HEY ALL!! keeping you as a customer

    "    Exile on Main Street it's strange street to walk down, now let it loose, now come on let it all hang down, eh round up those people move them out of town, gimme little drink from your loving cup, now shake your hip mama, keep me all shook up    "    Well spent this morning dealing with Centurylink AND DirecTV AND Group Health Insurance. The thing with Centurylink and Directv they just seem to NOT want to help you. How much money do you think they spend on trying to acquire NEW customers?? Don't you think they would spend some of that on retaining CURRENT customers?? Of all the times I have spent dealing with the general public, I know it is hard to get new customers. I also know how important it is to retain your current customers and their ever increasing expectations. Why not take some of that money you spend on new customers and dedicate it to a discount for existing customers?? We have been with Centurylink over 30 years. With Directv over 8 years. I called both today looking for some kind of "customer retention" discount. NOTHING!! from either!! How sad! It just drives me crazy. Did finally get a delayed prescription handled through Group Health. Started a B I G sale on eBay this morning. Hope it gets something happening soon. It just has been too quiet. CHOW MOI!!
