HI ALL!! what a weird time of year

    "    You move it to the left, and you go for yourself, you move it to the right, yeah if it takes all night, now take it kinda slow, with a whole lot of soul, don't move to fast, just make it last    "    Well how goes it? I have always thought this was an odd time of year. After Christmas and before New Years?? Some people go back to work some take extra time off. To each his own. I know when I was driving to work this week always had the least amount of traffic. And, that was GREAT! Getting settled back in after Christmas, STILL have NOT gotten my gifts I ordered. YES, I have "David-it'd" them!! Blasted them good. They don't even know where the package is. And, NOW are out of the item for 2 weeks. WOW!! Well so be it. I was hoping I would get something extra from Amazon for all the problems, but not yet!! Ebay has picked up a little, and I am re-listing again today. I am hoping that everyone got LOTS of Christmas CASH and want to spend it on my auctions!! CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! the year in review, or I just don't remember

    "    Mama says yes Papa says no, make up your mind 'cause I gotta go, I'm gonna raise hell at the union hall, drive myself right over the wall    "    Well I have been late in posting, SORRY. But, I was overcome with Daughter-itis!! For maybe the first time, or the first time in a very long time. I spent part of the Christmas holiday with each daughter, SEPARATELY. One made it in on Sunday evening and stayed till Monday late afternoon. Then the other made it in Tuesday afternoon and stayed till Wednesday afternoon. So I was daughter-full for three straight days. It was fun having individual time with each of them. AND the presents were GREAT TOO!! My gifts that I was going to give out are STILL somewhere in shipping?? None can really tell me when they shipped OR where they are. The tracking number just says 'electronically sent to carrier'?? Well as the title says "year in review". It has been a challenge this year, I have finally gotten information to start my Medicare application for 04/01!! That will help ALOT!! Ebay has been interesting, and if nothing else it is slower then 2012, but a little more steady. The main reason it is slower is the value of cards I am now selling. When your selling sets from the 60's and early 70's EVERYONE wants them!! But most stuff from the 90's and 00's is geared towards a smaller group, and has MUCH LESS VALUE. If nothing else this year I got more settled in to retirement and all that surrounds that. And am really looking forward to a GREAT 2014. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! is all your shopping done

    "    It's liberty for all, 'cause democracy's our style, unless you are against us, then it's prison without trail, but one thing that is certain, life is good at Haliburton, if you're really so astute, you should invest in Brown and Root    "    Well how goes the shopping battle? I am done!! But, will not have everything here by Christmas. I am having problems with one company. They sent me an e-mail on 12/10 " your package has shipped ". Then on 12/18 another e-mail " your package has shipped ". I mean REALLY?? So I e-mailed them and asked them to tell me WHAT day my package was shipped? Well they don't work on weekends, customer service will respond to my e-mail on Monday. WOW!! Probably the LAST TIME I order from them!! Ebay has been funny. I am getting bidders making me 'best offers' that are just TERRIBLE. They are about 15% to 20% of the items value, and less than half of what I got the item listed for. Now I will listen to reasonable offers, the operative word being REASONABLE! I don't consider an offer of 20% of what I have the item for as reasonable. So I take the time to 'educate' the bidder. Some don't like that. I tell them now they know how I feel about their bid!! CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! what's your return policy

    "    Whoa, the servants they're so helpful dear, the cook she is a whore, yes the butler has a place for her, behind the pantry door, the maid she's French she's got no sense, she's from the Crazy Horse, and when she strips the chauffeur flips, the footman's eyes get crossed    "    Well Christmas gets closer every day, but it still seems to drag on. Ebay once again has slowed. In fact I had one buyer send me back his purchase! No e-mail nothing, just got this package in the mail one day, and it was cards I had sent out the week before. So I e-mailed him and asked what was going on. After two more e-mails he tells me that he went on a shopping spree that day and realized he bought too many things. He was trying to return some of them. I first thought that maybe the wife or girl friend found out and he got his ass chewed. Well the nice thing about eBay is you can investigate. I find that YES indeed he DID buy a TON, 40 plus items in less than a week!! But as I looked at the feedback I could NOT see where he had returned any of the others?? Now MOST of the feedback was not there yet. A sure sign that maybe he did return things. I insisted he leave me feedback to show that I honor my return policy. So I am not sure about his story, but I will take back the items and resell them. It was a grand total of $6.00!! Hope that makes things HAPPY with his better half!! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! White Christmas .. OR Not

    "    You don't know what's going on, you've been away for far too long, you can't come back and think you are still mine, you're out of touch my baby, my poor discarded baby    "    You know in the Seattle area, you have a 7 percent chance of having a White Christmas in any given year. I've been here for more than 50 Christmas' and can only remember 4 or 5. But, then again, how good is MY memory? Just getting mentally ready for Christmas, all my shopping is done, and I think I am only waiting on one or two deliveries. I think my daughters have the plans all made out, but of course subject to last SECOND change!! Ebay has been plugging along, same thing as before. Lots of looks and a few buyers!! Funny how all the TV programs change their schedules around Christmas, I guess they figure either you won't be home, or lured to watch Charlie Brown's Christmas, for the 22nd time!! Not much going on, just fine with me. Still working on getting the end of year stuff packed up and a little extra cleaning to boot. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! LUCKY Friday the 13th!!

    "    I'm a fleabit peanut monkey, all my friends are junkies, that's not really true, I'm a cold Italian pizza, I could use a lemon squeezer, what you do, but I've been bit and I've been tossed around, by every she-rat in this town, have you babe    "    Well another LUCKY Friday the 13th. That day has traditionally been a good one for me. I can't say the same about Thursday the 12th! I remember back in school, we use to get chilly for hot lunches every once in awhile. AND, when they served chilly, you also got a BIG Cinnamon roll!! Well this one day I got the hot lunch with chilly and this HUGE, I mean HUGE cinnamon roll. It had to be Twice the size of any other I saw!! So I am walking over to my seat, and around the corner comes this guy, full running speed. Plows right into me, the chilly goes all over me and the cinnamon roll hits the floor and starts bouncing away. WOW!! Well the janitor picked up everything and threw it in the trash. I got a new lunch with the SMALLEST cinnamon roll you ever saw!! How dis-appointing!! And you know, since then Thursday the 12th has not been kind!! There are several more horror stories to tell, but I just can't retell them. They are STILL just TOO painful!! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! SNOW? You think it will snow?

    "    I saw her today at the reception, a glass of wine in her hand, I knew she was gonna meet her connection, at her feet was a footloose man    "    Well it has been plenty cold, even cold enough to snow. But we haven't gotten the precipitation needed. Been dong some more closet clean out. Probably need to go through my old clothes and get those cleaned out as well. Ebay still plugging along, one sale here, one sale there. COOL!! Need to go grocery shopping again, soon. Been watching a LOT of TV during the day, it's the Winter Meetings for Baseball. Potential for trades and free agent signings. The Mariners have been quiet so far, but I think they are getting close. There are usually deals made but for sure the conversation starts and deals get done a little later. I just seemed tuned in this year. Got all my C-mas shopping done and waiting for deliveries. I should be getting a steady stream of deliveries for the nest week or so. What a nice way to shop for the holidays. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! Are you on thin ice?

    "    I'm feeling drunk juiced up and sloppy, ain't touched a drink all night, I'm feeling hungry can't see the reason, just ate a horse meat pie, yeah when you call my name, I salivate like a Pavlov dog, yeah when you lay me out, my heart is beating louder that a big bass drum alright    "    Well here comes more cold weather. Been in the teen's and colder tonight. FUN, FUN, FUN. Got some stuffed moved out to the shed today. My files and magazines I boxed up last week. NICE. Still got plenty of room in the shed. Ebay still plugs along, selling odds and ends, but still selling. Got all my Christmas shopping done!! Nothing elaborate, but there will be gifts!! I use to venture out to the malls and shop, I still enjoy going to the malls, but all my shopping is done on-line nowadays. I don't think I have the energy or stamina to shop in person any more. But I still like watching people fly around while they shop. Firming up plans with the daughters for Christmas. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! bundle up it's cold out there

    "    Now I ain't lookin' for no pretty face oh no, or for some hooker workin' roughish trade, and there ain't nothin' like a perfect mate, and I ain't lookin' for no wedding cake, but I been talkin' 'bout it much too long, I think I better sing just one more song, I've got one heart and it hurts like hell, I'm simply dying for some thrills and spills, oh yeah    "    Well it IS chilly outside, but luckily there is NO snow yet. Ebay has been picking up, selling some odds and ends, but selling none the less. Been trying to clean out and rearrange my closet and files. Trying to pack up past years to put in a file box and packing up my old Beckett Magazines and storing them in file boxes. I think I will try to sell my old Beckett's and my old Sporting News that I have. Probably not for much, but I can sell them and get them out of my hair. I try to pack up previous years files and paper work and store them in file boxes. Just to keep things tiddy. Plus it gives me a chance to play a couple of albums while I am in my closet sorting away!! CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! A DECEMBER to remember

