HEY ALL!! handle people the right way

     "    I have two clerks, I break my ass everyday, here comes the bus, I know I have a dime somewhere. I'm so sharp, you won't believe how sharp I am, don't laugh at me    "    Well over the years I've learned a lot from certain people. Some on what NOT to do, some on the correct way to do things. One thing I learned very earlier on in my adult working career was haw to handle people. Hiring, firing, training, interacting, etc. I had some GREAT mentors to follow, both for the good and bad. I'm glad I was educated by them and have always respected them. RIP BIG JOHN!!  Been a busy couple of weeks. More stuff around the condo, baseball card sales, H.O.A. stuff. Doing well, enduring the HOT weather currently, probably another couple of days of it. No A/C is a challenge, this is when I REALLY miss the heat pump from the previous house. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! I'm all sixes and sevens and nines

     "    Women think I'm tasty, but they're always tryin' to waste me, and make me burn the candle right down, but baby I don't need no jewels in my crown, 'cause all you women are low down gamblers, cheatin' like I don't know how, baby there's fever in the funk house now    "    Well it's been a day or more since I last posted. Wanted to see if I would get any looks from old subject matter. in a word NO!! OK, be that as it may, things have been moving along in the penthouse. A little closer on the touchup stuff, H.O.A. is doing well and keeping me busy, selling some cards, doctor visits, grocery store, you know the routine! Feeling good, dodging covid. The weather has been cool and wet, but I really don't mind, especially the cool stuff! Still haven't gotten to sit down with the guitar, still want to! Being careful with the upcoming economic stuff. Think it could be a bit bumpy. Things have been pretty flush since 2009, guess it's time for the backwards swing. Who's gonna win the weeks U.S. Open?? CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! Opening Day AND the Azalea's

 "    When I come home baby, and I've been working all night long, I put me daughter on my knee, and she say Daddy what's wrong, I put my head on her shoulder, she whispers in my ear so sweet    "    Well, well, well, well, it's been a day or two hasn't it?? Seems like I got some things to say, but just don't get them down on paper. It was a busy March, plenty of doctor visits, H.O.A. stuff, and other things. Hope to get more improvements done around the place this month. I think I'm done for awhile as well. Time to enjoy some of the improvements and get the GRILL out for the summer. Still selling baseball cards, been hot and cold last couple of months. Now that the season is starting I hope to see a steady pace for the summer. Got a couple of projects to get done for the H.O.A. this summer. Just hummin' and strummin' and taking it easy. Had some turnover in the building recently, so new blood is here. Just a short check in, thought it was due. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! the party continues

     "    That's a pretty mask, but never take a chance, tiktok stupid dance, took a samba class, I landed on my ass, trying to write a tune, you better hook me up to zoom    "    Well I think I'm making progress. Most of the symptoms are gone. Still got some stuffiness and a little cough. Feeling much better and getting out and about. Still selling some cards as well. Waiting on the paint finishing touches and then the flooring! Keeping things in line for the Association, seems to keep me busy. Weather has turned fairly nice, been some sunny days. But no grillin' yet. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! have you caught it??

     "    Once this place was hummin', and the air was full of drummin', the sound of cymbals crashin', glasses were all smashin', trumpets were all screamin', saxophones were blarin', nobody was carrin', if it was day or night    "    Well I HAVE!! And me Mum too! Came on like a winter's cold. Then just hung around for several days. Finally went and got tested - POSITIVE!! It STILL feels like a winter's cold. So, so glad we both got triple vaxed!! Felling better now. Isolated to help NOT spread it. I still can't figure out where I got it from. I really hadn't been out and about much the week before. I think someone in the building is sick and just thinks it's a cold. Symptoms for both are VERY similar. It was worth the three hours to get tested. Have been selling some cards lately as well. All the painting is done except the trim work, should be finished up shortly. The place looks like a million bucks!! So glad we did that. Still thinking about what we want to do next, if we do?? Staying busy with the Association as well. Made it through the VERY cold single digit weather, the power bill showed that. Now got weather approaching 50 degrees??  CHOW MOI!!
