HI ALL!! controlled draw, power fade, boom it down the middle

Had me doing some stretching and flexing of the muscles around the hips and lower stomach. I was sore, PLUS, it was suggested that I start sleeping with a pillow between my knees. I guess it is suppose to help with spine alignment at night. I asked if it made any difference sleeping on a waterbed?? No one could really tell me, they weren't sure. So the last several mornings I get up with stiff and sore hip area. And, it seems to have re-triggered  my bursa problem. So NO more pillow!! I think PT is going to help however. Nothing going on with eBay. I have been so sore and tired from not really sleeping well that I have not done anything else to get new items listed. I got probably eight to ten items I could get on there. I still got to fix the towel bar in my bathroom as well. And, the new driveway sensor came in the mail, so I got to get that mounted too. I just have not been feeling top notch the last week or so, and thus have not been keeping up with the chores around the place. Should have some great weather this weekend, so maybe I can get caught up. CHOW MOI!!
