HEY ALL!! keep it rolling on nice and steady

Managed to get the walls touched up and some other stuff packed. Guess we're set up for the realtors and what our next line of action should be. I heard a report today that some homes in the 'middle range' are getting over 50 offers per home sale!! WOW, I'd take that!! I guess there is a shortage of listing. Guess that's good for selling, but NOT so much for buying. Oh well, one step at a time. Did get some shopping done this weekend. Have a fairly busy week coming up. But, should be good stuff. Still playing guitar, a little more per week than I was a month ago. Starting to get that 'wanna play' felling back. I know I will be spending a lot of time with the house deal soon. And this whole thing may come together a lot faster than I originally thought. Which is fine with me. Nothing going on with eBay, still seems to be dragging along. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! how 'bout them Gonzaga Bulldogs

    "    It's getting very scary, yes I'm frightened out of my wits, there's bombers in my bedroom, yeah and it's giving me the shits, we must have loads more bases, to protect us from our foes, who needs these foolish friendships, we're going it alone    "    Well I just keep on packin'! I think I've packed about all I can, maybe another box or two, but not too much more. I'm going to leave dishes and clothes and such for the packers. Feels like we are getting closer to getting the home listed. Finally sold an item on eBay this week. Hope that's just the beginning!! Still strummin' on the guitar, and have a dentist visit next week. Not much else going on, finally got some spring training games on TV, AND have started selecting teams for my fantasy baseball leagues. I am going to form a league this year and then join seven others. I keep my limit at eight total!! Should be some fun this year! Got a couple of errands to run this week. Got some good help from my brother-in-law last weekend, and hope to get some more help this weekend. I think I am VERY close to being done with fiddling on the house. Getting to the "sell it" mode.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! let's pack this joint

    "    Everywhere you want I always go, I always give in because babe you know, you just say so cause you give me that, feeling inside that I know must be right    "    Well nothing with eBay, still. I got a big sale going, getting some good looks, but no buyers as yet. Still packing things up. Got about 7 or 8 boxes packed, and probably several more to come. Got all the stuff off the walls and working on patching up all the holes etc. Have gotten a GREAT estimate for the home, now just need to get the thing listed and going. I think I really only have the garage stuff to get to next. Then I think the rest of it will be done by the packers. I still got to figure out how to pack my baseball cards -AGAIN-!! That is always a BIG challenge. We are trying to figure out what pieces of furniture we ant to take and what we don't. Trying to 'downsize' where ever we can. Some break in the rain the last several days. At least it feels like we are done with the snow. Will need soon start focusing on the outside of the house and what I can do there to improve curb appeal. My left side is still bothering me. Fells like a muscle pull of some kind. But every time I lift or stretch or even blow my nose. I feel it. Seems like any thing to do with 'core stuff' it aggravates that muscle. Heat helped yesterday. I just keep trying to rest it when I can and try not to over do it. Just seems to be taking a long time to heal up.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! spring training has begun

    "    It sure been a cold cold winter lord, my feet been draggin' across the ground, and the fields has all been brown and fallow, and the springtime take a long way around, Yeah and I wish I been out in Stone Canyon, when the lights on all the Christmas trees went out, but I been burnin' my bell book and candle, and the restoration plays have all gone round    "    Well food for thought for sure. It was a different winter, although we didn't have to put on the studded snow tires, we did get plenty of snow. Just seemed like it fell on days when we were going to be home anyway. Got listing up on eBay, got a BIG sale going, but nothing going on yet. Lots of lookers, maybe someone will turn into buyers!! Still just chipping away at packing up stuff, trying to get pictures and smaller stuff packed. With all the pictures down I can work on repairing any of the walls that may need it. Which there are a few. Did get GREAT news about the possible list price of the house. It will be more than we paid for it!! That's GREAT, just after we bought the place the real estate market went crashing down. At one point we were actually upside down in the house. So should be able to get enough out of it to put down on a new place and pay for the move. COOL!! Not much else going on.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! don't block the freeway on me