    "    Well I heard a quiet man is half a man, with no sense of pride, if I have to dry to keep ya I don't mind weepin', if weepin gonna keep ya by my side    "    Well off to a new month today! Got items re-listed on eBay! Finally got my dead bolt locks installed yesterday, very nice and now just a little more secure. I am well aware, if they want to get in, THEY WILL!! But maybe an alarm and dead bolt locks will make them choose another place?? Did not get much cone over the weekend. Have had trouble sleeping at night. Some of it seems to be the AMOUNT of food I have been eating. WOW I feel like I am getting fattened up for a long cold winter. I had been dong so very well on my carb plan, now time to get back on it. I also know that part of my sleeping problem has been my compression socks, they feel like they are ' pinching' me at night. Sometimes on the heels, sometimes the big toes. I have also been falling asleep around 10pm then going to bed around 11pm. SO it's like a little nap before going to bed? So I hope to get back on the regular sleeping pattern soon!! Do need to do some end of year organizing. I got to pack up some stuff in my closet and then pack up yearly paper work and store it in the shed. I did get storage boxes the other day!! Not much else going on, I haer there my be snow coming in a day or tow. May be time to put on the STUDDED SNOW TIRES!! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! Happy Happy Thanksgiving

    "    Woman think I'm tasty but they're always tryin' to waste me, and make me burn the candle right down, but baby baby I don't need no jewels in my crown, 'cause all the woman is low down gamblers, cheatin' like I don't know how, but baby baby there's fever in the funk house now, this low down bitchin' got my poor feet a itchin', don't you know you know the duece is still wild, baby I can't stay you got to roll me    "    Well how was the big turkey day? Mine was GREAT!! I know it's late, or if you're Black Friday shopping, it's early. Went to my sister's place, great food and good time. There was plenty of the expected foods to eat. Not much else going on, I am off of eBay till the first of December. I did't think it would be very worth while to be listing over Thanksgiving. So I thought a little break my help as well. Also gave me a chance to re-price some more items and get a more accurate value listed. Was able to get my health insurance plan cancelled that I had purchased through "The Exchange". And I am going to stay with my current company until I can get on Medicare. The premiums are more, but the co-pay for meds is better and the deductible is smaller. I should be on Medicare in April, so it is only 3 or 4 months I have to worry about it. Looks like a long night, I took a little nap before I went to bed, and now I am not sleepy. Fun Times! CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! And the Panda is on life support

    "    Never got a flash out of cocktails, when I got some flesh off the bone, never got a lift out of Lear jets, when I can fly way back home    "    Well what a WONDERFUL weekend!! My daughters were down for our 'Thanksgiving' time. My sister and her family came over. Just a VERY nice evening with all. I so much enjoy these days with my daughters. We had several times that we just sat down and chatted, about what ever. Got a chance to watch the Huskies game with them, WELL one of them, the other was napping?!?!  HA HA HA HA Anyway just a great weekend. Then it's been a snappy day on eBay today, couple of things sold as my auctions ended. Now I will wait until December before I re-list. And was able today to get my new Health Insurance plan cancelled through the web portal. I will stay with my current plan until I become Medicare eligible in April of 2014. Should be a quiet and short week before Turkey day. Couple of little errands but that's it. Even got a chance to work on Christmas plans with my daughters this weekend. That will be a challenge! BUT, we have done Christmas in February before.  HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all my readers and followers. I truly appreciate your time in reading my blogs. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! The knee is OK I can still walk.

    "    I shout out, Who killed the Kennedys?, when after all it was you and me, let me please introduce myself, I'm a man of wealth and taste    "    Well I remember the day I hurt my knee playing Steal the Flag. I was in the 4th grade Thomas Jefferson Elementary, Richland, Washington. We use to play steal the flag almost every time we went to recess. Usually mixing up the teams from day to day. On this particular day during our first recess we divided up teams that were the same from the day before. A day in which my team was defeated SOUNDLY twice. Some where in our huddle before the start we decided to unleash a new tactic. The more than one attack. The idea was to confuse the other team by sending 4 or 5 players to get the flag. So we started, 2 players on each side of the boundaries, 2 players up the middle, and then 2 more from random spots. All attacking at the same time. One player was designated to go to the 'jail' and release our captured players, all the rest would head towards the flag. And off we went, I am not sure how the other attackers fared. I started towards the flag and was being chased by one of the enemy. To avoid being 'tagged' I went into a baseball slide. As I went to the ground my knee hit the metal cap of the sprinkler pipe. Now back in those days the underground sprinkler system was metal pipes, and when they go to the surface there was a heavy metal cap over the pipe. When the watered they would lift the cap and push a metal sprinkler, or hose connector into the pipe in the ground, the system worked great, but it really hurt when ever you hit the cap. I don't remember much after that, I know my knee really hurt, and I had to struggle to get up and back across the center line to safety. About that time recess was over, one of the teachers aid had saw my injury and took me to the nurses room to get cleaned up and bandage or something to stop the bleeding. When that was done I returned to my classroom. When I walked in the kids were crying? I said ' No, No, I am OK I will be just fine, it's OK'. Then I saw the TV was on, and thought the TV is NEVER on. I started to watch. What did I see? How do I remember so clearly my knee injury? Well it happened 50 years ago TODAY!! Yes the kids were crying over the assassination of President Kennedy!  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! Nice Hair Cut!

    "    When love comes so late it'll really hit hard, it slams through the gate it'll catch you off guard, everyone said what a perfect love match, 'cause she's is so smart she's a hell of a catch, I was drinking in love I was gulping it down, drifting for months on a billowing cloud, but after awhile I stopped to rebel, I'm back in the past and I'm raising up hell    "    Well out today and got my semi annual hair cut. A buzz cut to a ' 4 '. Should be good now until the spring! Was feeling a little under the weather yesterday, almost like my cold wanted to return. So I took drugs last night and do feel better today. Still with a scratchy throat. Not much else happening. Got to make some calls on the Insurance thing this week and make sure I cancel the plan through Premeria. Then need to do some Christmas shopping on line to see if I can find a couple of gifts. Ebay has started to pick up a little, but I don't think anything special at this point. Few other odds and ends going on and that's it. Just getting mentally ready for the holidays and all the ' stuff ' that goes with it. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! more grocery shopping

    "    Things are different today, I hear ev'ry mother say, cooking fresh food for a husband's just a drag, so she buys an instant cake and she burns her frozen steak, and goes running for the shelter ....    "    Well off to shop for groceries to Wal-Mart today. WOW, very tiring, and spent plenty of Dollars. But I think cheaper than QFC was 3 weeks ago. Did find room to put a couple of bottles of liquor in my basket. More Honey Bourbon and Toasted Caramel Whiskey!! Sounds good. Well I went through the Healthplanfinder web site to get new health insurance. My current company is dropping my current plan, it does not conform to the new ACA. Well I have found a better plan through my current insurance company and want to cancel the other plan I found on the web site. But it is turning out to be a hassle. That will be job #1 next week. Some activity on eBay. I started a 10 day auction of Friday, and when it runs out I will not list anymore till December. I did go through and readjust all the item in my Baseball Sets category -93 items- in all. Just getting geared up for this coming weekend. I think both my daughters will be down I hope for 2 days to celebrate Thanksgiving early. Should be lots of fun, and Daddy REALLY needs some daughter time!! CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! Tattoo You

Put on Tattoo You, by the  - BOYS -. What a great album, yes, a vinyl album!! It starts with  ' Start Me Up ' and finishes with  ' I'm just waiting on a Friend '. Most the songs are some classic sounding Stones tunes. Start Me Up was very successful for them. In fact Bill Gates used that song as the slogan for his ' START ' button when he launched Windows. I think the boys actually played the song LIVE in New York during the launch of Windows. There are several songs with a Sax. I just love a Sax in rock songs!! Especially the last one, Sonny Rollins just weaves that smooth Sax sound in and out of the whole tune!! VERY NICE!! Anyway, I regress, eBay ended today with a few sales. I am going to go through the listing and re-set the prices. I am in the process of figuring new book values for all my ' SET ' listings, and will use that to figure my new opening auction prices. Need to ' freshen ' things up a bit. I think plans have been set for Thanksgiving. I have actually SPOKE with both my daughters within the last four days!! WOW!! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! feelin' better everyday

    "    I've been to Africa looking for my soul, and I feel like an actor looking for a role, I've been to Arabia I've seen a million stars, been sipping champagne on the boulevards - yes    "    Well I am feeling better today, seem to be improving a little every day. Kind of a quiet day, but that's just fine. I think tomorrow I will try to clean up the garage and get the tools put away from last Saturday. I have been starting to feel in the Holiday Mood lately. Seems like it comes at a different time each year. I think we have the Christmas theme picked out ' Deck the Walls'. We will chat more about it at Thanksgiving. Plans for the holidays seem a little more firm than in the last several years, maybe that's why I am more in the mood??!! Ebay remains  S- L- O- W. I think I will list one more time this month, maybe a 10 day listing. Than let things sit until December. Just kind of hummin' and strummin' and enjoying it as I do. Found another 'lost friend' on Facebook yesterday. Now I will wait and see if he responds. Thinking it might be time to get another hair cut. And I want to get out in my Truck to try out my NEW Disability Placard!! CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! and the cold STILL hangs on

