HEY ALL!! no June swoon here

Did some HOA stuff yesterday, trying to get some stuff wrapped up and other projects going. Managed to sell a couple of items off of eBay!! Had one guy interested in last 12 binders I've got. He wanted me to cut the postage rate, I told him that rate was actual cost, and I wasn't going to cut the postage 'cause I would loose money on the deal. He declined the deal, fine, I'll wait for the next guy. The weather has been cooler and I like it. Found a new doughnut place the other day. Went grocery shopping and thought we'd have a donut. Went to our regular place and they had 1/2 a tray of donuts, and most had milk in them. So we went looking for the old owners new place and found it!! They had plenty of donuts and they were just as tasty as we remembered!! Good to know we got another place now.  CHOW MOI!!
