HEY ALL!! happy happy MOM'S day coming up

    "    There's something I should tell you, why don't you sit there in that chair, you're looking good today, I love the way you comb's tucked in your hair, my cards are on the table but the drinks have all run out    "    Well been a busy HOA week. But things are going along good. Taking care of some issues, and investigating others. Seems like there is a lot going on at times around here. Nothing going on with eBay, I am amazed how quiet it is. I can only think it's just that time of year. Not even getting a lot of looks. I have sure been walking a lot this week. Being out and around with things going on in the building, I am sure getting in the walking. I can feel it sometimes in the evening. But, over all I'm feeling pretty good. I think we might have found a housekeeper. Through some luck and my natural instincts. She was out yesterday and did a cleaning, mom seems happy with her. AND, that is a challenge in and of itself. Got more HOA stuff to do over the weekend, trying to get a look at as many balconies and railings as we can to see which ones may need some TLC. I think there are simply plans for Mom's day, it's pretty much what she wants to do.  CHOW MOI!!