    "    I was driving home early Sunday Morning from Bakersfield. listening to gospel music on the colored radio station, and the preacher said  " You know you always have the Lord on your side " , and I was so pleased to be informed of this, that I ran 20 red lights in his honor, thank you Jesus thanks you Lord    "    Well I am STILL fighting this cold. I think I felt worse yesterday than any other day so far. I take med's and I am just OUT OF IT for several hours. I have yet to find ANYTHING that puts me "out of it" like cold med's do. Even alcohol doesn't work that quick. AND if I don't take the med's I am so stuffed and coughing I can't stand it. WOW. Anyway on the fight goes. Don't mind me, I'm on cold med's!!  Ebay has started to get interesting again. I am getting funny, silly, sad offers on my stuff. One guy sent me a $2.86 offer for an item that books for $225.00 and I have listed for $165.55. I sent him a counter offer of $165.54, He didn't think that was too funny. ME? I laughed my ass off!!  LMAO!! I just don't know what some people are thinking. Wait a minute, maybe that's it! They aren't thinking!! Glad the elections are over, if for nothing else, I won't have to watch all the commercials. I've gotta think the TV stations make a TON of money during election years. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! the not so COMMON COLD

    "    Oh I'm gonna break the laws, but I'll get through your door, but you wait and see yeah I'm gonna get ya, get you free, I found out where he keeps you, I've even been inside, you check under your pillow baby, you'll get the message, if I see you at your window, well then I'll know, no one can separate us    "    Well got to spend some time out and about Saturday afternoon. My sister and brother in law made it by. He helped me do some winterizing things around the house. He is always lots of help, it just wears me out however. I spent a lot of time up and walking and standing etc. And that's the kind of stuff that wears me out the quickest. But was able to get my shelf up and some other things taken care of. Had dinner and then I just crashed! Woke up Sunday morning feeling TERRIBLE! Full blown cold! WOW first cold I have had in probably close to 3 years or so. So I started to pop all the med's and just chill out. I stayed VERY close to my dish Sunday and so far Monday. I've got about 30 minutes worth of clean up and rearranging to do in the garage, but that can wait until I feel like it. I will just lay low until I shake this thing. Not much else going on, very slow on eBay, and I feel a little quiet time before the Holidays. We did loose power for about 75 minutes late Saturday morning. First time that has happened here in probably 4 or 5 years. So the goal now is to get better and then finish me chores. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! All Hallows Day All Saint's Day

    "    Will it be poison put in my glass, will it slow will it be fast, the bite of a snake the sting of a spider, a drink of belladonna on a toussaint night, hiding in a corner in New York city, lookin' down a fourty-four in West Virginia    "    Well All Hallows Day, or All Saint's Day in some parts. This was the BEST day to walk to school during the 4th through 7th grades. WHY?? It was the carnage left behind from Halloween. OH YEA, parts of costumes, pieces of yard and porch decorations, CANDY and all sorts of stuff. The candy seemed to be a plenty. We even found a shoe one year, tied it to a branch of a tree over the sidewalk. It was gone that afternoon on our way home. Guess you shouldn't pick up candy like that now a days. But back then OH YEA!! It was just an adventure on the way to school to see what was left behind. For a bunch of pre-teens, how cool!!  Well another day of shopping yesterday, again I am amazed at the COST!! Maybe ONE full basket, over $300.00!! I just don't see where I am spending that much. I do know that I will hunt around for other places to shop and see if I can cut it. I know I am buying ' better for me ' food. A lot of fresh veggie's and fruit, egg whites, etc. But STILL, WOW! Not much going on for eBay, and it should stay slow through out the end of the year. I have came to a stop on the chasing of the Charlie Watts autograph. A second ' expert ' I went to actually sent me some exemplars {those are the KNOWN samples they use to verify autographs} and my autograph is not all that close. So I STILL need to find out who it is that actually signed the program. I think that will be a task I will take on later. I need to let it quiet down and let me get a new grip on things before continuing. I still feel it was members of the bands that were playing, I just don't know who. I am fairly certain it is NONE of The Rolling Stones. So on goes my search. World Series is over and CONGRATS to the SOX and finally the American League wins. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! Anastasia screamed in vain

If Boston wins it will be the first time since 1918 that they have clinched a World Series win IN BOSTON!! I read on-line this morning that seats around the dugout were going for $24,00 a pair, AND the price was probably going up!! WOW!! They also said that during Monday's game, prices of bleacher seats were going up OVER $50 per inning being played. Well I have found another 'expert' to send my Charlie Watts autograph to. Let's see what this one has to say. I have thought about wanting to start collecting past Rolling Stones Tour Programs. If I can get this program certified, it would be a BIG step towards that challenge.  Ebay had a little spike, but settled back down. It may be slow now until after the first of the year. But I feel like I got to keep listing, because if anyone else thinks it is slow they may go looking for deals. I know I will as I try to finish off the 2002 Topps 206 set.The yard still looks great, funny after I mow we have several days of just beautiful weather. I am hoping it will be the last time to mow this year. And of course an early Happy Halloween. That was kind-of the theme today. CHOW MOI!!

And I must say " It looks M-A-R-V-E-L-O-U-S!!"  Got some stuff cleaned out of the garage as well. Took a break from the computer stuff today. I have been trying to chase down a couple of possible autograph's on the back of a Tour Program I bought several years ago. It's a 1965 Tour of the Rolling Stones, The Hollies, The Checkmates, and a few others. It was a tour in Europe. When I bought the item the seller did not know who the auto's were from. SO I told him that meant it was a program with ink writing on it. And that devalues it. So I bought it for a song, I think $20 of less. Well I have made a copy of the back where the auto's are and then highlighted them. And I have been on-line for 4 or 5 days trying to figure out who it might be. Well one of them I think is the drummer for The Checkmates, Barry Reeves, the other on I think is the drummer for The Rolling Stones, Charlie Watts. The problem is that Charlie signed his WHOLE name, he usually signs as 'charlie boy'. Well I was able to find several examples on-line that were authenticated showing his whole name. They were from '64 and '65. I also sent an e-mail to the administrator of the Stones chat board I am on. He didn't think it was Charlie, BUT he has a friend who was a photographer for The Stones for about 30 years. And he sent my scan to him. Well the photog came back and said " YES, it was an early Charlie!!" So I then sent it to an 'expert' out of Houston for a quick review. He came back and said there were THREE sig's or the program. Barry (which he spelled bErry) and Tony Hicks and Graham Nash. The later two signing just their first names!?!?!? WHAT!! So more on line research, I did NOT find anything even CLOSE to either one of their sig's. Let alone first name ONLY!! So another quick e-mail to the board administrator and he assured me that if the photog thought it was real, he felt there was a STRONG chance it was! So I will go back on-line Monday and see if I can find another 'expert' and take another try. I would like to get the auto's certified just for down the road. Luckily I have dealt with so called experts on autographs before with my baseball card collecting. This Houston expert was referred to me by a large autograph company out of England. But I don't think they knew anything about him. SO on my journey goes. Did I tell you how GREAT the mowed yard looks? CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! World Series Time

I will root for the American League, since I live in an American League city. But, I will root more for Seven Games, because this is the last series of the year. After this the baseball season is over till Spring Training in March. Re-listed items on eBay yesterday, and added several new  ones. Did manage to sell ONE thing!! WOW!! Anyway I have been getting some looks and some VERY ridicules offers! I have been waiting to mow the yard, it still is foggy and moist way to long into the day to be able to mow. Should be some sunny afternoons this week, so I hope to get out there. Not much else going on. I finally got to chat with my youngest daughter the other day! That was a treat! She is very busy with work and personal stuff, and seems to be on the go ALL THE TIME!! I just wish she would figure out a way to squeeze a call in to daddy every 10 days or so.  I remember when I was that busy with two kids and in the middle of a divorce. My soon to be 2nd wife MADE me sit down on Sunday's and call home! That is the best thing she did for me!! I kept that habit until I moved back to Washington! OH, I divorced the 2nd one too! She thought Cocaine was more fun around the house than me! I told her there was not room for the both. WOW!! But I think I may be the better for it now. CHOW MOI

