HI ALL!! don't know come here from sic 'em

     "  One night I was dancin' with a lady in black, wearin' black silk gloves and a black silk hat, she looked at me longin' with black velvet eyes, she gazed at me strange all cunning and wise  "    Well I'm dealing with the company that just installed fiber optic internet to the WHOLE building. Exciting times (??) NOT so fast! It seems they can't get the speed correct. I was the first in the building to get install last Tuesday. Had speed readings of 460/380 for several hours, then it started to fluctuate, all the way from .5/1.1 to 380/290. So I called and they sent out another tech. Took three phone calls to get the correct time frame for the visit, YES, three!! Tech got here, switched out my modem/router told me that they had installed a 'refurbished' one, he gave me a new one. Speed was 850/920 WOW!! About an hour later it was 360/400, then later in the day it was 10/12. WHAT!?!? How does that happen?? So called again to set up a tech visit. He'll be here tomorrow. I got three phone calls about the appointment, all saying that it appeared my internet was working and do I need tech to come out. NEVER said it was NOT working, said it was working about about .1% of what I was told it should be, do they want to cut my bill by 99.9%?? They don't seem to understand how it could change so much, WELL ME EITHER!! Let's see what tech says. I maybe up all night in pure anticipation!! NOT like Christmas Eve either!! CHOW MOI!!!!

HEY ALL!! BIG HAT - NO CATTLE

Seems like certain people present themselves as something special, then turn out to be less than normal!! I've been able over the years no see through most of that, or prove them wrong fairly quickly. Seems like I'm dealing with some of that in the last month or so. But, I am working through successfully through it. Got to spend some time with the daughters, always fun! Had to attend a celebration of life for an assistant that worked for me back in the early 80's, he was also my 'eye in the sky' when my eldest daughter attend college. It was comforting knowing he was on campus. RIP TOM!!  CHOW MOI!!!!

HI ALL!!!! - doesn't blow up my skirt

     "    I hear a melody ringing in my brain, just keep the memories, don't have to be ashamed    "    Well been some busy last three weeks or so. Seems like H.O.A. stuff is more and more. We are making some substantial chances, and it's taking time to get through all the options. Fantasy baseball is winding down, looks like 5 - 1st places, 4 - 2nd places, 2 - 4th's and an 8th! HAHA, the same league that bites me EVERY year, except last year. Just feels back to normal. Not much else going on, felling good, got ALL the vaccines I need for the winter. The daughters are busy, busy as well. Baseball card sales have slowed down, normal stuff. The weather has turned, gone are the WAY TOO hot, and the cooler with rain is upon us. That good 'ol Pacific Northwest weather. CHOW MOI!!!!

HEY ALL!! lawn dart crash followed by a scorpion landing

     "I know I dreamed you a sin and a lye, I have my freedom but I don't have much time, let's do some living after love dies"    Well what a month of AUGUST!! I did have a nice birthday, acknowledged by those I cherish the most. I found it funny that I did not get ANY Happy's over the interweb from various sites and what not that have my birthday. I have been getting 6 to 8 each year for the past 6 or 7 years. I wonder who changed what?? OH well, as I said, by those I cherish the most!! Baseball cards and related items had a nice sales run in August. Cool to get some stuff packaged up and in the mail. Made some adjustments to living day to day as well. Changed interweb companies, changed tv companies and dropped the land line. I am not in the 2020's, cause I'm streaming my TV watching now!! Look at me with big boy pants on! HAHAHAHA I just finally had enough of my old ISP and tv guys, Just no longer happy with their customer service and the quality of the picture AND sound I was getting. Funny after I cancelled how I was suddenly their most important customer and they just had to what ever it took to keep me. I told, what it tool, LEAVE ME ALONE!! BYE BYE!! Oh yeah, saving a boat load of $$$$ too! The daughters stay way too busy. I understand, can easily say, been there, done that. Made some odd, but yet important headway on discovering my biological fathers' family. Not much to report, or really care about. Just tied up some OCD ends for me. Been working on the 6 string axe, seeing some improvement, still enjoying it a lot! The lyrics I wrote for the opening line to this blog post are from the song I stumming. Still adjusting to missing mom, I know the daughters are too. Hope to never get comfortable with that, still am not comfortable with dad or brother. As for my sister, I did reach out to her on her birthday and gave her a happy, happy. As for her reciprocating, well as I said at the start, those I cherish the most!!  CHOWMOI!!!!

