HEY ALL!! plant based EVERYTHING

    "    I warned you baby from time to time, you don't listen so pay me no mind, about movin' on, mister engineer with throttle in hand, take me back to that Southern land    "    Well I had a Beyond Beef Burger for the second time, and I've had one of those LightLife Burgers as well. They are the plant based burgers that are suppose to taste like regular beef. And they do a VERY good job at that. They are a little odd to cook, they even had some red in them, from beet juice I think. They are tasty and hold up well. It seems they have a lot of fat, at least for my food plan. But they're good and I'll probably have more down the road. Been shifting towards soups and what not for dinner, now that the weather has turned cooler. Not selling as many baseball cards, still probably one a week or so. My hip seems to be responding well to the shot I got. Been trying to be out and about more and trying to get in as many steps as I can. It seems my legs get tired, from the stenosis, before they really start to hurt. About done with this cold, a few sniffles and coughs left but that's about it. Still waiting on the roof project for the condo to start, did get the French Drains in.  CHOW MOI!!