    "    Oh your love is a sweet addiction, I can't clean you out of my veins, it's a life long addiction, that has damaged my brain, it took just one hit to the body, to tear my defenses apart, sure went straight to the mark, and it comes straight from the heart    "    Well I know in the USA you can voice your opinions and your believes without prosecution. And that's what it's all about, and that's what has made us who we are. But what people seem to forget is that when you THINK you are doing something you have the 'right' to, and it interferes with MY rights, then that isn't OK!! I saw on the local news that a group of 'protesters' blocked part of I-5. NOT acceptable!! You can march and protest, but once you start breaking windows of local businesses, or burning parked cars, O breaking ANY other law, then it turns into a RIOT!! And in this country if you RIOT, you should be put in jail!! ENOUGH SAID!! Nothing selling on eBay, have re-listed thing and will put on a sale later this week when spring training starts. Hope to start selling stuff. Still trying to pack up something each day. Starting with the small stuff, and wall hangers. Still waiting to hear from agent about CMA for our house. Still hoping to get a HIGH number, I need it. Still have a very positive outlook on the whole thing. Just trying to make sure I am doing things one step (that I can handle) at a time. Should be able to get a good chunk of stuff done this week. Got nothing going onto make us leave the house. MIGHT(??) have to go shopping one day. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! fixin' to get ready

    "    She drove a pickup truck painted green and blue, the tires were wearing thin, she turned a mile or two, when I asked her where she headed for, back up to Boston I'm singing in a bar, I got to fly today on down to Baton Rouge, my nerves are shot already, the road ain't all that smooth, across in Texas is the Rose of San Antone, I keep on a feeling that's gnawing in my bones    "    Well now the snow has turned to rain, and I mean RAIN!! Way TOO much. But it is suppose to get sunny this weekend. I hope!! Still nothing at eBay!! I know I keep waiting for spring training to start up, and it will in must about a week. Have been doing some packing and trying to get things lined up for the move. So far, so good! Learned a couple of more songs on the guitar, and am feeling like I want to play it everyday again!! COOL!! Still got a pain in my left side, feels like a pulled or strained muscle. Heat seems to help, cold not so much. Put on a pain patch the other night and that helped a lot. But I seem to irritate it during the day. It does feel better, but I can still feel the pain. Just plugging along, have been in a good frame of mind. Payed bills today, and no out of money! Got my implant finally done, now got some other dental to do.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! and the snow keep comin'

    "    Yeah and I was I been out in Stone Canyon when the lights on all the Christmas trees went out, but I been burnin' my bell book and candle, and the restoration plays have all gone round, all right well well well, sometimes I think about ya baby, oh well oh sometimes I cry about ya lord    "    Well it started to snow yesterday afternoon, then off and on throughout the night. The garbage truck got stuck in our driveway this morning trying to get our garbage can. Took him about 20 minutes to get back up the drive. Then the recycling guy NEVER even tried to come down the drive. Guess we'll wait till next week now. And so it goes. No biggie, that is life on a hilly drive!! Still nothing going on with eBay. I am just being patient until spring training kicks in, only about two weeks now!! Not much else going on, will try and start packing up some smaller stuff this week. Looks like it's a GO to move!! Need to get some stuff sorted and donated and packed. Should have plenty of time, just don't want to be pushed too hard at the move time. And as I write the snow is now falling BIG time, great BIG soft fluffy flakes!! The part of the drive that the garbage guy shovel off to get out is now completely covered again!! WOW!! Cool, good day to stay inside and puddle around.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! how's the water senator?? getting rough yet??

This time I got the crown for my implant. Went well, but they had to "torque" it in at 32 (lbs per square inch??). Just a funny thought when I heard that. A little discomfort, sort of like when I had braces tightened. But, better today and I think good to go now!! Had the realtor by yesterday, good visit, they may have someone interested in the house already!! And they will help get rid of the stuff I want to sell off before I pack up. Went out today and got some boxes to start packing up pictures and what not so I can do any repairs on the walls. Nothing going on with eBay!! I hope it gets "BUSY" soon!! I keep listening to the rhetoric about the new President. It just seems like EVERY day they want to find something else to blast him with. But they never seem to stay on one subject very long. I wonder why?? Anyway I am staying out of the conversations, just simple because I don't want to put up with someones out of control reasoning. Will have to have some cavities filled later this month with the dentist as well. Just trying to get some minor things done before major packing starts up. Our realtor had a "very good" contact up in Bellingham as well. COOL!!  CHOW MOI!!
