HEY ALL!! when is the rainy weather coming .. soon

    "    The cold gray town, and the phone kept ringing, and we made sweet love, everybody's dreaming, everybody's scheming, until the rain fall down, she cooked me up some eggs, then she made some tea, kissed me on the cheek, and I turned on her TV, it was all the usual crap, all the usual sleaze, for ten thousand quid some bimbo spilled the beans    "    Well it's been a good week. Got in and had my two new crowns put on. Some pain, a lot of tender. Should go away over time, maybe a week or two, or could be a month or so. Anyway, after three days it feels a lot better, and I am able to chew on it -some. Another good guitar practice, and some more stuff to work on. Going to try and grill tonight, it feels like my grilling days are getting slim!! Rain for this weekend. The weather has turned, but I like it. Much cooler and bearable for me. This is the last few days of fantasy baseball. I am in first place in two leagues, second place in four, and seventh place in two. So overall a good season. I got a chance to improve in a couple of them, we'll see. At this point in the season it's hard to make up any ground. Nothing going on with eBay, even after I started my BIG sale, I thought there would be a bump.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! .. debate this .. it's a long road to the election

    "    Well it makes you feel like you wanna cry, well you've been my lover for a long long time, I want my lover I want it back again, yeah a little sick yeah a little bit darling, yeah take it down, come on back to me baby, come on back    "    Just a little late to get postings done this time. I have been spending more time than usual on the fantasy baseball teams. It as at that point of the season where I am doing my favorite little trick. I load up with nine starting pitchers for one day, the max you can start. That gives me eight extra starts over the limit of 200. Sometimes it pays off, others times not so much. Today is the last day for that. I 'may' do it on the last day of the season for one other team, but I am in first place and may not need to. Nothing going on with eBay. I did finally find a card I have been looking for since it came out in 2007. So that is ONE MORE set that is COMPLETE!! I will list that set, actually two sets when I relist the current stuff. I have not gotten any response to the sale I got going right now. BUT, there is about two weeks yet to go. Got several errands to run this week, including getting my new two crowns!!  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! it's late September and I really should be back at school

    "    In another land where the breeze and the trees and the flowers were blue, I stood and held your hand and the grass grew high and the feathers floated by, I stood and held your hand and nobody else's hand will ever do, nobody else will do then I awoke, was this some kind of joke, much to my surprise I opened my eyes    "    Well it's been another busy week, had guitar practice, had to get another bottle of air for the soda streamer, then gas. And, then was grocery shopping the next day. So Friday is just a relax and chill day. My fantasy baseball has been busy. I am at the point of the season where I have started doing my favorite little trick. You are limited to just 200 starts by your staring pitchers in most leagues. So I figured out several years ago, that if you stop at 199 starts, then then next day start 9 (the max for one day) pitchers all 9 starts count and you can get 208 starts total. So I am in the middle of doing that with three of my teams this week. And a fourth one early next week. You have to line up the starters you want and make sure nothing else slips in. Just some figuring and research to see who's coming up and who you want to pitch. But, after this week, then it will be even slower, because I will NOT be able to use any starters for the rest of the year. Started a 'sale' on eBay yesterday. Hope to generate some business!! The weather has turned a little, cooler and some rain today. That is all just fine with me.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! football is in full swing now

    "    So now that she is gone, you won't be sad for long, for maybe just an hour or just a moment of the day, .. .. .. .., she's not home when you call, so you can go to all the places where she use to go, but she has gone away    "    Yeah with the 2nd week of pro ball, and the 3rd of college I guess football is in full swing now. Which is NOT something a baseball fan likes to say. The ONLY up side is that if football is starting, then the baseball playoffs are not far from starting either. It is a real good race in both leagues for the wild card spots. AND, my Seattle Mariners are in the middle of it!! Should be a fun week or so. Did sell one item on eBay this week. But nothing else. Still slow, but maybe this one sale is the start of something. I will be having a big sale in about 10 days. Still enjoying and playing my guitar. Learning a couple of new cool songs. And really sounding pretty good on both of them. My sister's family was over on Saturday. She invited herself over for dinner. Had hew hubby and son fix our kitchen sinks. Both were leaking around the drain catch. Now working great!! Not much else going on. Got hotel and dinner reservations made for my daughters Hall of Fame induction next month. It should SO COOL!! CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! how steep is the learning curve

Learned some new things at guitar lessons. Learned the 'ghost' bend. It's the opening note to 'Wild Thing' which I'd learned a while ago. I pulled it out and started to play it again. I had forgotten about the opening note. SO very cool. I just keep playing and asking questions, and my instructor just keeps me moving along. Nothing going on with eBay. I has reduced the prices and added in shipping fees. But still a reduction in over all costs. Nothing at this point. It may still be a lot of focus on football. I think in about a week or so I will do a 'sale', maybe 10% off or something and see if I can't get some action. My fantasy baseball teams are winding down. I am doing well in about 6 of the leagues. Got a real chance at winning 4 of them I think. Still getting in the grilling time when ever I can. I can feel a difference in the weather when I sit out there and grill. Feels like autumn is on the way. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! right key but the wrong key hole yo

