HI ALL!! easy and sunny side up

    "    Honey is there any place you would like to eat, I know a coffee shop down on fifty-second street, and I don't need no fancy food, and I don't need no fancy wine, and I sure don't need the tears you cry, yeah a movie house on Forty-Second street ain't a very lovely place for you and I to meet, watching the snow swirl around your hair and around your feet, and I'm thinking to myself she surly looks a treat    "    Well had a GREAT weekend with both my daughters!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! It makes your daddy feel good when he gets to spend some time with his daughters. Had a nice relaxing weekend, my sister and family came by for dimmer and visit on Saturday. Had the carpets cleaned today, WOW did they need it. They look a lot better!! Still some spots he couldn't get up. But much cleaner! Should be another day or two before all the furniture is back in place. I will probably need some help as well. But had to get it done. Not much else going on, eBay is still silent, and the weather has been rainy one day, sunny the next. All is good however at this point. Just keep keeping on, and a little guitar to boot.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! black Friday to ya

    "    I see a line of cars and they're all painted black, with flowers and my love both never to come back, I see people turn their heads and quickly look away, like a new born baby it just happens ev'ry day    "    well had a great dinner and such at my sister's place yesterday. My 14 yr old nephew made the vast majority of the meal. His dad did deep fry the turkey however. Nice easy times, a little football and plenty to eat. Sometimes it's a little 'out of place' to be there. But yesterday went OK. Not much planned for today. Hope to see my daughters today, and hope they stay for the weekend. Need to put a couple of new belt holes in my belt, it's getting too big!?!?!? Which is a GOOD thing!! Nothing going on with eBay, I got some kind of sale running on every one of my items, but nothing yet. Think I'll play a little guitar and watch the Apple Cup this afternoon. Really got nothing planned for the daughters when they show up. We'll just play it by ear. I hope they cook us dinner tomorrow evening. Might have them help me locate my growing indoors tree. It's getting to big and is burning the tops of the branches on the grow bulb, so I need to preposition it, just not sure where.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! fixin' to get ready

    "    Oh your love is a sweet addiction, I can't clean you out of my veins, it's a life long addiction, that has damaged my brain, it took just one hit to the body, to tear my defenses apart, one hit to the body sure went straight to the mark, one hit to the body and it comes straight from the heart    "    Well had a nice weekend, just chilled and played guitar. Did get to chat with one daughter to confirm (as much as possible) the plans for Thanksgiving weekend. COOL!! My hip seems to be getting a little better, remembering that it took about two months for my shoulder to really feel GREAT when I got the shot there. So I feel good, some progress is being made. Not much going on this week, as it should be. Have the housekeeper coming and then just chilling out. Got plans in place, now just have to see if they hold true. Nothing going on with eBay. It is VERY quiet!! I do have several 'sales' running for different items, hope that generates something?!?! Looking forward to the week.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! still fighting the good fight

    "    Well you bit my lip and drew first blood, and warmed my cold cold heart, and you wrote your name right on my back, boy your nails were sharp, well I love your screams of passion, in the long hot summer night, but you pepper me with poison darts, and twisted in your knife    "    Well still having a WAY too busy week. Dealt with Group Health Insurance people ALL week. Finally got in for the X-ray, on Wednesday. Then to doctors for review on Thursday. And got a shot as well. Then had to go to Group Health to get my prescription because they were VERY far backed up with their mail order prescriptions. They had gone through a re-alignment of the pharmacy AND the on-line ordering of mail order on the first of the month. and now they were WAY behind. So went over to Port Orchard and got the meds I was almost out of. Only ordered it 2 weeks ago. I am feeling a little better after my shot on Thursday, but do says it will be Sunday before the full effects kick in. While I was out this week I did swing by two grocery stores and did some shopping. Finished up yesterday, for now, any way. Now should be set for food etc, through the holiday. Still having off and on internet connection problems with the computer. Still don't know if it's the modem or the line coming onto the house. Each is blaming the other one. So I will monitor and see if I can figure it out. If it turns out to be a modem then I'll have to go get one. Did talk to one daughter this week and got some what plans for the holidays. We'll just have to wait and see what develops. Nothing going on with eBay this week. Cut my guitar lessons to every two weeks just to save a little money. So far so good.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! keep your head up and keep grinding

    "    Ah ah listen to everybody, especially you girls, it's not right to be left alone, when the one you love is never home, I loved to hard my friends sometimes say, but I believe I believe that a woman should be loved that way, but it hurts me so inside, to see you treat me so unkind, somebody somewhere tell her it ain't fair    "    Well the computer problem goes on. The CenturyLink tech was out Monday morning and said my line to the inside on the house and the line in the house all are registering what they should be. So he thinks the problem is my modem. Of course I do NOT have a CenteruLink provided modem. I will not pay a rental of $12 a month when I can buy a perfectly great modem for $60, and have it last me three or more years. So I am going to monitor the issue and see where that gets me. If the modem is going out, I will have to get a new one. I went to doctors on Friday and got X-ray orders sent to Group Health. Went in Saturday to get the X-rays done. They have no record. It takes 24 to 48 hours for them to process the request at their central office. So I called yesterday, still nothing. I called again today, they can see the order in the fax stack, but it has not been entered into their computer so I can't get them done yet. AND, no idea how long before the order is processed. WHAT EVER!! Glad this was not a high priority X-ray. Did get a chance to chat with a daughter yesterday, trying to make plans around Thanksgiving. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! .. more computer problems