HI ALL!! it's s TWO A/C month

     "    Everybody on the dance floor, you know what I'm talking about, music make you forget all your troubles, make you sing and make you tell the whole wide world    "    Well it has been a warm month, you've heard of three dog nights in the artic when it's REALLY cold, well this has been a two A/C month. Get it??!!??!! Other than that, staying busy enough with the H.O.A. stuff, seems like we have plenty going on, had a VERY nice 1st (maybe ever) building picnic. Great attendance and spent all day in the shade and a very nice breeze. Still selling some cards, parted with my #1 Ryan gold card. Got a VERY fair price. I think the new buyer will enjoy it as much as I did, and that's what it's kind of all about. Family seems to be doing well. Nephew turned 21 this month! WOW!! Still missing my grilling, and still working on an insurance company that will allow it. That battle continues! CHOW MOI!!!!

HEY ALL!! Memory didn't solve it a NEW one did

     "    Well I told you once and I told you twice, that someone will have to pay the price, but here's a chance to change your mind, 'cuz I'll be gone a long, long time    "    Well the memory upgrade to my old computer did good, for awhile. But I just went and got a new one. SOOOO nice!!  Was able to get files moved very easily. Thank You cloud!! Been busy with H.O.A. stuff, and some personal stuff. Still adjusting, but doing well. Patiently waiting for some very personal news. From long, long ago. As I try to piece together things, it has been interesting. I'm getting great support from my daughters!! Have slowly started a conversation with my sister. Being VERY careful and taking it slow. There is a LOT to be patched up, yes, on both ends. Miss being able to grill outside. Yeah that's a whole 'nother post. CHOW MOI!!!!

HI ALL!! memorial day - no bbq allowed

You either abide by THEIR rules (be damned any RCW's or House Rules or By-Laws) or you get CANCELLED!! Well now BBQ's on our balconies, patios are OUT!! Of course we are looing for a new company, but it's not easy with our circumstance's. But we are LOOKING!! Card sales have slowed, which is to be expected this time of year. I hope to see an increase as we get closer to the All-Star game. Been feeling pretty good, got to see the daughters several times. The plumbing upgrade is DONE!! What a task that was! But onward and upward! Ellen, you reading this?? AEG miss you! CHOW MOI!!!!

 "    When I come home baby, and I've been working all night long, I put my daughter on my knee, and she says "Daddy what's wrong?"    "  Well it's been a FULL month. Been selling some cards, at a nice clip! Nothing earth shattering, but gettin' cards out the door. Been busy enough with H.O.A. stuff. Got tow new owners should be moving in soon. Still going through the plumber inspection thing. I know we are getting close to finishing, but WOW!!  Seemed like I was at the dentist way TOO much this month. Rest of the fam seems to be doing well. I am exploring my past. It's been interesting so far, that's all I got to say about that, for now.  Keep the grill warm, thin I'll be cooking on it the WHOLE month of MAY. Ellen, you readin' this??  CHOW MOI!! 

HI ALL!! JUST ADD MEMORY

     "    Hannah honey was a peachy kind of girl, her eyes were hazel, and her nose was slightly curved, we spent a lonely night at the ....   "    Well, Well!! Been having some computer slowness. Seems my machine came with only 6 GB of RAM. So I upgraded to 16 GB. WOW!! Running VERY well. I think it got shorted when they installed. I don't remember seeing that there was only 6 GB when I bought it. I have upgraded RAM on three machines I've owned. It amazes me every time. Other things are moving along. Hoping to get better weather soon. Also, should start seeing baseball card sales increase as we get closer to the start of the season. Seems to be a BUSY time for the H.O.A., got two units up for sale, and that is taking my time. CHOW MOI!!!!

HEY ALL!! the adjustment continues

That time of year, owner's meeting etc. Getting other things done too. Been playing around with my Home Theater set up. Finally got the HDMI (arc) set up properly, I think. Now trying to find out why there is a garbled sound when I play recorded shows from my dvr?? Not when watching regular tv or listening to the radio?? Fun times. Still have 'moments'. Currently going down a rabbit hole regarding some past information. Just trying to verify. CHOW MOI!!
