summer, maybe I'll get a few days!! Did not sell anything this weekend on eBay. Had to make changes to my listing when I re-listed. There was a change in some of the policies and listing requirements. Hoping for a solid week in the fantasy baseball world. I am barely holding my own. My golfer I picked DID win the golf fantasy this weekend!! CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! Happy? May Day

I just don't get it. Yes we HAVE rights, you have rights, I have rights. BUT, when my rights infringe upon yours, then a compromise must be reached. So tell me how does burning down a drug store and just destroying an inner city help with ANY cause?? Go protest!! but DO NOT DESTROY your fucking city. I would not care if a million people were out to protest a cause. GOOD FOR THEM!! BUT, the first time one of those dip sticks picks up a rock and throws it at the police, or burns down somebody else's business place, THEN YOU GET EVERY BIT OF PUNISHMENT that can be doled out!! I hope there were some people in that Baltimore riot that lost their jobs because they burned down their own place of employment. How stupid can you get?? Go protest, but leave the rocks and touches at home! I think MLB did the right thing by cancelling two games, shutting the public out of a third, and then moving the nest three games to another city! Anyway that's my take. Now off my soap box, eBay was kind last week. Sold several items, fun times! My fantasy baseball teams have been S-L-O-W-L-Y improving. I think it's mow the yard time again. I went yesterday and got a battery for the mower. My new grass does not seem to be coming up very fast. I will have to watch it. CHOW MOI!!
