HEY ALL!! great time had by all

    "    You move it to the left, and you go for yourself, you move it to the right, yeah if it takes all night, now take it kinda slow, with a whole lot of soul, don't move too fast, just make it last, you scratch just like a monkey, yeah you do real cool, you slide it to the limbo, yeah how low can you go    "    Well just chillin' after an amazing TWO Christmas celebrations. One daughter came down on Tuesday afternoon, did a very nice diner, then family came over and opened gifts and had dessert. Then a very nice breakfast the next morning. She left on Wednesday afternoon. the other daughter showed up Thursday afternoon, and we repeated, a very nice dinner, family over opened more gifts and dessert, then a very nice breakfast the next morning. She left Friday afternoon. So like a four day Christmas event! Had some real nice times, So just trying to get back to regular today, relaxing and cleaning up. Moving at a nice slow pace. Trying out the new gifts, etc. Got nothing going on eBay. My last auction ended on Monday afternoon. So I am taking some time off. I will wait until after the New Year before I re-list. Have not sold much in the last several months, but I look back and Three years ago when I started I was over 300 listing. I am now down to 130 listing. COOL!! No other plans for the rest of the weekend, a little football and chill. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! quiet time before the holiday?

    "    And it sure been a cold cold winter, and the wind ain't been blowin' from the south, it's sure been a cold cold winter, and a lotta love is all burned out, it sure been a hard hard winter, my feet been draggin' 'cross the ground, and I hope it's gonna be a long hot summer, and a lotta love will be burning bright, and I wish I been out in California, when the lights on all the Christmas trees went out, but I been burnin' my bell book and candle, and the restoration plays have all gone 'round    "    Well we once again approach "that time of year". I think all the plans are made and progressing along just fine. Had a VERY bad time trying to make a batch of Hot Buttered Rum mix. WOW!! Ended up throwing it out, and will make a new batch later this week. I broke the container the batch was in, I spilled a bunch of it on the counter, I could NOT get the butter to blend in to the rest of the mix, etc. Just problem, problem. problem!! And I have made this mix probably around 20 times in the past, with out ANY issues. So I will start anew! All the gifts arrived on time!! They are all now wrapped and ready to be opened!! Got eBay going I ran two sales, the second one offered 15% off! It runs until Monday night, no sales yet, but we'll be patient and see what happens. I think I am done with listing items until after the New Year. I should get my replacement cell phone back in the next several days. Hopefully the bluetooth works this time!! Will be spending the next few days running errands and getting the last minute items for the TWO Christmas dinners we are putting together this year. Should be a JOLLY time. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! Elvis has left the building

    "    I'll tell ya, you can put me out, on the street put me out, with no shoes on my feet, but put me out put me out put me out of misery, yeah all your sickness I can suck it up, throw it all at me I can shrug it off, there's one thing baby that I don't understand, you keep on telling me I ain't your kind of man    "    You know I really get a charge out of this time of year. One of the things that keeps me amused is tracking packages. I have been buying gifts on-line for ten years or so now. And I enjoying watching the progress of the packages as they are shipped to me. Tracking packages has come a long ways. They tell me where and when the item arrives and when it leaves. I am amused 'package has left the facility'. It is nice to be able to follow your purchase as it makes it's way across the USA. Well I got eBay going again,and nothing going on. I was spoiled by November's results. I will list one more time before Christmas, and with about 4 or 5 days to go, I will do some kind of 'sale'. Something like a 15% off thing. Went out yesterday and got shopping done. Had to shop for day to day stuff, AND for two Christmas dinners. My daughters are coming are different times, so the need for TWO dinners. One dinner will be Prime Rib, and the other Honey Baked Spiral cut Ham. Should be a great time. I think I will ask the first daughter to help me put UP Xmas lights, and then get the second one to help me take DOWN the lights!! I do have the urge to put some lights out this year. First time in several years. I use to COVER the house in lights. They would go up on the Friday after Thanksgiving, and come down around the 1st of the new year. CHOW MOI!!

    "    The telephone is ringing, I say Hi it's me, who is it there on the line, a voice says Hi how are you, well I guess I'm doing fine, He says it's three AM there's too much noise, don't you people ever wanna go to bed, just 'cause you feel so good, do you have to drive me out of my head    "    Well the 'challenge' with the phone and bluetooth problem continues. I went to Car Toys yesterday, that's where I got the car head unit from. The tech spent about 45 minutes trying to get the bluetooth to work. He could get his phone to work just fine, but NOT mine. So we went into the store and he paired my phone up to five different units on a display, and my phone DIDN'T work with any of them!! So the problem is with MY phone. So the low life tech at 'Samsung Experience' inside the Best Buy store was just strokin' me along. He NEVER hooked up the phone like he said he did!! NICE CUSTOMER service dude, way to take care of the customer so they will come back!! NOT!! So back home and on the phone to Tracfone, got a replacement coming. Well kind of, they send me a return mailing box, I put my broken phone in it and send it to them, then they send me a new phone!?!? REALLY?? How ab out you take a credit card number and send me the new phone, then if I don't return the old one, YOU CHARGE ME FOR IT!!  I have received very poor customer service all along with this bluetooth problem. Hopefully it will be resolved. Even when I was dealing with Tracfone yesterday, I had to 'save' all me contacts because the customer service rep wanted me to 'reset' the phone and I would lose all my information. So I had to hang up and write down all my contacts, then re-call Tracfone. The new service rep said 'NO' I didn't need to re-set the phone, that would NOT effect bluetooth operation. REALLY?? WHAT?? Does ANYONE know what's going on?? I was amazed at how mush I got put on hold while they were trying to help me also. Just NOT the kind of service I expect. I could have really 'blasted' a couple of the people that I was dealing with and in the past I might have done that. But, I just didn't want to 'be that kind of guy'. I do think they need to learn their craft better, maybe the companies don't give them enough training and assistance. One other weird thing yesterday, I was all around the Silverdale Mall. In the past I would have swung into the bowling ally, had lunch visited with Tamale and had some drinks before she had to leave for home. But not yesterday, I did think that's what I would have done, but really didn't want to yesterday. Just odd observations. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! jack of all trades, master of none

