One of the units had a BIG water back-up issue. Spent time trying to help out. The sad thing, she is not really able to help her own self out and was making problems worse. Hopefully the plumber will be able to resolve the issue TODAY!! Did some other HOA stuff as well. Seemed to spend a lot of time about and walking around this weekend. Did get in some grilling time, very nice! Watched my full share of racing, watched the Indy cars, Formula One, and NASCAR. WOW!! Got items re-listed on eBay, but it's still as slow as ever. Just seem odd to me. Still doing the fantasy baseball thing, and having a great time with it. I did manage to get in some guitar time!! It felt really good to be playing again. I like the new set up with the items, seems to flow very well.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! 500 miles and B-B-Q

    "    Came home one morning about quarter to three, I'm banging on my door cause I lost my key, open up baby you got someone else inside, I'm going to come get you dead or alive, I took her out dancing but she drank up all my cash    "    Well been a good week, couple of errands and some HOA stuff. Some unneeded HOA stuff. Some owners just don't get along with others. Had a VERY terrible experience with Xfinity on-line chat. Trying to find out why my scheduled programs are not ALWAYS notifying me. Spent WAY TOO much time on the chat trying to find out why. The whole time I was being up sold for a DVR box instead of my HD box. Went around and around, they say they upgraded system problem must have happened then. OK, so fix the problem YOU created, 'OH NO' up grade to the other box to solve it. NO. NO. NO!! Ended chat session and went to fill out survey, and all of a sudden my system is being restarted?!?!?!?! I think the gal I was chatting with did that so I could NOT fill out survey!! I wall call next week and explain to them WHY CORN GROWS IN ROWS!! Did some shopping and am all set for the weekend. No big plans will grill a couple of days and watch the Indy 500, and just chill. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! s a shot straight to the bow tie

    "    Let me live it up like I use to do, if you really want to understand me, there's some giving up we got to do, I know ev'rybody wants to be your man, I don't want to tie up up go ahead you're free, and I never want to scar you with my brand    "    Well it's been a busy past couple of days. Was able to finish up the balcony and railing loos see's. Even did the last one yesterday. Also had to deal with excessive stuff in the garbage room. Specifically two box spring mattresses. They are NOT allowed in the dumpster. But whom ever did this just left them standing in the garbage room blocking everything. What a mess. Still searching for might have done that. Got to remind the owners of the dumpster rules. Did a couple of other HOA things and got several more this week as well. Have been trying to get to my guitar for the past week, and just seems like stuff keeps coming up. Had a VERY nice dinner with youngest daughter and boy friend last night. Plenty of chat time and good food. I grilled burgers made from ground sirloin and ground Italian sausage. Very good flavor. Several things to get done this week. Will still try and get to the guitar. The weather is suppose to warm up as we go through the week. But then cool back later. I hope it stay cooler, it's beeen nice the past several days. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! you've cut the lemon

    "    A scrap of flesh and a heap of bones, one deep high and a desperate moan, three black eyes and a busted nose, I said oh yeah oh yeah, take me up baby I'm ready to go    "    Well it's been a good week. Been out and about and a little grocery shopping. Couple of errands, not much going on with HOA stuff. Did get two units sold this week!! I know there's some stuff coming up down the road. Almost done with the railings and balconies thing. Nothing going on with eBay, and fantasy baseball is moving along. Have taken a couple of critical hits to players,several injured, and one suspended!! But just keep adjusting and moving on, trying to beat the next guy to the next BIG thing!! Have been grilling on the deck and it's great. The weather has been way TOO warm for me during the first part of the week, but the last several day shave been manageable. I hope the cool weather stays for awhile, but it probably won't. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! get a piece of cheese and turn the fan on

    "    Later in the evening when the sun is sinking low, all day I been waiting for the whistle to blow, sitting in a teepee built right on the tracks, rolling them bones until the foreman comes back, pick up you belongings boys and scatter about, we've got an off scheduled train coming 2 miles about    "    Well it was a VERY busy weekend. Spent most of it looking at balconies and railings for the HOA. We are trying to determine which balconies need work on them this summer. So was going around from one unit to the next and taking pictures etc. Was able to see 10 of them! But I spent a lot of time up and about. Did take Mom for doughnuts and coffee yesterday. Which is exactly what she wanted! Then took a nice drive out west to where we had not been yet. She enjoyed the chance to get out and see more of the area. Some major disappointment in my siblings!! Neither one reached out to say "Happy Mom's Day". One of them does have a little memory issue when it comes to stuff like that, but would have thought yesterday that would have NOT been an issue. The other is just plan got problems, I am realizing at this point those problems have layers and layers and layers to them. But still, IT'S YOUR MOM, HELLO!!!! Should be a quiet week ahead, I think I can chill and just try to stay cool. It is suppose to be VERY warm for a couple of days.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! happy happy MOM'S day coming up

    "    There's something I should tell you, why don't you sit there in that chair, you're looking good today, I love the way you comb's tucked in your hair, my cards are on the table but the drinks have all run out    "    Well been a busy HOA week. But things are going along good. Taking care of some issues, and investigating others. Seems like there is a lot going on at times around here. Nothing going on with eBay, I am amazed how quiet it is. I can only think it's just that time of year. Not even getting a lot of looks. I have sure been walking a lot this week. Being out and around with things going on in the building, I am sure getting in the walking. I can feel it sometimes in the evening. But, over all I'm feeling pretty good. I think we might have found a housekeeper. Through some luck and my natural instincts. She was out yesterday and did a cleaning, mom seems happy with her. AND, that is a challenge in and of itself. Got more HOA stuff to do over the weekend, trying to get a look at as many balconies and railings as we can to see which ones may need some TLC. I think there are simply plans for Mom's day, it's pretty much what she wants to do.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! pick the winning horse or win the lottery

    "    Well when you're sitting back in your rose pink Cadillac, making bets on Kentucky Derby day, ah I'll be in my basement room with a needle and a spoon, and another girl can take my pain away    "    Well it's been a busy couple of days. Several errands, including getting a hair cut!! Some HOA stuff, again, and just general things going on. Got several projects to get done for the HOA. Need to get some repairs lined up for the summer while it's dry and the needed work can be done. Nothing going on with eBay, still very slow. The weather has been too hot for me already. It's early May and I'm already too warm. Yesterday was the worse. It was 76 degrees in the condo and stayed that way well past 9 PM. It is suppose to cool off the next couple of days - GOOD!! But I just wonder what this summer will bring. Time to get out the fans and get them figured out for the summer. Some disappointment in NOT getting the ceiling fan installed. That was a big project I'd hope to get done this winter.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! great coffee better doughnut

    "    Hold on to your head, hold on to your hat, you're screaming down the alley and never coming back, get out of my bod, get out of the sack, don't give me no lip, don't give me no crap    "    Well it's been a good couple of days. Ran a couple of errand sin the Ranger the other day. Had to get co2 cartridges and then went and checked on getting the Rouge fixed. I need to replace the tire pressure sensors, in ALL four tires. What  a pain. Got to listen to my USB full of music, which is ALWAYS good. Did some HOA stuff, still have NOT gotten to the guitar. Got them rearranged, but just have not sat down and played. I'm not sure why. I feel like I want to, just haven't done it yet. Still very quiet on eBay, I find that odd, but it is what it is. Got a couple of errands that need to be done this week still, but not much else. I see where the weather is suppose to warm up, oh joy.  CHOW MOI!!
