Plenty going on. Got the balconies repaired (again) for the front of the building. They have been a two year process, and I think we have it solved now. Of course there are some unhappy owners, who don't agree with the Board's choices. But we are not going to put good money after bad. And I think this design solves that issue. Of course we shall see.... Been lots of doctor visits getting ready for my hip surgery. And still more to come. The hip itself of course has NOT stopped hurting. It's just something I deal with every day. Been selling some cards off the interweb. Hope to do some furniture rearranging soon. Got one of those electric fireplaces to put into the existing fireplace hole. Seems several other owners have gotten those and they really like them. Helps with the electric bill and still keeps the place plenty warm. Plus it's just time to move the furniture around for a different look. Just dealing every day with the covid thing. Staying isolated as much as we can, wearing masks and being careful. Haven't grilled outside in awhile, the weather has turned colder and wetter. But high positive attitude and just adjusting daily to what ever comes along. All we can do. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! still gettin' on
" Who's that woman on your arm all dressed up to do you harm, and I'm hip to what she'll do, give her just a month or two, bit off more than I can chew and I knew what it was leading to " Well just keep moving along. Still nursing a BAD hip. Hope to get that resolved soon. Doing some things around the condo that need to be done BEFOE the rains come. That is hard to do with the long delays from the coivd. And still selling some baseball cards from both sites. Funny how it goes. Nothing for awhile, then BOOM, 5 or 6 sales in the span of a day!! Not much else. Thinking about rearraigning the furniture in the living room. Looking at getting a flat panel electric fireplace. Insert it right into the built in fireplace and go from there. It seems to be a popular move in several condos in the building. They all say how nice it is and how well it warms them. Have slowed up on the grillin' with the weather change. CHOW MOI!!
