HEY ALL!! pile up on 18th fairway that cleat looks good

Youngest daughter came by Saturday afternoon and helped me purchase and put together our 'art' project for the dinning room wall. Got all but one of the cuts done at the hardware store, was able to make the one diagonal cut on the balcony and then painted, glued and screwed. then hung up the wall piece and glued the mirror squares and glass tile squares to the wooden backing piece. Let it cure overnight. Oldest daughter was by Sunday for a visit and had her help me mount the piece on the wall. Turned out GREAT!! Very happy with it. Cost me less than $20, and it looks like it would cost hundreds!!!!  Was able to sell an item on eBay, and had another interest person sniffing around for a possible sale as well. Was very wore out Saturday night, put on a lot of steps at the hardware store. But got to spend some high quality time with both daughters!! Not much planned for this week, YET. I will have to spend some time on the HOA board things, but that's about it for now. Looks like it will be a great week to stay indoors too. Forecasted for more than enough rain.  CHOW MOI!!!!

HI ALL!! how ya doin' darlin' ?? Yeah I WAS slowing down

    "    I've been working so hard and feelin' no pain, sure got pains in my head my legs feel limp, don't want to hear no noise don't want to hear you cuss, I need piece of mind don't you make no fuss    "    Well it has been a busy week. Went to my first board meeting for the HOA. Good things going on, glad I'm in the middle to see thing through. Out and about several times. Doctors and groceries. Spent WAY TOO much again at the grocery store. BUT, feels like it's stuff we use and need. Biggest thing was we were out of bourbon!! Then had to restock some of the  condiments as well. Those two things always seem to be pricey!! But should be good for the rest of the month and several days beyond. I HOPE!! Nothing going on with eBay, LOTS of lookers, but no one stepping up to make an offer or buy. Now that the baseball HOF voting is done (disappointing the 'Gar didn't get in AGAIN!!), I would hope that spring training brings out some money for eBay stuff. This will be 'Gar's 10th and final year on the BBWAA ballot, he is oh so VERY close now. Would expect him to make it in his final year. And then I hope his baseball cards stuff goes up in value. I got plenty of it!! Not much else going on, hope to see one of both daughters this weekend. The weather will be rainy with some wind.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! no judge I didn't say she was crazy I said she was

    "    I've got itchy fingers I've got muddy feet, and my mind is wanderin' in the steamin' heat. my head is swimmin' full of dirty lies, I'm tired of spinnin' freaky alibis, I need open spaces to clear my head, need a clearer view of the road ahead, need to fill my tank check the oil, fix the air conditioner or I'm gonna boil    "    Well it was an odd little weekend. Mom had some dizzy and nausea problems so ended up taking her to her doctor on an emergency visit. Then over for lab work. Got in some shopping and back home. She is feeling better but waiting to hear from the doctor on what it might have been and solution to it. Had LOTS of wind for several days. This time the cover stayed on the truck!! Not sure if I got it right, or the wind was blowing from a different direction. BUT, the cover stayed on and that's all that counts!!!! Nothing going on with eBay. Funny how it has just dried up! But, I have seen this before, so will just keep listing and be patient for things to turn around. I'm hoping around mid-February when all of spring training kicks into high gear. Not much else going on, I would think there will be a couple of trips out this week. Will just wait and see. May have to go back to grocery store for a re-stock as well. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! new venture and registered agent

Was able to get out and drive the Ranger for awhile. Then got back and put the cover back on it. Had some strong winds for a couple of days and the cover stayed on!! Now the winds were NOT as strong as the ones that blew the cover off a month ago. But, still they were strong enough. Got some errands to run probably this weekend. Things on eBay have slowed down. Got a couple of new items to add, and am looking for one of my tour programs to list soon as well. So when you all get a chance you got to make your way over to  radicalrootsmtb.com. That is my youngest daughters new web site for her mountain bike skills teaching adventure. She has been doing mountain bike skills teaching for a long time and has now ventured out on her own. Even sold a couple of items on eBay. How funny is that?? I just can't tell how eBay goes from day to day. I guess as long as I'm selling things who cares?? Didn't have to go anywhere this weekend, but I gotta get out and drive my truck one of these days. Need to fire it up and run it around for awhile. Then after I park it again, I'll need to put the cover back on it. This time I'll fix the cover to make it stay on - I hope! Things have been good since I've been on the HOA board, not much happening at this point. COOL! The weather is starting to hint that it might get warmer, might be time to start grillin' again! No big plans for this week, keep selling on eBay and maybe find some new stuff to list. So just gonna keep on keepin' on.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! two to make one or three to make two

