HEY ALL!! hunker down it's not over yet

    "    When love comes so late, it really hit hard, it slams through the gate, it'll catch you off guard, everyone said what a perfect love match, 'cause she's so smart she's a hell of a catch, I was drinking in love, gulping it down, drifting for months on a billowing cloud    "    Well this virus thing just keeps building and building. I'm frankly amazed at how dump people are acting. I just don't think they realize the severity of this virus. It may not affect you, but you may pass it on to someone who it will KILL!! REALLY!! Think about it. We need to change our ways for awhile, so DO IT!! There is plenty of criticism going around. I once heard the phrase " criticism should be a gift, but sometimes it comes wrapped in a nasty package". Not much going on with baseball cards. Trying to get more stuff listed. Finally got the roof project done. Just a few wrap up things to do. That feels so nice. Making sure we scale back other projects until the shelter in place order is lifted. Trying to order groceries through our local store on a pick up basis. We'll see how that goes. Should be an adventure. CHOW MOI!!!!

HI ALL!! video chatting is fun?

    "    Baby back, dressed in black, silver buttons all down her back, high hose tippy toes, she broke the needle and she can sew, I asked her mother for fifteen cents, I see you never jump the fence    "    Well interesting times are among us. The grocery stores are a wreck!! I can't believe how empty the shelves are. We are told that there are no food shortages, but yo could never tell that by looking at the shelves. I'm not sure why every one has to be hoarding? Take what you need, and use what you take! Have been staying inside more than normal. Do get outside for some fresh air daily, but not going anywhere. Learned how to video chat yesterday with the daughters. G'ma was in awe that she could see them and talk to them over the phone! It was quite fun! That's not what I use my cell for, but will make an exception for these times. Still selling some cards, but not as many as before. The fantasy baseball is on hold, I'm on 7 teams and will join another one of two once the season gets a start date. Feeling fine, just day to day. Did the final warranty inspection on the roof project on Friday. Now just waiting for the warranty to be issued. I can't begin to express how happy I am to get the project DONE!!  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! muddy up the water happy FRIDAY 13th

    "    Honey honey call me on the telephone, I know you're movin' out to Hollywood, with your can of tasty foam, all those beat up friends of mine, got to get you in their books, lead guitars and movie stars, get their tongues beneath your hood    "    Well in dealing with 'stuff' around the condo I've come to a place where an old finance slogan is appropriate. "Let's go muddy up the water and see what floats to the top". There are several owners that seem to be having problems with life in the condo and want to vent AT the President. Here's my response, if you have issues with things the BOD is doing, how about you attend owners' meetings and voice your thoughts then, and have a conversation with your other owners? How about you learn to respect the other owners as being your EQUAL and talk to them about issues? How about your respect the other owners and keep your druggie son AWAY from the property 100% OF THE TIME? How about you resolve parking issues on your own first , before calling the President because a vendor has parked his rig in your spot for 10 minutes? How about YOU learn to live in a community of EQUAL owners and respect their choices and life styles? How about if you don't like our house rules or life in this condo, YOU SELL yours and MOVE THE F*&% OUT!!!!  Still have to refurbish the grill, got the parts, just need the time. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! stuff and then more stuff and LOOK more stuff

    "    And I don't know what to do, well I know I'm callin' Daisy, and I borrow some clothes, I'm OK and talkin' to you, and I mix it up, talkin' about you, tell me baby and I'm a yellin'    "    Well it's been a busy week, but not like there are 'things' going on. It's all about 'other stuff'. Funny how some owners want 'things' for themselves regardless if it's in the by laws or not. And how they don't care about other owners. How soon they forget that this is a 'community' and there are certain rules in place for a reason. It's just a sad fact, there needs to be rules for people to respect other people. Still dealing with the roof, now there are two gashes in our carport over hang, I think caused by the roof company's truck. One of them they've owned up to, the other they have not. Then I've got massive leaks in the East carport roof. Threatening to drop drywall on vehicles and humans getting in or out of their vehicles. With no sense of urgency about the roofers at all. Selling online baseball cards has slowed a bit, but I expect an increase as soon as the season starts. Running errands and what not almost everyday. Then just dealing with things as they come up.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! the roof, the floor, so much more

    "    I saw her today at the reception, a glass of wine in her hand, I knew she was gonna meet her connection, at her feet was footloose man, and I went down to the demonstration, to get my fair share of abuse    "    Well still 'working' on things. Trying to get plans together to get new floors put in, not going well right now. Dealing with repairs from roof leaks from the new roof, lots to do. But getting it done. Then the other things that pop up from time to time. Still selling some stuff on the web pages, feels good to sell something that has been listed for several years, and is really NOT in the wheelhouse of your collection. But are things you have 'collected' and now just selling to make room and clear things out. I actually lost money on one of the deals, after I paid postage I lost about $3.00. WELL worth it to get the item GONE!! Several errands and appointments lately, and just been busy. As the roof comes closer to being done, that should slow. Got several places up for sale in the building, so that will have some busy to it. But that stuff I like. Got through the birthdays alright!  CHOW MOI!!
