HI ALL!! Summer is upon us good times for all

    "    Move your body, move your mouth, shake lady way down south, shake baby in your home town, come si chiama what's your game, I'm just a poor man what's your name    "     Well past the Memorial Day Holiday and onto SUMMER!! The weather is already warming up, WAY UP! I got the ceiling fan on 'medium' but I feel soon to be on 'high'. It has not been too bad the past several days. Had the eldest and hubby here Sunday for some grillin'. I almost had the while penthouse up in smoke. I had put on some pork country ribs and had turned them and moved them off the hottest part of the grill. Came inside to chat with son-in-law, and then my daughter said it looked 'smokey' out. YES it was, lots of smoke and flame. SO I turned off the grill then the gas and then moved the pork around so it wouldn't just burn away. Was able to get them off the grill and into the oven for a few moments. Ended up having a nice dinner, the pork was tasty with a little 'char' on the outside. Only thing I can think of is there seemed to be lots of moisture in the pork and I think some build up of grease in the grill it self. But no worse damage than a blackened brick wall behind the grill and black cob webs in the corners of the balcony. WOW!! Have been selling a few things off of eBay, and once in awhile off the other site too. Just keeps going along. Not much else happening. Still working on the problem people in the condo, have made some progress, but still lots to go. I hope we are on the right track to bring this to an end.  CHOW MOI!!
