HI ALL!! shop till ya drop OR home delivery

    "    Well baby use to stay out all night long, she made me cry she done me wrong, she hurt my eyes open that's no lie, tables turn and now it's her turn to cry, well she used to run around with every man in town, she spent all my money playing her high class game, she put me out it was a pity how I cried, tables turn and now her turn to cry    "    Well had a BIG day yesterday. One of my top 10 walking days I think, or at least it felt like it. Ran several errands, whilst looking for that new 'Beyond Beef' hamburger patty. FOUND IT!! Did plenty of other shopping as well. Grilled up the 'new' burger for dinner. It's good, too much fat 'content' to stay in the food plan, but I'd have it again. Had some VERY nice sesame seed buns, sliced tomatoes, onions and rosemary fries with it. You know I often think about having my groceries delivered instead of going out to get them. But shopping seems to be my main exercise pattern, so maybe not yet. Sold a couple of cards this week, and started to put another set together. Found out I had a lot of one set that I was listing on the other site. So searched the inter-web and found missing cards to fill out the set. COOL!! Not much else going on, got some things coming up next week, and looks like a trip in store for next month. The weather has been a little better.  CHOW MOI!!
