HEY ALL!! I RANG THE DO-DADS OUT OF THAT BELL if you know, you know

Well YES, I ran the BELL!! feels good to be done with that. Now just wait and watch to see what future test show. I feel GREAT, and have a positive look ahead. Been busy with H.O.A. stuff and what not. Getting to a crucial time for us. Insurance is coming due, hope it goes DOWN!! Have been grilling a few items and really glad to be back eating my 'normal' food again. Finished 1st in 10 of the 20 fantasy baseball leagues this year. 6 2nd place finishes as well, was in the upper division in all the leagues!! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! count down to season end, OR season begin

     "  Voices keep echoing calling out my name, hear the rain keep beating on my window pain, I hear a melody ringing in my brain, you can keep the memories, don't have to be ashamed    "    Well the beat goes on, we are at the point where the Baseball season is winding down to the playoffs, and the Football season is just getting started. Doing well on my fantasy baseball teams. In the upper division in all but one league, and 1st place in 8 of them. Seems like it's been a challenge this year, and I anticipate some big swings in points at the end. There's a qualification clause that you have to have pitched 1000 innings, if not you drop to last place in two 'AVERAGE' categories. There can be 20 point swings in some cases. Should be fun. Finished session #9 today, still running on low energy, but still running!! Have been grilling more the last couple of weeks, nice! Still playing around with that 6 string AX, still having fun! Hope to have some extended time with the daughters soon. CHOW MOI!!!!

HEY ALL!! simulation done, then ready, set, HOLD UP!!

     "    You don't know what's going on, you've been away for far too long, you can't come back and think you are still mine, you're out of touch    "    Well yes, making progress on my 'stuff'. Now just waiting for schedule to be made. Way too many scans, I think 10 or so at this point. HOA stuff seems to be going along. We are getting close to budget and the nasty time of the year. Dues, well I'm betting they are going UP!! It will all rest on the insurance. Been doing some grilling, feels good to be holding some tongs in front of the B-B-Q again! Have read a book, and now starting another one. The 2nd one is by David Novak, one of the best CEO/Executives I ever worked for. Still selling some cards, how funny, and fantasy baseball (20 teams) is going well, in the upper division in all but 2 leagues, and close in both of those. In 1st in 6 leagues. I'll try to update progress after my schedule is set, depends on the energy. CHOW MOI!!!!

     "    So get off the fence, it's creasing your butt, life is a party, let's get out and strut, your not the only one    "    Well still going through scans and what not getting ready to get a plan of attack in place. Been busy with some H.O.A. stuff, nothing big got three units selling in the next month of so. Dealing right now with the heat, upper 80's and not much breeze. Just can't get the place cooled off a lot at night. Feeling great and handling things on a budget basis, I think! Really love my new windows feel they are making a difference. Have become very comfortable in the condo and enjoying it. Still trying to learn the 6 string ax!! HAHA Seems like it's coming along at times, then NOT!! Could be a busy late summer I hope! CHOW MOI!!!!

HEY ALL!! scan this, scan that, hell scan 'em all

     "    I'm felling drunk, juiced up and sloppy, ain't touched a drink all night, I'm feeling hungry, can't see the reason, just ate a horse meat pie, yeah when you call my name, I salivate like a Pavlov dog, yeah when you lay me out, my heart is beating louder than a big bass drum    "    Well been some long weeks of doctor, doctor. But still working through the stuff. Did have an INCREDIABLE trip to the Palouse for a graduation. So proud of the nephew. He got through it, while having some challenging moments at home. The trips highlight, COME ON!! Had to be the time spent with fam!! HOA stuff is going along OK, had change in Board members. Other than that, just hummin' and strummin'. Not spending as much time as I'd like strapped to the 6 string ax, but so be it. Still playing and getting lessons. Some baseball cards sales, and LOTS of time with the fantasy baseball HAHA. CHOW MOI!!!!

HI ALL!! nobody was carin' if it's day or night

I can certainly tell there has been a CHANGE in society from the pandemic. Not sure if good or bad, but definitely different! Things going well here. I have been thinking about a little cutting letter to ex #2. Lately I have felt there has been some unsaid comments that need to be said. Not sure if it's right or wrong, but I'm thinking about a letter to say a few things. H.O.A. has been busy, have had several crews on the grounds installing new internet cables and new power cables. Have finally got our new payment portal running good. Seems most owners have adapted. There will be a change to the Board soon. It is always interesting what the new person brings in, and how the new person is accepted. Am flat out LOVING my new windows, another monthly drop in the electric bill, from last month AND last year. Just feels so much more comfortable throughout the place. Coming up on 7 years here. WOW! Still very happy about the move. I feel I have enjoyed much more of my daughters since moving than I would of if we had stayed down South. Still selling BBC's, still got plenty more to go. CHOW MOI!!!!

HEY ALL!! WHAT'S THE GLEASON

Well stuff IS going on. Taking care of some medical, just another challenge along the way. Getting ready for Fantasy baseball. Picked some teams, got several more. Not sure how many I will manage this year. Well YES, I know how many TOO MANY!! Got the new windows in and really love them. So much more comfortable and steady temp throughout the entire penthouse! So glad I did that. Already seeing about 1/3 decrease in power bill from last month, AND last year!! I can handle that. Still selling a few things through eBay and Sportlots. Put a few things on FB Marketplace too. Even found a free home for my golf clubs ALL OF THEM. WOW, I had more than I thought. Yong guy learning the sport. Hope he becomes VERY good at it!! Daughters are still busy, but one should be slowing down some. Think they're starting plans for daddy's b-day - FUN!! Still need to see them more. Had a very nice dinner around 'the birthdays'. CHOW MOI!!
