HEY ALL!! in like a lion out like a lamb

    "    And there's a score of harebrained children, they're all locked in the nursery, they got earphone heads they got dirty necks, they're so 20th century, well they queue up for the bathroom, 'round about 7:35, don'cha think we need a woman's touch to make it come alive, you'd look good pram pushing, down the high street, come on now honey    "    Well it has been a busy week!! Made another trip to the new place, got some good stuff done, had a chance to spend some HIGH quality time with my daughters!! Which is ALWAYS FUN!! Spent yesterday in the dentist chair getting a new crown CUT off and replaced because it was not setting right, and doctor wanted to fix it. Go back in a few weeks for the new one. Made some good headway on the buying side this week. About got everything lined up. Waiting now on the appraisal, and hoping it comes in BELOW purchase price so we can drop the price some!! That would just help out all over. Getting VERY close to opening day for baseball, and my EIGHT fantasy teams are set to go!! Will run some errands this weekend, need to get some more boxes and a few other things. But progressing well, I am getting tired quicker these days, and am sleeping OK since the waterbed is gone. But LOTS on my mind and stuff wanders around!!  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! the FINAL four and still packing

"    Worked in bars and sideshows along the twilight zone, only a crowd can make you feel so alone, and it really hit home, booze and pills and power you can choose your medicine, well it's another good bye to another good friend    "    Well I got two of the four teams in the Final Four. Not bad, one of my better years. Still packing up stuff. Trying to balance getting things packed with getting things sent out to other people to getting calls made to get processes done for the new place AND the old place. Seems like there is a lot going on EVERYDAY!! But, looks like I am making progress. Should be able to get some more boxes filled this week, and get some things together to give to some people, and make room for a trip to the dentist. Got to cut off one of my new crowns and replace it because it did not seat properly. And he doesn't want me to have problems with it down the line!! I am thankful for that, but COME ON!! Cutting off ANOTHER crown, is just NOT fun. Also will need to make another trip to the new place, probably with in a week. But, WOW I really love the new place!!  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! what's in YOUR bracket

    "    Leavin' in the mornin', baby you know I got to go, I've got the blues and I can't stay here no more, I ain't seen my baby and the evening sun goin' down, I've got the blues and I can't stay in your town"    Well it has been MORE than just a busy week!! Had to make a three hour drive (both ways) to see and draft a proposal on the new residence. Then off to the dentist the next day. More packing and packing, and packing, and well you get the idea. Then had the septic guys out yesterday, everything good there!! Then the people came to get the waterbed (yes, after 28 years I've SOLD the waterbed!!) Kind of bitter sweet, but it HAD to go. Moved the spare bed, which I use to sleep in before we moved here, into my room. I will probably keep that and sleep on it. Then we get the news that we OWN the new place, our offer was accepted!!!! So there will be another trip or two for inspections, etc. SO a very busy week. BUT, lots of success and happiness. Congrats to my daughters dance team for taking 2nd place in STATE!!! Job WELL done!! Found out I will need to go back to the dentist and get one of my NEW crowns cut off and replaced. It did NOT seat the way he wanted, so he will replace at no charge. BUT, there will be plenty of Novocaine and weird sounds coming from my mouth!! Plus more dentist chair time!! So lots of work ahead, still need to get finances finalized, and mor estuff packed up.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! just keep truckin'

    "    Well you bit my lip and drew first blood, and warmed my cold cold heart, and you wrote your name right on my back, boy your nails were sharp, well I love your screams of passion in the long hot summer nights, but you pepper me with poison darts, and twisted in your knife    "    Well what a busy past several days it has been. Went to look at condos in the new area we are moving to. WOW!! Some very disappointed options. Only REALLY saw two, and neither one was close to what we want. They just go sooo fast!! We had several we wanted to see, but they got offers before we could get out to them. AND, we are being VERY specific on what we want!! Got to be NO(!!) stairs, and very easy access. Have even expanded our views to another county, but nothing so far. And the whole time our sale date on the house is getting closer, and closer!! Was able to get several more boxes to keep packing up the baseball cards. And hopefully will have the waterbed sold. Still need to get rid of the computer desk and one of mom's desk. There seems like there is still a lot to do, and there is. I think there is time to get it all done. My biggest worry now is finding a new place. I shut down my listing on the one web site for my baseball cards, and my last listings on eBay didn't do anything. So I have NOT relisted anything. I will wait now until we get to the new place. My agent and I just keep looking everyday. I'm still confident that something will pop up. I think we will really like our new area. Could be lots of fun.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! hurry up and wait .. what