    "    Fracking deep for oil but there's nothing in the sump, there's kids all picking at the garbage dump, I'm running out of water so I better prime the pump, I'm trying to stay sober but I end up drunk, we'll be eating dirt living on the side of the road, there's some food for thought, kind of make your head explode, feeling kind of hurt    "    Well I really had some kind of week. Late Tuesday afternoon the computer just shut itself off. Then tried to re-start, and re-start, and re-start, over and over and over. Then it just shut off completely. I tried to get it to start, but no luck, it would start to whirl and then just stop. Finally got it up and running and then shut it off the proper way. Let it set for about an hour. Then re-started it and everything was FINE!! The next morning I come out, and it's doing it's re-start thing again. So I let it go. and finally it shut off. So I try and make some phone calls, no luck. So I go off to guitar practice and my instructor has car trouble so no practice, I go and buy a new Dell tower. Bring it home and hook it up. Seems to run alright but having issues with the internet speed. So the next day I spend over 2 hours on the phone trying to get the issues resolved. Looks like I do. Then later in the evening problems start again. So the next day I call NETGEAR (I have their modem and router). They tell me everything OK on their end. Must be my service provider. FINE, I call them, YES there are problems on the line. They will send out a tech on MONDAY(??). WHAT EVER!! I go to my doctors visit. Which was MARVELOUS!! I get home and the computer is running GREAT!! VERY fast no hang ups. I'm thinking  'what ever". So for now things are running great. BUT, let's wait and see.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! .. just keep on truckin'

    "    The band's on stage and it's one of those night, on yeah, the drummer thinks that he is dynamite, oh yeah, you lovely ladies in your leather and lace, a thousand lips I would love to taste, I've got one heart and it hurts like hell, ...., now how's that black girl in the bright blue hair, oh yeah, now don't you know that it's rude to stare, oh yeah, I'm not so green but I'm feeling so fresh, I simply like to put her to the test    "    Well got GREAT news on the septic system on Friday afternoon. The guy was out and said it was only a plugged filter. I should have them come out once a year and check the filter to make sure it doesn't plug up. AND NO CHARGE!!!! COOL!! Checked the system and all the backed up water is gone, and the area is starting to dry out. Glad that's over. Went grocery shopping over the weekend, and had my nephew and dad come by for awhile on Sunday. Paid some bills today and a few miscellaneous chores done. Even sold some items off of eBay over the weekend. Had one guy by two items on Saturday, then come back and buy two more on Sunday!! It was a GOOD weekend!! My hip/back has really been bothering me, what with mowing the yard and going grocery shopping. I am hurtin' good today. I take something at night to sleep, but not during the day. So I am in pain during the day. I see the doctor for a review of my med's this week and will talk to him about my hip. Did get the cover over the BBQ grill as well.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! duck and cover, or is it TOO late

    "    And all is darkness in my room, and through the light your face I see, and baby take a chance - baby won't you dance with me, lost all the treasure in an overseas war, it just goes to show you don't get what you paid for, bowing to the rich and your worrying about the poor, put the feet up on the couch and lock all the doors, what's the funky noise it's the tightening of the screws, feeling kind of hurt sitting in the dirt    "    Well got the Ranger back yesterday afternoon, complete clutch job, new fly wheel, clutch plate, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, pilot bearing, new hydraulic slave cylinder for the throw-out bearing, then had to replace the oil pan gasket (cheaper to do since the tranny was already out), then had to replace the inner and outer front wheel bearings, WOW. But the Ranger sure drives great now. Cost more than originally thought, but had to do some extra work to it. May STILL need to replace upper and lower ball joints in the coming year or so. Think I got the finances figures out on how to handle it all. Went out this morning and started to mow the yard, should be the last time!! THEN found that the septic system had backed up around the cover to the septic tank!! WHAT??!! We just had that emptied two years ago, it CAN'T be full. So that means it's probably something MUCH more expensive. Have a guy coming by this afternoon and tell me what's going on. Like I said, it may be too late to duck and cover............... Did manager to sell an item on eBay this morning. Same guy that was looking at another set of mine. So I made him a counter offer on the first set when I sent him the invoice for the new purchase. Would be GREAT if he'd bike on BOTH!! Cleaned up the grill to put the cover on it for the winter as well. Had some helpers from the Senior Center come by couple days ago and clean out the gutters, and put some moss killer on the roof. So slowly getting winterizing things done.  CHOW MOI!!