Got the grocery shopping out of the way yesterday. I am still amazed at the cost. Almost $500.00 yesterday. I think we got 2 weeks or more of stuff, but still?? I will need to go back and get fresh veggie's and fruit in less than 2 weeks, and maybe out of egg whites before then as well. I am not wasting any food, and have been on the low carb plan for a while and don't feel like I am over eating. I have been losing weight. I just don't get it. Does it really cost THAT much to eat healthy?? Chicken, Pork, Fish, Meat for dinners, egg whites and sausage for breakfast, deli sliced meat and cheese for lunch. Then salad or veggie's with dinner, fruit with lunch. WHAT?? It is a work in progress to trim the food bill, and it looks like I still got lots of work ahead of me. I have been also getting the medical bills in, stuff that I owe. Trip to the Hospital for x-rays, the doctor to tell me about the x-rays, still some stuff left over from February. WOW, this is where the $3500.00 deductible catches up with you. OH WELL IT'S ONLY MONEY!!!!  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! Jury duty .. again

    "    Now I bet your mama was a tent show queen, and all her boyfriends were sweet sixteen, I'm no schoolboy but I know what I like, you shoulda heard me just around midnight    "    Well in the mail Friday was a notice for Jury Duty, oh joy! I filled out the information on line today, and asked for an exemption, based on my condition and inability to climb stairs. We'll see?? I used to be able to get out of it pretty easy with my late night job. Ebay still remains slow, but I am getting some silly request and offers, so I know people are looking, and that usually leads to buying. I am waiting for the weather to mow, it has been nice the last several days, I think I will mow by the end of the week. Got to fit in a trip to the grocery store as well, I keep running out of food?? Did get a chance to chat with both my daughters this week, one of them took some doing. She was fourth in line to cross the boarder when she called, but at least she called!! All seem swell with them, my sister has started to make holiday plans already, although it is only about 6 weeks away!?!? I think I got medical insurance taken care of, of course, just throw money at it, AGAIN. I just am hanging on till Medicare. I have read several articles about the upcoming increase in Social Security Benefits. I kinda laugh at it, I went FIVE years WITHOUT any kind of pay raise, and these people are complaining about 1.5%. I know that is not a lot, but it beats the HELL out of 0%!! I find it beyond funny that I am getting pay raises when I am NOT working and got  ZERO  when I was. Of course that's because Wink and Linda are TERRIBLE Managers, and neither one knows " come here from sick 'em " when it comes to managing people. Oh those were fun times, weren't they, what do ya think Scott?? CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! when can I mow

    "    A glimpse of you was all it took, a stranger's glance it got me hooked, and I followed you across the stars, I looked for you in seedy bars    "    Well I REALLY need to mow my yard, but it keeps raining. The mornings I have gotten some rain, and then the last several afternoons more rain. If I could get a dry day maybe I can get the mower out. Got several other outside items to take care of before the winter sets in. Just have to use some patience until I can get to it. Ebay has been a little better the last several days, COOL!! Wouldn't mind a solid month of sales. Got done with all the health insurance stuff, I think. Took the better part of a day, and my monthly premium is going UP!! I sure hope Medicare is cheaper and easier. Tracked down an old friend and chatted with him. He doing well, wants to get together for lunch and a beer, sounds good to me. There are several others I should check in with and see how stuff is going. I guess that may be a project for next week. Have put together several Finest sets in the last week or so. Got maybe one or two more years to do. I have found that if I wait a couple of years before chasing after the set it seems to be a little cheaper. They are VERY COOL looking cards, but don't seem to hold a strong retail value for individual cards, but do hold up for sets. I really like the  ' Refractors '. They are all shiny and bright. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! New insurance time .. OH BOY!!

I do NOT remember that in last nights forecast. Oh the joys of being a weatherman and not having to worry about getting your job wrong! WOW! Well I have spent the morning on the Healthfinder web site. Trying to get health insurance for the upcoming year. You know if you select and want to buy a policy, you have to pay for it NOW, even though it will not take effect till 01/01/2014. That just doesn't seem right, why do you have to pay 3 months in advance?? Must be just another quirk of the whole process. OH wait, now I know, the government is out of money!! The individual plan I now have is being discontinued, in lieu of some new ACA - Obamacare- plan. OH lucky me!! And ONCE again my monthly premiums will be GOING UP!! They must have found out that I have a BIG FUCKING MONEY TREE in my back yard!!  The bastards!!  Oh well why don't I just take care of the DEFICIT TOO!! I am still not to Medicare yet, not eligible till 05/2014. SO I will pay higher premiums till then, and hope beyond hope that I will get some kind of break when Medicare kicks in. I will then also need to get supplemental insurance. OH the joys!!  Ebay is S L O W, but I keep listing items, I always tell myself, "it only takes one"!! Other than that just watching playoff baseball, and dealing with a 'funky' ear, like I got water trapped in it or something. Sounds like another doctors visit, that I will get to pay for 100% because I have not reached my deductible yet. The simple joys just continue. What a lucky person I am. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! USA is all shut down

I am working on putting together a couple of Finest sets. I still get a lot of satisfaction out of chasing down wants list. I still enjoy filling in the sets and finishing them off. I think baseball card collecting is really an affliction. Some kind of ' virus or disease ' or something. Not much going on eBay, some lookers, but no buyers. Very pretty day out today, I just relaxed and watched some playoff baseball. Lots on the news about the USA government shutting down because of the budget problems. The big news is that crab fisherman can not go crabbing because they can not get the permits from the government people, and they think crab prices may go to OVER $40 a pound, for maybe up to a year. WOW, also problems with other shipping and boating because NOAA is also shut down, so they are not providing weather details for sea goers.  Time to hang the sign up on the USA front door ' ON VACATION ' come back later. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! 4 county errand

Also dropped off my paperwork to my doctor. Ended up going through 4 different counties today. Came home the long way, up I-5 and then into Port Orchard and picked up some stuff at the hard ware store, then out to dinner and finally home, after 5 hours on the road. I got my steroid shot for my shoulder on Monday and after two days it seems to be getting better. I do have less pain, but still feel some when I do certain things, but still feels better. Ebay has been picking up, at least more activity, and that usually leads to more sales. I still get the mental giant who wants to buy a $70.00 set for $8.00, and then they get mad because I say ' NO '!! They usually come back with something about that set has been for sale for a long time etc, etc. I usually don't respond. So I am working on putting some other sets together and should start getting some other things ready for listing. Been just staying or trying to stay dry. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! rainy quiet day

    "    My dear lady Anne I've done what I can, I must take my leave for promised I am, this play has run my love, your time has come my love, I've pledged my troth to     "    Well just a quiet rainy day, what an early Fall storm last night, doesn't seem like any trees or branches did any damage. I have seen a few that did fall, but none in the way. Looks like it's SHOT time for my shoulder, the medicine I have been taking for the last 10 days is just NOT doing anything. WOW!! My fantasy baseball league comes to an end today. Looks like I will finish 4th. I scored a 1st in the Pitching categories, but I think 8th or 9th in Hitting categories. I think I was too quick to make changes on the Hitting side if a player was not doing well, where as on the Pitching side I would wait longer before making a change. There were several Hitting players that came back and had great results later that were by then on another team. Well wait till next year!! I finished well back in the Gold Fantasy league as well! So activity on eBay the last several days, nothing big, but at least some stuff is selling!! When ever we get a break in the weather for a day or so, I got to get out an mow the yard. The grass is starting to get REAL TALL!! Fun times. CHOW MOI!!

I just find it VERY amusing that the song talks about  'late September'  AND I reference it in LATE SEPTEMBER!!  YEA I KNOW!!  I REALLY NEED HELP!!  Like Keith Olbermann references Fred Merkle and his 'bone head' play every September 23rd. It is just SO easy to use every year. Well got the Tracfone problem handled today. I just do not get great service in my house, but I step out on the deck, and it works. So now I am learning a new phone. I now have to  'pair' it up with the Bluetooth in the Ranger and Rouge. Today I get a call from my Orthopedic doctor's assistant. It seems the doctor is sending back the paperwork I took him last week for my appointment. He told me at our last check-up that he did not need to see me any more, UNLESS things got worse. I asked him about the paperwork I get about every 6 months. He said my regular Doctor could fill it out. I told him I had brought some paperwork with me today. " Oh that's fine, just in the future " WRONG, the assistant informs me that the not so good doctor is returning the paperwork and I need to take it to my regular doctor to get filled out. WHAT!! Hold it over a week and then return it NOT FILLED OUT! I will say, this had better NOT cause me problems with the insurance company. I had a hell of a time getting them to pay the premiums to begin with, now if I don't get the paperwork return on time. BOOM!! I am back to a hassle again. WOW, I guess since I am NOT making him any more money, he's not going to do the paperwork. And all he does is sign, his assistant FILLS it out!!  Well my shoulder [ AC Joint ] is starting to show a small improvement. the doctor told me I should notice a difference in a couple of days. It has been a week. I started to take it in the morning and at night. I have to take it with food. Before I was taking it in the morning and at dinner. So I spread it out and seems like the shoulder is responding. I go see the doctor again next week. It is then 'shot' time, and if that doesn't work it's physical therapy, and then surgery. That is NOT what I want.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! and STILL I wait for Tracfone

