Been busy with some H.O.A. stuff, nothing big got three units selling in the next month of so. Dealing right now with the heat, upper 80's and not much breeze. Just can't get the place cooled off a lot at night. Feeling great and handling things on a budget basis, I think! Really love my new windows feel they are making a difference. Have become very comfortable in the condo and enjoying it. Still trying to learn the 6 string ax!! HAHA Seems like it's coming along at times, then NOT!! Could be a busy late summer I hope! CHOW MOI!!!!