    "    The music is mighty mighty fine, play it rough cause music is what I want, to keep my body always moving, yeah shake it up, everybody on the dance floor, you know what I'm talking about    "    Well got some good stuff done over the weekend, gutters cleaned and the fountain working. Also managed to get several more boxes packed up and ready to go. Got the hutch moved out also. COOL!! So starting to get some stuff done. Had to put both my baseball card selling sites on 'vacation mode' but nothing really going on anyway. Feels like I got a lot of stuff done, but still seems like there is soooo much more to do. I am still just trying to get a little done everyday, and hope that gets me where I need to be. Not much else going on, I am talking today off. Just very sore and tired from all the stuff I've been doing the last week or so. Feels like I need a break. So I'm taking it!! Still feel good, just plenty going on.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! multiple offers all the way around

    "    My spirit is winging my soul is free, I'm doing my drinking in good company, the music's screaming my feet are flying, everybody's laughing and nobody's crying, sneak suspicion it drags me down, a nagging feeling going round    "    Wow what a busy day. We ended up getting multiple offers for the home, and finally settled on a VERY good offer. I also got multiple offers for my waterbed!?!? Go figure .. for a waterbed!! BUT, very happy to get it sold. Now just got the riding mower (which I thought would go first) and the workbench. Still packing up stuff, got several more boxes full today. Finally found a box I can pack mu baseball cards in, without cost me over $100.00. SO just trying to make steady progress from day to day. Nothing going on with eBay, still a surprise to me. Starting to get narrow spaces with all the packed boxes taking up room around the house. Hope to get the fountain cleaned out and running tomorrow,several other little minor things to do as well. Just try to make a little forward motion each day. I am really anxious to get up and look for a new place. Still looking on line and finding some stuff I like, but got to see it in person. On we shall go.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! keep those boxes coming

    "    Doncha know I in need of thee, you don't believe it true, why don't you love me too, it's so long I been waiting, for you to come right in, now that we are together  is make my joy run over    "    Well it was an interesting weekend. Started out with a house showing that never happened. The agent thought his clients were only about 20 mins away. They were stuck in traffic over an HOUR away. Then one very well planned showing on Saturday. Then two not so well planned showings on Sunday. But it was good to have some action on the place. I am hoping we get an offer. IF not we'll let the Brokers Tour run it's course and see where we go from there. Getting our home cleaned by a referral from our agent today. So we should have a bright and shinny place for the agents to see. Did manage to sell one small item from eBay over the weekend as well!! But not much other action from there. Got a couple of more boxes packed up. Am now out of boxes so will need to get more this week. Probably have to do a little shopping as well. I am tossing around the idea if I should get another estimate for the moving cost. I KNOW that I should. Just need to schedule it. We got the first one from a referral from our agent. I feel REAL good about it, but the way I was raised tells me to get at least one more. Finally got to play a little guitar this morning. FELT GREAT!! Still got some 'bother' around the gums of the teeth that got the most work done on them last week at the dentist. Seems to be getting a little better. I will watch it, I go back to see him again in a couple of weeks. Not much else going on.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! can you get what you need

    "    I went down to the Chelsea drugstore, to get your prescription filled, I was standin' in line with Mr Jimmy, A-man did he look pretty ill, we decided that we would have a soda, my favorite flavor cherry red, I sung my song to Mr Jimmy, yeah and he said one word to me, and that was 'dead' I said to him    "    Well the packing continues.  WOW!! Have had a VERY busy week. Dentist, realtors, moving man, etc, etc. But making some great progress! Things are starting to fall in line. Have been in touch with the realtor up north and making plans to get up there and look at condos. Got things rolling on this house as well. So now just get packed what I need to and leave the rest for the movers. I still need to sell my waterbed!! And a few other big items need to go. Nothing going on with eBay still. We are in the middle of spring training, the stock market is BOOMING, and sale from eBay are non-existent!! OH WELL!! Better sell some of that stuff so I don't have to pack it up. Not much guitar time this week either. Seems like the move has taken over.  CHOW MOI!!