They ask me to make a call, NOTHING, turn phone off, back on, STILL nothing, turn phone on, take battery out while it is on, STILL NOTHING. Go outside and see if I can get more 'bars'. Nothing, OH there is a power/tower outage in my area. Wait 24 hours and try it again?!?! WOW!! But I did check phone number and it is THE ONE I WANT!! So maybe, just MAYBE they are getting it. Well Mom-ma is doing better 4 days after her carpal tunnel surgery. She actually went back to her volunteer job today. I got a little happening on eBay. I got one 'mental giant' who wants to buy some 1 screw holders from me. I have them listed as 8 per item, and I have 64 of them. Well he wants to buy all 64. But can't figure out how to make the bid for all 8 items so he ends up with 64 single holders. WOW He is VERY confused. Hope we got it figured out. Working on finishing off my 2002 Topps 206 cards. The set has regular sized cards AND tobacco sized. It came out in three different series over 2 years. I am working on the last series now. Almost got all the regular sized cards, just trying to track down the smaller ones and then all the variations to both sizes. It is a lot of fun to be chasing after baseball cards again. I had forgot the thrill and enjoyment in it. I am not sure if that is a set I will sell. It is a pretty cool take off of the original tobacco cards from 1909 through 1911. I have been taking my medicine for my aching shoulder now for 6 days and I really do not feel any change. The doctor told me I should start to feel changes for the better with in a couple of days. I don't think the med's are working, so next up is a steroid shot ' cortisone I think ', then physical therapy and then surgery. OH JOY!!  CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! day two of the surgery

    "    When I come home baby, and I've been working all night, I put my daughter on my knee, and she say Daddy what's wrong, I put my head on her shoulder, she whispers in my ear so sweet, You know what she says?    "    Well we are in day two of mom's carpel tunnel surgery. And I think doing well. She is managing the pain well with her pills, and seems to be using the wrist when she can. Still has the ice bag and a wrap on it. I think she has more cabin fever than anything. I will have to figure out a way to get her out of the house a little. Yesterday was a VERY LONG day. Up at 4 AM the to Olympia and the surgery, back home about 11AM. Then off to get her med's. WOW, my shoulder seems to be doing a little better. I am being causes with it, because the next option is a shot then therapy and then surgery. eBay is slow and I am not quite sure I think it has to do with football starting up. I hope baseball comes back to life during the playoffs. I am still waiting for the SIM card for my cell phone so I can get back up and running. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! Lions, Tigers, and TRACFONE, OH MY!!

And I must say, she does a GREAT soulful version, I was really impressed with it!!  OK NOW BACK TO VENT!!  What is TRACFONE's problem!! ANYONE,  ANYONE,  BUELLER,  BUELLER ??? So I decide to drop Verizon and go with Tracfone, cheaper and I have NOT been using the cell very much at all since my disability. I have been paying $60 a month to Verizon and KNEW I could get something cheaper. So I order a phone from Tracfone, I get it, AND it is defective, it will NOT stay turned on. So I call their customer service center and after about 25 minutes they decide to send me a replacement phone. In the meantime I get my old number transferred from Verizon to Tracfone so I can keep it. I have had that number for over 5 years, and don't want to have to send out new text to everyone telling them I have a new number. SO yesterday the replacement phone shows up, I unpack it and charge it. Today I go into the web site and try to transfer my number over to the new phone. Well both phones are showing as ' inactive ' and after about 20 minutes I can not get it to transfer. So I call Tracfone customer service center, WOW. I learn that because BOTH phones were inactive my number has been lost?? I go BALLISTIC!! I mean BIG TIME!! Well I get transferred around 4 TIMES. All the time being told my number is lost, and each time I just lay into Tracfone and tell them how TERRIBLE they are and how could they SCREW up such a SIMPLY process? Well 5 people later and 54 minutes, 24 seconds later one guy tells me [which I could hardly understand his English] That they will send me a new SIM card that I will have to put in, and then I need to call them back at that time and they can get my old number onto the phone. Well we shall see!! I REALLY have my doubts. I was about to cancel several times, but each time I remembered that I have already bought an in car charger, a USB cord, a mini SD card, AND a windshield holder JUST FOR THAT MAKE OF PHONE. SO I bit my tongue and just hammered them about how they could 'lose' my number. WOW, I now wait to see if they recovered it. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! OH the grass looks great!

Then kept thinking about a way to get the leaves blown away too. Seamed like a lot of trouble to get out the blower and then use it while riding the mower, so I figured out how to blow the leaves away while using the mower!! Was able to get all the leaves blown off the rocks and into the weeds. WOW It looks GREAT!! Well until the storm yesterday blew more leaves down. Now they are wet and I am sure will not blow away so easy. But at least I have a plan that works for next year, or later this year if everything dries out. Just chillin', my shoulder is REALLY in some pain after the mow job Saturday. WOW time to get it looked at and see about resolving the pain some how. Still waiting for my new, new cell phone. And things remain slow at eBay. One fantasy baseball league is done, I finished 6th, after losing the first 6 games of the year. And the other two are down to just a couple of weeks. I think the golf has one week left. Should be a busy week. I will be out and about two or three times.  Was able Saturday to get all the hoses and sprinklers put away, now just a few more yard things to do before the fall and winter set in.  CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! new phone .. AGAIN

    "    I was out in the city, I was out in the rain, I was feeling downhearted, I was drinking again, I was standing by the bridges where the dark water flows, I was talking to a stranger about times long ago, I was young I was foolish, I was angry I was vain, I was charming I was lucky, tell me how have I changed    "    OK Got the new phone, got the number transferred over from the old phone, put in 5 sets of 'code' that have about 20 to 24 numbers PER code. AND BAM the phone turns off. Can't get it back on, I call the help desk, play with it for 20 minutes nothing. THEN  BAM the phone comes back on, I put in another code AND BAM the phone shuts off!!  OK ENOUGH is ENOUGH!! They are sending me a new phone to replace the new phone??  WHAT!?!?  So now my Verizon account is closed because I transferred the number, so no phone till the 'other' new one gets here. Fine I can make it, I will just wait here with my indolent air and an insolent stare. Waiting for the postman. Made a trip to doctor orthopedic for my 6 month follow up. No changes, and he says that I can stop coming to him, unless I get some additional problems. If I need paperwork filled out it can go to my primary doctor. I once read that 80% of the people that have my condition do NOT change any, 10% get better and 10% get worse. OK one less trip to Olympia. Wednesday went in and had the Rouge serviced, for the last time FREE!! Bummer, now I got to pay for service??  Sounds 'kinky'?  OH well won't be the first time I had to 'pay' for service. Enough said I got daughters you know. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! new phone time

I am really hard to pick a phone out for. I use the cell phone today the way I used it 25 years ago. TO MAKE PHONE CALLS ON!!  Yea I know, how unique!! The only difference today is I also send text messages. I had a VERY cool mobile phone back in the day, it was a Motorola bag phone. Looked like a squared off purse, had an antenna sticking out of it. Got GREAT reception, and good coverage. Well today I got a Motorola EX431. Very THIN. Now I will transfer my old number from Verizon to the new phone, I got it through Tracfone. Hope to save some money. I have been paying $60 a month, and have been making 2 calls and 15 text per month. So I will buy some time and minutes and see. I just have NO use for a smart phone that gets on line and does all that other stuff. I just would never use any of the ' extras '. Been feeling a little low the last several days. Not sure why, I have had some sleeping issues. Have had that urge to stay up late, then I just don't seem to sleep in when I do. I enjoy the food I am eating on my ' low carb ' plan. SO far, SO good. Been running about 90 carbs or so a day, doctor says stay under 100, and try to work to under 90. Got some busy times coming up. Need to roll up the hoses and start putting things away for winter. The yard needs a mow, gotta take the Rouge in for service, and then I think there are 3 or 4 doctor visits, including Mom getting carpel tunnel surgery in the next 10 days. WOW!! The fantasy baseball has become NOT A FANTASY!! WOW I just can't get any traction on making any move up the standings. SO be it, eBay has slowed also. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! OH MY BACK!

Wow a rough day yesterday. About the middle of the day my lower back started to hurt and get stiff. By dinner time I could barely get out of the chair, and I was really in some pain. I put a heating pad on it, and it seemed to help a little. Most of the pain and stiffness would come if I went from sitting to standing, or vice-versa. But now this morning it feels better, I can still fell some stiffness, but not the pain. So I will be ' slow and easy ' today. Got an e-mail from my doctor yesterday, I have a problem with my AC Joint in my right shoulder. He used some BIG medical words and stuff, but bottom line is he wants to see me. SO who knows?? I did look up the terms on the inter-web, but one of the sites took me to ' date eager girls in Port Orchard ' with nude girls on the front page. WOW doc is that an order. Can I get a prescription for that?? CHOW MOI!!

