" One night I was dancin' with a lady in black, wearin' black silk gloves and a black silk hat, she looked at me longin' with black velvet eyes, she gazed at me strange all cunning and wise " Well I'm dealing with the company that just installed fiber optic internet to the WHOLE building. Exciting times (??) NOT so fast! It seems they can't get the speed correct. I was the first in the building to get install last Tuesday. Had speed readings of 460/380 for several hours, then it started to fluctuate, all the way from .5/1.1 to 380/290. So I called and they sent out another tech. Took three phone calls to get the correct time frame for the visit, YES, three!! Tech got here, switched out my modem/router told me that they had installed a 'refurbished' one, he gave me a new one. Speed was 850/920 WOW!! About an hour later it was 360/400, then later in the day it was 10/12. WHAT!?!? How does that happen?? So called again to set up a tech visit. He'll be here tomorrow. I got three phone calls about the appointment, all saying that it appeared my internet was working and do I need tech to come out. NEVER said it was NOT working, said it was working about about .1% of what I was told it should be, do they want to cut my bill by 99.9%?? They don't seem to understand how it could change so much, WELL ME EITHER!! Let's see what tech says. I maybe up all night in pure anticipation!! NOT like Christmas Eve either!! CHOW MOI!!!!