    "    I went down to the Chelsea drugstore, to get my prescription filled, I was standin' in line with Mr Jimmy, a man did he look pretty ill, we decided that we would have a soda, my favorite flavor cherry red, I sung my song to Mr Jimmy, yeah and he said one word to me and that was dead    "    You know I use to work in the Consumer Finance business, about 20 yrs. And you had to be familiar with a lot of different things, cars, boats, electronics, furniture, snow mobiles, etc, etc. BUT, you never had time to 'master' any one of those areas. So that's where the term in the title comes from. I had a blast working in that field, and really feel it was meant for me. I left it on a sour note, I became a little disillusioned about the 'industry'. Instead of taking a step back and re-evaluating things, I just acted out and went into another field that I could use my experience in. I was trying to get back into consumer finance at the time of my disability. I had lined up several interviews and was looking into the fact if I was rehire-able at SpringLeaf Financial (American General).  My leaving was just an acting out response to several interviews  where I felt I was not being respected for the accomplishments and hard work I had shown for my younger age. I guess things turned out OK. I do miss the day to day stuff in finance, and some of the WILD experiences. But it helps for current day to day things now. I got a phone call the other day from a bill collector, (from a VERY old bill of my 2nd ex), and I just smoothly told him a big tale about Dave going to Canada, I told him about a job and city he had moved to. I am sure now the bill collector is spending several days trying to track down all this 'new' information. GOOD LUCK. None of it exist!! That's just one way of using my prior knowledge to throw someone off track. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! Stay away from the rabbit hole, danger danger

    "    no colors anymore I want them to turn black, I see the girls walk by dressed in their summer clothes, I have to turn my head until my darkness goes, I see a line a cars and they're all painted black, with flowers and my love both never to come back, I see people turn their heads and quickly look away, like a new born baby it just happens ev'ry day, I look inside myself and see my heart is black, I see my red door and it has been painted black, maybe then I'll fade away and not have to face the facts, it's not easy facin' up when your whole world is black    "    Well I came VERY close to the rabbit hole this week. Un-fucking-believable!! My siblings sure stuck it to me this week. Plans were to go and get my brother for Thanksgiving on Wednesday afternoon. Then we would go to my sister's place Thursday for dinner, then back to mom's and he could see my daughters on Friday before we took him home. We had planned to do dinner at mom's house on Wednesday to relieve my sister of all the cooking she would have been doing for Thursday. Plans were BLOWN up!! Yes my brother-in-law and I got my brother on Wednesday afternoon, but from then on it ALL changed!! My brother informs us on the way to mom's that he HAS to go home on Thursday!! Then my sister decided NOT to come over for dinner on Wednesday, I am not sure why. What ever! So we go over to sister's house for Thursday's dinner, fine no issues. Then we take my brother home. LOTS OF ISSUES!! He had forgot his house key, but his girlfriend was suppose to be home for him. Well we get to his place and it is all locked up!! It is cold out, and raining, he doesn't know any of his neighbors that he could stay at until GF got home. He decides to just sit on the front enclosed porch until GF gets home. BUT, wants a couple of malt liqueurs first!! Words are exchanged and we check around to see if a neighbor could check up on him in a couple of hours, well there are no neighbors around, so we leave. Get back to my sister's and rehash the whole event! Finally mom and I head home. We do not get any phone call thorough out the night so guess he's OK. My daughters show up, with plans that my sister and family will come by for Tamale Pie and give their son some cousin time. NO, NO, NO, she cancels that!! So mom and I have dinner with daughters and nice quiet evening. There were plans made that sister and family would come by in the morning for breakfast and cousin time. Well the next morning there is a SLIGHT dusting of snow. My sister decides, NO not going out in the snow!! Even if the roads are clear. WHAT EVER!! Spent some quality time with my daughters then they headed home. WOW. I just don't get it, my sister has been acting like she is the patriarch of the family, and she IS FAR from it!! I did have a great time with my daughters, and we make plans for Christmas. Hope they hold up!!  CHOW MOI!!