Thought I would get in a late night post. Went to the Foot Doctor yesterday, had him look at my big toe nail. WOW!! What things he can do. He is talking to me about the nail fungus, and what the nail might look like if he was to remove it { by the way, he says the nail will grow back and look almost like the one that gets removed }, and what treatment I can use [ either some med's that cause liver enzymes to raise -no- or some tree oil -you mean sap?- or some Vick's Vapor Rub ], and so on, the WHOLE time he is trimming and cleaning out the old nail and crud. WOW, he says actually the new nail growing in looks very good, and to let it grow out and see how that goes. Treat it with Vick's and let's see!! OK!! Then over to the hospital and x-rays of my hurting right shoulder. I was thinking that the shoulder was getting better and I probably would NOT do anything. MAN WAS I WRONG!! The x-ray tech had my shoulder in about 4 different positions and it got to REALLY HURTING!! OK OK I will go see my Doc and review the x-rays and see what he thinks is best. THEN, I get out to my truck and some IDIOT has parked over in my parking spot by the width of his tires!! AND this is a BIG SUV. Here I am, barely able to get in and out of the truck as it is, and now some IDIOT has parked on top of me. Well. IDIOT if you see a big green mark on the passenger side of your rig, IT WAS ME!! I really didn't give a shit, flung the door open and crawled in, what a sound it made against that SUV!! OH by the way, YOU EARNED IT!! Got some stuff selling on eBay, and some stuff that people think I should GIVE AWAY! 'Cause that's what they're offering. AND my fantasy team dream is RAPIDLY fading. My pitchers can't pitch and win, my hitters are NOT!! WOW, just not my year, now I know what Cubbies fans feel like,  " Wait till next year " CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! time to B-B-Q

    "    You can see the freeway dividing, it's a pity you can't take 'em both, one leads to the valley or down some blind alley, the other runs down to the coast, too many roads lead to nowhere, but how they twist and they turn, and a dead end and a dusty old strip mall, where your tires are all shredded and burned    "  Well it's time to get the B-B-Q cleaned up from the SOIREE so I can start B-B-Q'ing again. It was really a mess after the Brisket and I didn't clean it up right away. So I fried it today, over 600 degrees and cleaned it off. Now it's ready for a great lookin' T-Bone steak tonight!! And some Garlic cloves.!! OH MY!! Not much else going on, sold two items from eBay yesterday, and will re-list 255 items tonight. My fantasy baseball team has kind of hit a flat point. At this point in the season it becomes harder and harder to pass other teams. All of the categories are based off of all year. So they accumulate totals all year long. Well if you have a guy who has 12 strikeouts in one game in April, you could move  up 2 or 3 spots. But, in September, you gain on the guy in front of you, but you stay in the same ranking. And that is where I am. I have some great numbers, but it is hard to gain a lot of ground on anyone. I have one trick left for the pitching side. Which I hope gets me 3 or 4 points, but even that will still leave me in 4th place. So I have to hope someone else drops some points as well. My offensive side this year again was my weak side, only getting me 20 points, while the pitching side got 38. There is a fair chance I can get to 3rd yet. Not much planned for tomorrow. Nice quiet day. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! low carb away

    "    While music pumps from passing cars, a couple watch me from a bar, a band just played the wedding march, and the corner store mends broken hearts, and a woman asks me for a dance, oh it's free of charge, just one more chance    "    Well how goes it. Went shopping yesterday to get stocked up on 'low carb' items. Going to try low carb instead of calories and see what happens. I was losing weight on calories but have started to gain again, so time for a shake it up. WHAT KIND OF SHAKE you ask? Carmel Chocolate Swirl!! HA HA HA HA Did finally hear back from Chase Mortgage, AND I LOST!! They admit to making the mistake, and YES I got past due with my Taxes BECAUSE of their error. BUT, they are not going to do anything about it!! END OF STORY!! WOW, they made the mistake, they caused me to be delinquent, they ADMIT IT!! And yet nothing. Their take on the thing is they are not going to shell out $3000 to correct it. They are gambling that I will come up with the money to save the house. What they don't know is the true value of the house and what could be at stake. If I default and let them foreclose, they will have put $200,000 on the line. So they saved $3000 to risk $200,000?? They will let me re-pay the negative escrow at $60 a month with no interest to get it current, probably in the range of 5 years. OK, I will take that, knowing full well that I should have caught the error also. I do have one more trick up my sleeve, and will wait to unload that GEM in good time. eBay is REALLY SLOW, probably the quietest I have seen it in well over 2 years. I am not sure if people are just not buying, or just not buying what I have listed! I keep thinking that I should pull everything off for a while and wait. BUT, the old adage 'It only takes one' keeps singing out to me. So I keep listing. I do have a BIG sale going on, and September is close. I still remain positive. Need to get fired up and get some paperwork done, got old files that need to be boxed and stored, got to get a handicap application going for a handicap sticker. Did start the process to get my shoulder looked at, it still bothers me and I have to go get an X-ray, then my regular Doctor will refer me to an orthopedic. I just don't want to spend the money. My fantasy baseball team had a couple of good days, then have just TANKED the last two days. Do need to finish up some stuff in the garage too. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! easy day

    "    Slipped my tongue in someone else's pie, tasting better ev'ry time, he turned green and tried to make me cry, being hungry it ain't no crime    "    Well just an easy quiet day. Just chilled yesterday, some eBay stuff and that's about it. Pretty much the same today. Did some research for my low carb diet. Tried to make some meal plans and what to change. I think the main difference will be lunch and breakfast. I have a sandwich almost every day now, so I will need to cut out the bread. And will need to stop the Orange Juice and waffles. I think egg whites and breakfast meats will do. For lunch I think lettuce wraps and fruit. Dinner should stay about the same, maybe drop corn. And desserts will have to change, probably berries and fruit. I am suppose to start around 120 grams a day and work my way down to 100 grams a day. Doctor said to drop slowly so I am not hungry. Got 257 items re-listed on eBay, and then set up for a SALE. That will start on Monday morning. Need to try something to re-start the sales again. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! liver ALL CLEAR!!

    "    If you can, I don't want a show down, I just want to know where I stand, the headlines are screaming, they change everyday, as long as I ain't in them, I'm happy that way, I know that you won't lie to me, but you hold back the truth    "  OK well here I go again. I did go to the liver doctor yesterday, he was 45 minutes behind at 10am!! I spent about 3 hours between drive time and visit. Got told all my liver functions are still at normal levels!! " But, my friend you have got to loose weight" I was blown away when I saw his records and saw that I have put on 16 pounds in the last 6 visits to the doctor. That's from about mid-December till now. WOW!! Too much, and the whole time I was trying to LOOSE the LB's!! So we chatted, switching to a low-carb diet instead of calories. I have had success with loosing weight on low-carb about 22 years ago. So will try again. I go back to see the doctor in 6 months, I would love to be about 20 lbs or more lighter!! Lots of work, and with my condition, not being able to do a normal workout, it should be a challenge. Not much selling of eBay, getting questions on stuff, and getting VERY low ball offers, but not SELLING. Hope to see that turn around in September. Still waiting to hear back from Chase Mtg on my "dispute". Should know something within the next week. Hope to see the weather turn cooler and that will help get me outside and some kind of exercise. Just WAY TOO hot now. Not much else, about time to re-evaluate the budget and see what the next steps are that need to be done. HEY, Crown Royal has  ZERO  carbs!!! OK, then it's time for lunch!! Don't hold back, say what is on your mind, I got thick skin. Well another SOIREE has come and gone. Had a great time with family Saturday, some timing issues and just a general 'lost' feeling for the SOIREE. Several hic ups that we got around, everyone liked the brisket. I should have had it off the grill about an hour earlier. But, like I said, there was a timing and showing up when stated problem. Well that's behind us and on we go. I am already thinking about next year!! Several busy days, mowing, shopping, up and about. SO spent a very slow and quiet day yesterday. And staying close to the dish today. Just trying to build up strength. eBay is slow, not selling a bunch. And the Fantasy teams are back to struggling. I was in 2nd place for one day in the baseball league, now back to 5th. It is time to start implementing my grand plan to catch up. We will see how smart I was by season end. Got a lover doctor appointment later this week, and I should get a referral from my regular doctor for a look at my shoulder by an orthopedic doctor. The shoulder has been bothering my more this week. I know it's from using it so much, but I need to dl something so I can use the arm and not have the pain in my shoulder. Well how goes the battle? I have been very derelict in my blogging duties. And I am sorry for that. This is the first blog I have ever done, and it was started as a way to vent some of my displeasure with " the man ". As I am not working any more, and do spend the day at home 6 1/2 days out of the week. I figured in order to keep some sanity in my family and not make my daughters run and hide every time daddy called, I started to write about it. And it has helped, I have remained some what sane and not pissed off those around me more than normal. And writing about this stuff, I have actually came up with some solutions to the various problems I have encountered. As time goes on and I get adjusted to "unable to work and stay at home life" I have had less items that truly piss me off. So I have been writing less. Plus I have never been one that shares 'EVERYTHING' about my life. The best cartoon I saw was a guy on the phone and the caption read " Thank goodness for Facebook, now I don't have to call all 354 of my friends and tell them I had cereal for breakfast ". How true. SO bear with me as I adjust and try to get back on a steadier routine. With all that said, I did get the yard mowed yesterday. It looks MARVELOUS!!  Had a little sprinkle going on so no dust to deal with! But, I did cut up a garden hose, OOPS! So I am very set for the SOIREE tomorrow. Not sure who will be here, but who ever shows up we will have a great time. And it has become a nice summer event. I wish my old buddies on Facebook would have responded to me, would be nice to see them again. But be that as it may, I will not let that ruin my day. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! fantasy bantasy

