HEY ALL!! sell this, sell that, sell it ALL

I THINK?? I have made my 'best' offer to him, and as I suspected, he has NOT responded. I think I called his bluff. Once I fulfilled his request, he had no way out, so he has chosen NOT to reply!! NO SURPRISE!! I did manage to sell another item. The guy has been making me offers, and I have been turning them down, telling him I have a minimum. He has probably bid on that one item about 12 times of so. And finally, he took my price. COOL!! Got the yard mowed yesterday, no real issues, things went good. Once again it looks great! Grilled up a New York Strip yesterday, SO GOOD!! New York Strip and a tossed salad. NICE!! Think I will chill today, looks like a quick trip to the store this weekend, sometime. Not much else happening.  CHOW MOI!!