    "    Oh your love is a sweet addiction, I can't clean you out of my veins, it's a life long addiction that has damaged my brain, it took just one hit to tear my defenses apart    "    Well been a busy week. Made several runs out and about this week, including twice in one day. Got a LOT of grocery shopping done as well. The extra bump that mom got on her food card I think will really help. Then a couple of trips to medical places for mom. Then had to pay bills as well. So my week has been full. Then to top it off, I got asked if I wanted to be on the board of directors for the condo's HOA. Well YES!! I think I do, I want to be involved with making sure the condo does what it should, or shouldn't while I'm here. I just feel comfortable with it and we'll see how it goes. Even sold an eBay item as well. Plus been having too much fun with another item that I listed and put a 250% book price on. Been getting several great offers and counter offers, whilst the whole time NOT budging a cent on my price. Fun times. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! no national championship here

When I first started it was very good, lots of chatter about the Stones and some chatter on other subjects. But everyone seemed to get along fairly well. As time went on things got a little tense, someone would say something and the web master didn't like it, etc. Then someone would 'flame' the comments of someone else. The web master would step in and tongue lash everyone involved. Pretty soon people were getting banned and the web master would just go off on very TOO long post blasting everyone who did NOT agree 100% with him. Well then he laid down 'new' rules and that only accelerated the problem. Well this weekend it hit the limit for me, although I was 'banned' for several days awhile back'. There was a post going on about who played a certain instrument on a certain song. I found irrefutable proof that the web master was wrong (NOT the first time!!), and also sent him a private message (PM). Well I got told I was totally wrong and that web site I quoted was full of shit (my words, not his). YET, YET, this web site is the EXACT one he had quoted before on some of his and others arguments. Well I told him I had had enough in a PM. He responded with a whole barrage of shit. I figure this is enough, he has rules on the chat site, fine, but he does NOT follow them, yet expects EVERYONE else to follow them EXACTLY!!! I have called him out for flaming before and received my ban then. I have joined another Stones chat board awhile back. It is made up of a lot of the former posters who got banned from the first site. Things seem good there. Of course time will tell. But I will not be part of a site that the ONLY person that is EVER right is the web master. I got better stuff to do and have no desire for any of that. Other things going on, YES, sold a couple of things on eBay and getting some good looks to.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! a very happy first Friday of the new year

    "    Waiting for someone to come out of somewhere, You can't hold out, see it come along and don't know where it's from, oh yes you will find out, well it happens all the time, it's censored from our minds    "    Well had a good first week of the year. Did some running of errands, not a lot of fun, but got some stuff handled. Got items relisted on eBay, and actually sold something the same day!! I had gone several days before I relisted, and seem to be getting some looks and questions as well. Not much else going on. Had an incident with the car cover. It 'blew' off the truck, but looks like it might have had some human help. A couple of the clips where taken apart?? Not sure how the wind did that. But I have a plan to recover the truck and adjust the clips so they can't come off again. Just have to wait for better weather to cover it. Don't want to put the cover on when the truck is wet from the rain. Not much else happening. Got the first of the year look at things. Like insurance and medical and bills. The regular stuff. Probably have to make a BIG grocery run here soon.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! the non-dairy ice cream society

    "    The sound of strangers sending nothing to my mind, just another mad mad day on the road, I am just living to be lying by your side, made a rag pile of my shiny clothes, gonna warm my bones, I got silence on the radio, let the air waves flow    "    Well HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you faithful readers!!!!!!!!!!!!   Had a nice weekend, did some shopping yesterday. Then my eldest daughter came by for a visit!! VERY NICE!! That is one of the reasons I moved up here. When we were looking for a place up here we had several places to look. One place we ALMOST went to had some VERY bad weather this weekend. VERY cold and freezing rain and ice everywhere. At one point the entire city was without power!! So glad my realtor pointed me here and we never went to look at the other place. Seems VERY worth it now!! We have had some cold but it has been dry and that's the important thing. No big plans for the up coming week. Will have to re-list things on eBay and a few 'business' calls to get a couple of things ironed out. Have to re attach the car cover to the truck. It seems it blew off during the last wind storm. I am going to think the wind did it. But there are some weird things that make me think it had some human help. There are a couple of things that just don't seem to add up. So be it. I will deal with it. I do really hope it was JUST the wind!!  CHOW MOI!!