    "    Mister President, Mister Immigration man, let me in sweetie to your fair land, I'm Tampa bound and Memphis too, short fat fanny is on the loose, dig that sound on the radio, then slip it right across into Buffalo, Dick and Pat in ol' D.C., well they're gonna hold some shit for me    "    Pretty relaxing weekend, watched the PGA Championship and some baseball. My fantasy teams, both Baseball and Golf did not fair too well. I just can't seem to pick the right golfers on the right day and none of my pitchers can get a win. WOW!! Just frustrating, I did finish in the 98.3 percentile on one Golf Fantasy, that's good. And I am currently in 4th place in baseball, I was as high as 2nd place the other day. I just can't seem to make that BIG push for the top spot. Well will spend this week getting ready for the SOIREE, got a few minor things to do along the way. Nothing real earth shattering. Just a matter of digging out the pans and stuff I will need, then a last day of shopping, and then putting everything together. Should be a fun week, hope to hear from a few people about them showing up, have not gotten the RSVP's I thought I would to date. But I do know that some of my friends are 'last minute Salley's'. HI ALL!! shop till you drop

    "    Well now we're respected in society, we don't worry about the things we used to be, we're taking heroin with the president, well it's a problem sir, but it can't be bent, uh yes    "    Taking a quiet day today. Went shopping at Walmart yesterday, and WOW!! Really until I just about dropped. That is a BIG place, had to pick up some other things in different parts of the store. So I made several trips around. Did get most of the things I needed. Will have to do a little more in a few days. Got several things for the SOIREE. Am just laying close to the dish today and watching the PGA Tournament. Some catch up stuff etc. I was very sore yesterday and slept badly last night. The yard is looking great. Trying to water a little every night. Really like the latest work done. Trying to decide what I want to do with the area under the trees by the garage that I had cleared out. I was thinking about just landscape fabric and some 3/4 inch crushed rock to match the parking area along the drive way and the garage. Then was thinking about maybe a low level deck ( can't have a lot of steps ). But not sure. May take a survey to see what others think. If I do put down the rock I can still use it for a comfortable sitting area. If I put a wooden deck there, well kind of hard to park on if I ever needed over flow parking. The rock will match, but the deck would look awesome, except for the steps?? CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! big rock done

    "    Yeah you got satin shoes, yeah you got plastic boots, y'all got cocaine eyes, yeah you got speed freak jive    "    Well a late happy birthday to me. I have really been poor at keeping up with my posts. Things have been kind of make plans and then wait. The big rock JUST got finished today, and it was delivered back on the 2nd. Was promised they would be by all weekend, and nothing. Then was waiting on the neighbor to come by with his BIG Scoop machine to knock down some dead trees and clear a spot out for me. And wait, and wait, and wait. Well the rock is finished AND it looks MAVELOUS!! Had enough to add some extra to the other side as well, so now my water drainage should be great this winter. Now just being patient for the neighbor. Had a quite birthday, watched some Hydroplane races, some Drag racing, and some Baseball. Got to talk to both daughters, so all was good!! Now getting ramped up for the SOIREE, all ready reserved the brisket, probably go shopping later this week for the other goodies and such. My shoulder has been feeling better, if I don't abuse it during the day. I think yard work is done, I got the last of the Baseball Pennants in the other day, so decorating is almost done. Just humming along, I do have a little ISUE with Chase Mortgage, nothing that a few SCREAMING phone calls won't solve. Then almost time for a liver follow up and have the foot doctor look at my big tow nail. Almost done with the entertainment for the SOREE too!! CHOW MOI!!

    "    Coming down your marble hall, well he's pouncing like proud black panther, well you can say I, I told you so, well don't you listen for the ...... ......, play it easy as you go    "    Good day to ya!, I got the delivery of my bull rock yesterday morning, cool! Then had the helping family come by last night and spread it into the drainage ditches. A little more chaos than normal with the family yesterday, but they got about 95% done. Coming back tonight to finish it!! And it is looking GREAT! What a nice look to the driveway now. It just LOOKS like a driveway, and I got great water drainage too. Glad that is about over. I am tapped out money and emotions wise. It has been hard to stay back and let the family do the work, so many times I wanted to jump in and help direct etc. But, I stayed back and it has come out great. I got to mow for the first time with the red lava rock down and it worked out great. It will make a big difference after the rock gets wet and packed down a few times. It really sets off the whole yard now. My shoulder is really hurting today, it had quieted down a lot until the mow and outside stuff I did yesterday. But I should have several days to relax and see if I can get it back to normal. The shoulder does seem to be getting better. I am glad for that. Even the littlest thing can set it off. Well a new month, and SOMEONE'S got a birthday coming up, WOW!! Relisted over 250 items on eBay this morning, let's see what sells in August. And best news of all, my oldest and her hubby are back from their three week Europe trip, save and sound!! CHOW MOI!!

    "    Prince or pauper beggar man or thing, play the game with every blow you bring    "    Nice and quiet last couple of days. Did get grocery shopping done yesterday, and watching my 11 year old nephew today. Did have him hang some of my baseball pennants over some furniture that I could not reach. Had him climb up on the stereo center and hang the pennants on the wall. Got 36 of them to hang, have 3 left 'ran out of two-way  tape'. Looks good, it takes up a whole wall and two little ones in my bedroom. Definitely says BASEBALL! Got items on eBay ending in two days, not much in sales this month. Just been a quiet weekend, relaxing and planning my next great adventure! Will start firming up RSVP's to the SOIREE later this week, make sure I get a correct head count for brisket. And, should have bull rock delivered later this week to finish off the drain ditch on the drive way. CHOW MOI!!

Moves like he is 30. Yea, he still has got moves like JAGGER!! I will say that he and the other Stones are by far the soundtrack to my life!! That would be one hell of a movie and soundtrack!!  Just a quiet day resting and staying out of the heat! Got all the red lava rock done. I wish guys would just do their jobs, regardless of how important they may or may not be. Even the most meaningless job has it's moments of importance! I went up and got the rest of the lava rock that I needed. I parked over by the pile, which was right in front of the employee parking spots. I sat for over 20 minutes, then I called the office and asked when I was going to get my rock? A few moments later the machine operator came by, loaded up the rock, just DROPPED it in the truck and took off. Well as I am going down the road it dawns on me that he gave me a FULL yard, all I wanted was a HALF yard. Cool for me?? Except I got no place to put the extra rock! Come on! I know you were just ' making things right ' for me because you forgot I was there. But, That is NOT what I wanted! Just give me my half yard and let me be on my way. Well I managed to use it all, but it was a hassle. Started to search the web for the entertainment feature for the SOIREE. Got some great ideas, now just need to figure out how to accomplish it. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! ' rock looks great '

It really looks great. I thought it would and it does!! Just sets off well against the green house. And makes a nice barrier for me to mow around, much easier now. Glad I got it done. Took a yard and 1/2. I hauled it on my Ranger, made two trips. The last of it will get put down this afternoon. Then will wait a week or so to get bull rock delivered to put in the drain ditch on the right hand side of the driveway. Then I think I am done for this year. I still want to get another load of 3/4 inch crushed rock to put on the hill above the drain ditch to match the left side, and could use a little more in the lower parking area. But, money is short now, so I will wait till next year. Glad we got done what we did.  Re-listed over 260 items on eBay this morning. Sales have been slow this month, hopefully that will turn around next month. Sent out the invites to the SOIREE, got a couple of replies so far. Hoping for a few more. Going to do a brisket this year, should be awesome!! Really need some rest time, have been spending a lot of time out in the heat and it just zaps me. Just walking out and puttering around drains me so much. SO after the rock gets down today, I am going to lay close to my dish for the next several days. Back to regular sleeping after the Tour de France and the British Open ended on Sunday. So glad, I was really getting strung out. CHOW MOI!!

