HEY ALL!! no June swoon here

    "    Hey babe what more can you tell, the good lord ring your front door bell, though our love go down don't cry, thought I saw a man yes I fell in the ground    "    Well it was a good week, some errands and such. Did some HOA stuff yesterday, trying to get some stuff wrapped up and other projects going. Managed to sell a couple of items off of eBay!! Had one guy interested in last 12 binders I've got. He wanted me to cut the postage rate, I told him that rate was actual cost, and I wasn't going to cut the postage 'cause I would loose money on the deal. He declined the deal, fine, I'll wait for the next guy. The weather has been cooler and I like it. Found a new doughnut place the other day. Went grocery shopping and thought we'd have a donut. Went to our regular place and they had 1/2 a tray of donuts, and most had milk in them. So we went looking for the old owners new place and found it!! They had plenty of donuts and they were just as tasty as we remembered!! Good to know we got another place now.  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!!! there will be a test in the morning

Some rest and chill time, some HOA time, and the weather wasn't too bad. Had some far off lightning and thunder last night. From our view you can watch the weather change move in. Last night the temp dropped from 73 to 68 in about an hour. Then some rain later on, and temp just kept dropping. Just very cool to watch that from our living room!! HOA things are going well, a few little things to work on this week. Kinda getting ready for a board meeting and then a whole association meeting. Couple of errands to run this week, hope to get in some guitar time as well. Should be several days of grilling and just enjoying the cooler weather while it lasts.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! multiple offers selling high

    "    When your baby leaves you all alone, and nobody call you on the phone, doncha feel like crying, when you're all alone in your lonely room, and there's nothing but the smell of her perfume    "    Well it was a busy week. Still had more than enough HOT weather. Was out and about for errands most of the day one day. Medical appointment, follow up on the cuckoo clock, and some shopping. WOW!! Too much. Then back out the next day for a couple of errands going the other direction. Did manage to sell an item off of eBay!! An item I wasn't sure would ever sell!! SO it's in the mail, and then another quick errand. Spent some time with my real estate agent last night, she came by to look at a potential place for one of her clients, then drinks with us before leaving. I don't think there is much on the planner for this weekend. I thin some more laundry and rest up. Should get in some grillin' too!!  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! chocolate peanut butter torte and other delights

Both girls and their boys. I got to grill up some goodies, and fun relaxed day. Plenty of adult bevs and snacks. I always enjoy dinner with my daughters, you just never know what side dishes they might bring. They have a way of stretching daddy's palate, and letting me experiment with different foods. The whole time keeping in mind the food challenges that are present in a couple of us. Fun times for sure. Got a few errands coming up this week. As a daddy day gift the girls ordered me some new shirts, those should be showing up this week, as well as my new wifi dongle. Couple of other events happening this week. It will be a fun week and the weather is going to be just TOO hot for me. Hope it cools off some later in the week. Trying a new pain releif med, I'll keep you posted. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! Father's Day and The US Open

    I put my head on her shoulders, she says "Tell me all your troubles", you know what she says, she says, daddy you're a fool to cry, daddy you're a fool to cry, on I love you so much baby    "    Well it's a great weekend. Daddy's Day and the final round of the US Open Golf Championship!! Should see both daughters this weekend, hope they can bring their guys as well. I think they are buying dinner for daddy to grill!! Should be fun. They know to let me watch the golf tourney as well. I trained them well!! Don't really want/need any other gift. Bring something for dad to grill, and spend some time with him, DONE DEAL!! Got in s set of headphones for mom to help her when she's listening to the TV. On the first trial run they seem to work very well. Also, got in a new home phone system. Thought it was time to get rid of the old ones, been 10 years. I also got a dongle for my wifi, one that will accommodate dual channels, since my router does both 2.4 GHZ and 5.0 GHZ. My wifi card will not, and I was told by a Dell expert to just get a dongle, instead of trying to upgrade wifi card. Well got it in, and could NOT get it to work properly. It did for a VERY short time, so I started exchanging emails with the manufacturers help desk. It was decided that I had a bad dongle, and anew one is on the way. COOL. I think it will be a nice upgrade. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! waffles or pancakes

