HEY ALL!! rain and the normal stuff

    "    Baby here I stand before you, with my heart in my hand, I put it to you mama, hoping that you understand, mama please don't dog me 'round    "    Well things just keep going and getting interesting. Still dealing with the roof and some issues, nothing is selling on eBay, watching the news and wondering when some people are going to get on with life and try to understand. I am amazed at how sensationalized the headlines have become. The headliner writers try for the most outlandish lines they can come up with, regardless is they are true or not. I watch a little news but mainly get my information from the business channel. I do see headlines on the inter-web and turn the other way. I think more and more a lot of people need to put on their big people pants and get on with living and providing for their loved ones, and get off the hate trail. Things in the condo are moving along, solving problems when they arise, or sooner. I think the 'drug dude' has returned more than we want, and I'm dealing with that in a different way this time. We'll see how the results turn out. My hip is painful most every day, and I'm trying to figure out when to get it fixed. Other things are fine, doing some positive stuff to help the budget. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! the snow the issues the WHAT??

    "    It sure been a cold cold winter lord, my feet been draggin' cross the ground, and the fields has all been brown and fallow, and the springtime take a long way around, yeah I wish I been out in Stone Canyon, when the light son all the Christmas trees went out, but I've been burnin' my bell book and candle    "    Well it has been a challenge this week. Close to 8 inches of snow, plenty of cold, and just odd actions by people who have lost their minds because of the weather!! Several more leaks in roof. They still haven't got it right, they are NOT properly sealing up their work at night?? Had three owners lock themselves out of their units?? And of course no recycling pick up?? No elevator testing?? And on and on. I have sold a couple of cards on the secondary site, and got some other things done. I hope to list some more items shortly and got to get my files arranged for the new year. It's lower 40's and raining now, should be that way for the next week, that's good 'ol Seattle weather. HEY ALL!! not my first white water rapids

    "    I see love, I see misery, jamming side by side on stage, in the wind some mournful melody, I can read it like the back of my hand, I see dreams, I see visions, images I don't understand    "    Well it's been a FULL week, and not always a happy one. Had a MAJOR riff with one of the web sites I sell baseball cards on. Had to do a refund to a buyer who filed a fraudulent claim. I spent three weeks dealing with it, and STILL had to refund the money, even though the 'appeals' supervisor agreed with my claim of a fraudulent claim. They said they would address the issue with the buyer and review his account. BIG DEAL, even if he is kicked off the site, it'll take him all of about 5 minutes to get a new identity using a relatives name and computer. So then he just continues his fraudulent ways. WOW!! over 20 years on that site, OVER $50,000.00 in total sales. AND that's how I'm treated. I did BLAST anyone I talked to on the phone, as well as making them feel VERY bad. All promised me they would run the concern up to management - WHAT EVER!! Have ran several errands and what not this week. Getting colder weather and actually got some ground snow this morning. Got coder weather coming. Not much else going on, condo stuff but OK. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! HAPPY NEW YEAR 2020

    "    I went up to the island to see that Angel was home, I went out to the station to see that the train was blue, I was lookin' for my baby, I called up your father to see that the train, where did it go    "    Well HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Now we start that endless question about - resolutions - get OFF it!! I do make plans and thoughts for things I want to do over the next several weeks, or maybe(?) a month. I do set certain goals to reach, I don't make them very public, I will share them with close ones if asked. I think I had a good year, I lost weight on a consistent, month over month, progression, I got a lot of baseball cards listed and sorted, I did not get to play as much guitar as I wanted, I did spend a lot of time with the H.O.A. and taking care of condo responsibilities, I did get finances in better shape and made some spending adjustments, I did take positive steps towards my health and well being. I know there are other items I achieved, but draw a blank right now. I know I will continue making positive progressions on several of the items from last year. I feel last year was a great year to make some adjustments in my world, and have already started working on further adjustments for this year. So stay tuned as I continue this journey. How'd you do??
