HI ALL!! bases loaded double clears the bags

    "    I think I'll head back to the jungle, alright, don't want to see no big bad rumble, too fright, back to zero, that's where we're going, no heroes no more heroes    "    Well FINALLY opening day for baseball!! WOW!! I got to channel surf and watch plenty of games tonight. Fun times. Been a busy week or so. Still managing to sell a few cards on both sites, running some errands, doctors, groceries etc. Making plans to get this hip replaced. Some action around the condo, nothing too much. But a few things. Got another unit sold, and soon will have a second one on the market. That means up to date with the Quarterly Dues and some fees tossed in for the Association!!  Got a new Rolling Stones mask and a second one on the way. I can't believe it took me so long to get a Stones face mask. Still living by the covid-19 requirements, even getting in some grilling! The weather has been warming, too much. I see where it is really getting hot next week. Not my favorite!!  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! hold your pillow tight and sleep with one eye open

    "    oh a storm is threat'ning my very life today, if I don't get some shelter, oh yeah I'm gonna fade away, war children it's just a shot away, ooh see the fire is sweepin' our very streets today, burns like a red coal carpet mad bull lost its way    "    Well I've been not posting for too long. Just seems like there has been a lot going on. The ever present and dangerous covid-19 continues to do what it does. With people not thinking about what they are doing. Now is NOT the time to let your guard down and think you can go back to 'normal'. I been selling a few cards on the inter-web. It has slowed down from earlier in the year. Seem to have MORE than enough going on around the condo. For the first time since I've been in position with the HOA it felt like a job earlier this week. It was just one of those days, but WOW!! On the other hand we are getting some great stuff done and not spending a ton of money! The weather has been warning up, and I feel it!! Trying to keep things as cool as possible, but not sure I am. So far I have been able to sleep pretty well at night, and the heat doesn't seem to show up until later in the afternoon. So I'll keep things going along. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! the beat still goes on

"    She looks so simple in her way, does the same thing every day, but she's dedicated to having her own way, she's very complicated    "    And, soon you'll  be able to electronically get your baseball scores. That line goes with the title of today's post. Anyone remember it?? Been a busy couple of weeks. Trying to get some things done around the condo, and taking care of other stuff. I think I'm done at the dentist for awhile, well aside from the cleaning stuff. Got a couple of new crowns and a VERY small filling done. Teeth feel fine. Still out grillin' just about everyday. Had a VERY nice daddy's day at the penthouse. Both kids came down, did some brats and lots of visiting. Managed to keep a 'social' distance as well. Still picking up groceries and trying to stay at home when I can. Getting out for a walk just about every day. The weather has been good for me. Hasn't gotten all TOO hot, yet. Waiting for baseball season to start and fantasy baseball. Most in the condo have gone back to work. We can still do our social distancing cocktail hour in the hallway. CHOW MOI!!
