HEY ALL!! clean up your dog's POOP

    "    I was sick and tired, fed up with this and decided to take a drive downtown, it was so very quiet and peaceful, there was nobody not a soul around, I laid myself out, I was so tired and started to dream, in the morning the parking tickets were just like a flag stuck on my window screen    "    Well that's kinda how I feel. Got an owner in the building who has a dog and is letting it SHIT on the front  sidewalk in front of the mailboxes!! This is about the third or forth time. IF it's not their dog, than it's a visitor who is bringing their dog around and it's pooping on the sidewalk. How low class!! Have an issue with a buyer on eBay, he's making a 100% false claim about an item he bought from me. Making up lies to get his money back. And I'm having a hard time even trying to defend myself. The eBay customer service place tells me I'll get the chance, but it keeps looking worse and worse each day. I've got to let him return the item before I can complain. THAT is total "BULLSHIT". I've got rights as a seller as well. The real bad part is all they would have to do is read the item description and look at the pictures, then read his complaint and you can see he is lying!! I will push this as far, and probably too far, as I can. Trying to get Christmas with the family done today, I'm real edgy about that as well.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! giddy up Christmas time

    "    It sure been a hard hard winter, my feet been draggin' 'cross the ground, and I hope it's gonna be a long hot summer, and a lotta love will be burnin' bright, and I wish I been out in California, when the lights on all the Christmas trees went out    "    Well another FULL week or so. More errands out and about. I think we finally have solid plans for Christmas with the family. Looks like it will be a 'pizza party'!! Been staying WAY TOO busy around the condo, had several leaks in the new roof as it's being installed, too much noise, lost keys, on and on  and on. But as I have been known to do, I plug my way through the issues and get them resolved. Sometimes in a good way, sometimes not so much. Did get some positive and long reaching things done. The window amendment passed and I think it will save the association an untold amount of money down the road. And, I feel, it's a good thing for the whole association, but could (?) be a challenge for SOME individual owners. Got new parts ordered for my bar-b-que grill, now just need to install them.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! lucky the 13th slow delivery

    "    The fields of Eden are full of trash, and we beg and we borrow and we steal, we'll never get it back people are hungry, they crown around and the city gets bigger as the country comes begging to town    "    Well another busy several days, out running errands, doctor appointments, etc. Did have a chance to get up and see the daughters for awhile. Picked up our Christmas door wreath and went to lunch with one of them. Still working on plans for the Christmas visit, I think we are very close. Sold a couple of things over the inter-web, and ran into a couple of 'confused' buyers. Oh well, I'll deal with it. The condo roof project is moving along, one 'bump', but we're over that and keep going. Putting up some Christmas decorations in the condo this year. Feels good, staying on the 'lite' side, but still some festivity. A couple of little minor no-no's around the condo, kind of like those one day things, and then move along.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! shop till you drop and it's just a click away

    "    Won't you come on and call my name, can't you see I'm an only one, whoa when you call me name, yeah I'm the lonely one, yeah when you come along, we go for a drive     "    Well it's continues to be some busy times. Made a quick trip to ER for a gastro thing, turned out to be nothing, some kind of 'bug'. Gone that day and feeling great ever since. Still spending WAY too much time on the roof. Things are moving along, but seems I'm up there almost everyday for something. The last two days have been because of some water leaks. Small simple things, and the work goes on. Have been out and about running several errands and what not as well. Still managing to sell some cards off of the two web sites. Always fun to pack and send baseball cards!! Putting plans together for Christmas. As always there are several moving parts. But I think we are making progress. We had a "taco" Thanksgiving theme and we thing Christmas will be "pizza"!! We did decide on no gifts, just are presence and dinner together is what we want.  CHOW MOI!!
