HEY ALL!! .. still dodgin' and movin'

I'm still dealing with the 'wolf at the door' thing from earlies this year. I think I'm making some progress. I know for sure I'm getting to the cutting point, so we'll see how that goes. Going through the process for my hip replacement. Doctor meeting after doctor meeting, gathering information. I just feel like it's time to get it done. Trying to finish off the process for getting the front balconies repaired. What an ordeal, and long procedure. We did change plans in the middle of things because we could not get the right solution. Now we are waiting on contractors and the rains have started. Still living in the middle of the pandemic, trying everyday to be careful and still live life!! I think the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced, fun times. Baseball card sales have slowed a little. Fantasy baseball is about over and I am making the big move to finish off on top!! Got a used laptop as well. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! a thief in the middle of the afternoon

     "    I took her out dancing but she drank away my cash, she said I'm going to fix my face, don't you worry I'll be back, I'm looking for her high and low, like a mustard for a ham, she was crashed out in the bathroom, in the arms of my best friend    "    Well been so odd times around the condo. Someone has been helping themselves to our wall art. We had four pieces taken over the last week or so. Three of them on MY floor. We finally decided to take ALL the wall art down and lock in away. We have concluded that it's an owner, perhaps someone with a bone to pick with the H.O.A. Board or me personally. Now we're advising owners to take the decorations off their front doors as well. Most childish, stupidest thing I have witnessed. Not strong enough to come talk to me directly about the issue, instead creeping around in the middle of the afternoon (YES, the AFTERNOON) stealing wall art. I've filed a Police report and have sent several emails to all the owners to be on the alert. We had our first warranty roof inspection and passed with fling colors!! Still selling baseball cards on both sites. In fact the pace has increased the last couple of weeks. So much so that I found a VERY laptop that I purchased. Just waiting for it to show up in the mail. The weather has been very good, but turn much hotter for the next 5 to 6 days. CHOW MOI!!