    "    When love comes so late it'll really hit hard, it slams through the gate it'll catch you off guard, everyone said "what a perfect love match, 'cause she is so smart she's a hell of a catch", I was drinking in love gulping it down, drifting for months on a billowing cloud, but after awhile I stopped to rebel, I'm back in the past and I'm raising up hell    "    Well an OK weekend. Got my new custom guitar strap in late Friday. It is SOOOOO COOL!! This is the second one I have gotten from the same guy. He does an incredible job on them. Nice wide, heavy duty leather strap, it totally solves the 'heavy neck' issue with SG guitars!! I couldn't be happier!! Gave him a BIG shout out on FB. Re-listed my eBay stiff. Took some money off, but added shipping cost. So we shall see what happens. Not much else going on, guess we are in for another week of well above average hot weather this coming week. My mouth is feeling a lot better. Still some soreness in a couple of spots, but getting better every day.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! college football is in FULL bloom

Had a chance to chat with my guitar instructor. Told him I felt like I was just chasing 'riffs'. And, wanted to learn some songs. He thought that would be a good idea. Chasing riff's is OK. But learning whole songs is good too. So he got me started on one, and I'm going to pull out an old one I learned before. I will work on both of those this week. Now, I just got to be sure and not to start chasing songs, like I did riffs!! Nothing going on with eBay, so I'm going to mix it up a bit and see if I can't get some action. Do some price changing and shifting on my shipping costs. See if I can't get some sales!! Baseball cards should pick up around playoffs, and I want to be ready! Not really too much else going on. Putting plans together for my daughters induction into the dance coaches Hall of Fame Ceremony. Also got to get the heat pump's annual preventive maintainence done soon. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! .. can't wear white after Labor Day

    "    She confessed her love to me, then she vanished on the breeze, trying to hold onto that was just impossible, she was more than beautiful, closed to etherial, with a down to earth kind of flavor, close my eyes it's three in the afternoon, then I realize that she's really gone for good    "    Well had a nice weekend. My jaw, tooth area that had the two and a half hours of work on it is doing good. Not any 'pain' but plenty of 'sore'. But able to eat and sleeping well at night. Still taking some pain meds but trimming down each day. Was able to grill all weekend and had some GREAT meals. Nothing going on with eBay. I'm sure it's due to the football season starting up. Seems to be a slowing of baseball stuff this time of year. Should pick up a little during the playoffs, and then over the off season. Still strumming the guitar, AND still enjoying it every day. I really like my new amp and guitar!! So many different options for sound from both. I just kind of find an FX I like on the amp and stay with that for several days. Haven't really explored different settings with the guitar yet. BUT, that's coming. Fantasy baseball is going well. Finding each day more and more owners who have stopped playing baseball to go play fantasy football. That is the ONE thing I hate the most about fantasy baseball. If certain teams are not doing well the owners just stop playing and go start their football stuff. That really puts a crimp in the league and makes it hard to catch and pass other teams. It take the whole league to stay competitive to have a really great season. AND, that just doesn't happen a lot of the times, So be it. Starting to get the thoughts of the holiday season going, all most that time.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! is it soup yet

    "    You know that we do take away, we deliver too, open 24 hours babe, just waiting on a call from you, waiting on a call from you, well I'm in the yellow pages just take a look, look me up under services you know it's just an open book, babe it's just an open book    "    Well made it through the TWO and a HALF HOURS (2.5) in the dentist chair yesterday. WOW!! First thing was to grind down the two back molars to prep them for crowns. WOW!! I mean GRIND, taking out old fillings and all. Then rebuild them for the new crowns in a couple of weeks. Then fix a cavity in the fourth tooth. THEN, pull -extract- the third tooth and plant an implant rod into the BONE, to prep for an implant seat and crown in about three months!! The dentist STOOD up to pull the tooth, AND it came out in pieces!! HOLY SHIT!! I mean he was "leaning" hard on me to get all of that tooth out. BUT, did it,a nd he was VERY happy with his work. Said everything went very well. Now it's just healing up time. Not in really any pain this morning, but sore and tired. My back is hurting a lot from being in the chair for so long I'm sure. So this weekend will be just a chill and relax weekend. Have only taken two pain meds so far. But, I mean 2.5 hours!! This was my NINTH tooth being pulled!! And should be my 7th or 8th crown!! All that to go along with a couple of root canals. FUN TIMES!! Nothing really going on with eBay. Have gotten several request for different things but nothing solid. One guy looking for some cards in a set that he wanted me to break up. NOT GONNA HAPPEN!! Some rain this weekend as well. So I think it's soup tonight and then we'll see from there.  CHOW MOI!!