Trying to make plans for daddy's day with the kids, and trying to wrap up a couple of other issues. Been having problems with my 'scheduler' on my TV, so they are coming out to see what's going on. Also trying to take care of a couple insurance things as well. Have several errands yet to run this week. Just seems like there is a little something going on everyday. Which is fine, I guess. Had a good weekend and got to attend the end of year dance party, always a good time. Should be a busy week, and then next week already has some stuff going, some of it HOA. So busy still. HEY ALL cards - Texas Hold 'em or dice - 4, 5, 6

It has been rather busy the last several days. Had to make the BIG monthly grocery trip on Friday. WOW!! Got about $400 worth of groceries for $166. Had a BIG coupon and snap money. Didn't get as much meat as I would have wanted, the store just didn't have a good selection of beef steaks. Will have to go back later in the month and see what I can get. Saturday was a nice trip to Bellingham to watch the Dance Team perform their end of year show, lots of fun, and got to see daughter and son-in-law. Plans are being made for Father's Day, should be interesting. Not much else going on, eBay is TOO quiet, no guitar playing, but still grillin' when ever I can. HOA stuff has calmed down, but you never know with that stuff. Got in a my winnings from the football pool. A LARGE collection of bootlegs "boots", from Rolling Stones shows. Have started listening to them, it may take a while, a long while, BUt so far so good. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! exit velocity and barrel it up

    "    But all I want to do is to get back to you, everything is going in the wrong direction, the doctor wants to give me more injections, giving me shots for a thousand rare infections, and I don't know if he'll let me go    "    Well I'm VERY tardy in getting the post done. Got a couple of things going on. Spent a lot of yesterday on the phone with tech people. I'm having some minor tech issues with my TV, and I think something with my internet as well. Not sure I got either problem solved, but sure spent a lot of time trying. I guess my computer does not automatically recognize 2.4 GHZ AND 5 GHZ wireless. So trying to figure that out. Looks like I'll need to get a new part or something for the computer to get this done. 2.4 GHZ is wider range but slower, 5 GHZ is strong but smaller range. And the computer should be able to toggle between the two. Anyway, and TV issue may(??) be solved too. Couple or errands etc this week, seems like I'm just busy enough, but nothing VERY specific. Ebay is just flat SLOW!! I suppose I should start being concerned!?!? Weather has been good, cooler like I like it, but warming up later this week. Got a few errands to run this week still. HOA stuff still seems to pop up every so often. Got a VERY large package of football poll winnings in the mail yesterday!! WOW!! 18 Stones' boots, including 3 DVD's. So I'll have plenty to listen too.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY A!! what a mess they can create

    "    By the lake with lily flowers, wile away the evening hours, to and fro she's gently gliding, on the glassy lake she's riding, she swims to the side, the sun sees her dried, the birds hover high, I'd stifle a cry    "    Well it's been a tiring week. I did manage to win another "Mid-Week Mixer" from my local classic rock station KISM 92.9. This time my three songs were; CrossRoads by Cream; Cross Fire by SRV; and Cross eyed Mary by Jethro Tull. Got another gift card to the same bar and grill. SO now just got to get out there and enjoy. Hopefully I can take the girls and we will have a GREAT time!! Spent plenty of time with condo stuff. Started the week trying to get a plumber out to unplug a kitchen sink drain in one of the ground floor units. And the end of the week preparing 'Fine' notices for three units who are not in step with the others. Some interesting happenings in between as well. Got out today for some errands and a little shopping. Been grilling almost every night too. Nothing going on with eBay, it is SO slow it is kinda scary. I just don't know what's going on. I may try a sale again with a couple of weeks to go on my listing, but I just don't know. The weather has been fairly decent, some cooling off and I like that. CHOW MOI!!