I know that I am spending much more time outside, trying to get little things done. Organizing, rearranging, etc. And stuff is falling in place, and looking very nice. Hope to get the red cinder stone barrier around the house done this week, maybe re-dig the drainage ditch along the right hand side of the driveway. Heck, maybe even get rock in it and decided if I want to get more 3/4 and less rock to put down on the hill behind the ditch??  You know in the above song lyrics it is believed that Mick was at the Chelsea drug store in Minnesota!! They were on tour when Marianna needed some prescriptions. I have read about a guy who was actually in line with Mick at the same time. WOW! I have been thinking long and hard about my next move towards FFC. They are my ex-employer who put me through hell when I was trying to get my COBRA refund back. Them and CONEXIS who was hired by FFC to collect COBRA premiums. I want SOOOOOO badly to fire off one more e-mail and just rip the shit out of the Human Resource Director that was giving me all the problems. He is BY FAR the worst HR Director I have EVER known in over 40 years of working. He was playing little school girl games and just dragging out the whole refund. I know he was dong it on purpose. And CONEXIS, I know for SURE they can't tell " come here from sick 'em "!! But as I went through the events I do remember ONE key fact. I got my check about 8 or 9 days AFTER I sent an e-mail to the President of FFC. I was not holding back anything in that e-mail, and let the President know that I thought FFC was up for fines and penalties because of the way HR handled it. SO maybe ' DAMAGE DONE '. So I think I will just let it go. It is not my job to save FFC from their inefficient HR Director. They will get what they deserve. I know several facts, I got my money back, I do not EVER have to deal with CONEXIS again, FFC is just THAT my FORMER employer who I will never have to deal with again!!  So maybe I am better off, ALTHOUGH it would be RIPE to send the email to Parth (HR) and the blind copy the President. I could tell Parth once again that he "needs to grow a pair". CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! ' out and about '

    "    You move it to the left, and you go for yourself, you move it to the right, yea it takes all night, now take it kinda slow, with a whole lot of soul, don't move it too fast, just make it last    "    Ok well another day of errands, mom to doctors appointment then some shopping. Was feeling kind of low Wednesday, I am not sure if it's a carry over from being out in the heat Tuesday night while they were working on the yard. Hope to get more stuff done tonight as well. Even been doing some clean up/straighten up in the house too. eBay has been slow, after two real GOOD months, ok I can deal with it. Things a little slower during the All-Star break. Cool, not doing well in my Golf fantasy leagues. I know hot weather is coming, so I will be hanging in the cool of the house, maybe some other organization things. My two daughters still remain "out and about" and it is a challenge to stay in touch with them. Have been really enjoying my Kindle Fire HD, it is so easy to read from, just sit back and relax and read a book. Something I have not done very much of in my life, but do really enjoy it now. Starting to get RSVP's for the SOIREE. CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! ' bad bad boy '

I have been a bad, bad, boy, not posting on a regular basis. Spent Saturday getting A LOT of the yard work done. Found someone who can come by and do the work, Dad, Mom, and 4 kids. They REALLY did a GREAT job on the top part of the drive way. Cut down weeds, sucked up leaves, cleaned up the place. Cut back a lot of stuff that was growing out of control. Really looks clean and orderly. They should be back this week to finish the drive way, and then start on cutting a 4 to 6 inch border around the house that I am going to put down landscape fabric and some red cinder rock. Then I will try and find another job or two to do. What a great working family. A little unorganized and kind of all over, but when they were done it was marvelous. And, they only tool about 3 hours. Other than that, not much. I am tracking my daughter and son-in-law as they visit Europe. They are about 9 hours ahead of us now, so it is cool to see what they are visiting. Found some long lost relatives { I hope they are relatives } from England. There is a wing of the British Museum that is called " The Weston Family " and they contributed $62 million Pounds last year to the Museum. WOW could have given the Museum $63 mil and me $1 mil?? CHOW MOI!!

Now I must have a ' title ' before I can post. So I may double up on some lyrics. You just got to guess if it is on purpose, or by mistake?? Well had a liver doctor appointment today, but it got cancelled, doctor is running hour and half to two hours behind. He will call me with my blood results. Got the rest of the yard mowed yesterday, with NO PROBLEMS!! Got the sprinklers straightened out too. It seems that the facet can only supply enough water to two and not three sprinklers. So I will rotate them, no biggie. Then some other miscellaneous things done. I am a little distracted, I have one daughter SOMEWHERE out near the east coast, and the other is SOMEWHERE in Great Britton, I think. WOW, I don't know how I raised world travelers, when I really like just staying home!! But COOL for them, I just hope they bring Daddy back something COOL!?!?!?  HINT!! Anyway, probably do some odd things today and just relax. Maybe, maybe pay some bills. CHOW MOI!!

I have been in the corporate work force for over 40 years, and the Human Resource Director at FFC is BY FAR, the WORST HR guy I have EVER known!! Hands Down!! He likes to play games, telling me I had to come up with PROOF of my premiums, when in fact he had all that information RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM!! And he LIES!! Telling me that a check would be sent out on June the 9th (Sunday). I know for a fact, it does not take 5 WEEKS for mail to go from California to Texas!! JERK!! In one of my first e-mails to him I told him he needed to "grow a pair". He took offence to that. Well JERK OFF, YOU STILL NEED TO " GROW A PAIR". Plus by not following the COBRA guidelines he puts his company at risk of penalties and fines from the D.O.L.. How did I get the money, COME ON!! I know the corporate way. The last thing I did was send an e-mail to HR Director loser's BOSS!! The President of FFC. WOW, let's review. I send e-mail to president, 10 days later I get my refund!?!?!? " GOT CHA!! I will let everything calm down for 10 days or so, then I am going to send a final e-mail to HR loser and I will blind copy the President. I have a few matches left and I want to make sure I burn that bridge to FFC COMPLETLY!!  Well Sears is set to be out today to fix the Riding Mower AGAIN!! Did manage to get ALL the stuff in the shed Sunday and can now park both cars back in the garage! SO COOL!! I am looking around for someone to do some yard work before the SOIREE, may have a lead or two. Even B-B-Q some wings last night, oh SOOOO good. I am in a VERY happy mood, funny how when you WIN your happy. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! ' ramps done '

    "    I was a butcher cutting up meat, my hands were bloody I'm dying on my feet, I was a surgeon 'till I start to shake, I was falling 'till you put on the brakes    "         Well how goes it today? I was able this weekend to get the shed and the ramps done, and everything out of the garage and into the shed. WPW I am amazed how much room is now in the garage. And I still got room in the shed. Very cool. Both cars back in the garage where they belong and plenty of room. Looks very good, managed to get some of the yard cleaned up too. Now just got to find a helping hand to do some of the other yard work that needs done. I am really tired tonight. Yesterday was a trip to THREE different stores. WOW but go tit all done. So I will chill tomorrow, got stuff ending of eBay a couple of other things to do inside and take advantage of the COOL! Not much else going on, about time to send out the OFFICAL INVITATION to the ANNUAL SOIREE!! And then get a firm head count so I can start planning on the meat and extras. Should be a great time. HI ALL!! ' hair cut '

    "    Fracking deep for oil but there's nothing in the sump, there's kids all picking at the garbage dump, I'm running out of water so I better prime the pump, I'm trying to stay sober but I end up drunk    "     Well how was the 4th? I spent it at my sister's place, kids running around, adult beverages, brauts, burgers, cake. You know all the goodies!! Home and watched the fireworks show over Lake Union, and then the fire at the boat storage place. WOW  Moving slow today, doctors trip for my 6 month follow up for hypertension. I am on drugs and they control everything well, but I guess the Doc just missed me. Ran errands on the 3rd, blood draw and hair cut, back to a buzz cut ' 4 ' !! WOW I still think it is really short. SO I hope to be back out in the yard tomorrow and get the shed ramps done, and then maybe see if everything fits in the shed. SO I can get the 2nd car in the garage. Also, spent the 3rd taking care of a little computer virus I got from Rolling Stone Mag web site. Not sure how I got it, I have been to that web site lots of times. It was 'generic29' and took me most of the day to get rid of. But I was successful and everything is running great now. Had to uninstall and reinstall a couple of programs, but ok. Well felling a little ' low ' today after eating everything in site yesterday. So much for my calorie count diet. I was WAY over the limit yesterday. And I can feel it, sluggish and just not on top of my game today. I have begin getting info for the entertainment portion of the SOIREE. Good times ahead I feel. CHOW MOI!!

HEY ALL!! ' when is later '

    "    What will I do with out you , they say that life goes on, I'm feeling sorry for myself, I can't believe your gone, .... I can feel your tongue on mine, silky smooth like wine, I'm living with these memories, that's all that's left of you and me    "   Well wrong time, wrong day. I took the garbage to the dump, listening to " THE COLLECTION ". I had hand picked some songs starting in 1962 and going forward. A lot of the songs I remember very well form my youth. Well I hit a group of Stones songs. And one came up that reminded me of SOMEONE. Then I started to think about her, next thing I know I am getting pissed off. I had text her about 2 weeks ago, her reply "I'll call you later". TWO WEEKS, when is LATER???? Then I remembered a conversation I had with another one of her "ex's". about 11 years ago. We OF COURSE compared notes and said our thoughts about her. We both got predictions right, but it looks like his is MORE right than mine. And I remember thinking about that when we were talking. WOW. So I just got more pissed. Came home and sent her a message. "When is later? If you want me to be GONE, just so so!!" Then I thought . WHY WAIT ON HER?? It's time to 'be gone NOW'. I just can't believe I was wrong about her. She has managed to just keep me stringing along for 11 years. And I am the only one she did that too. So I kept thinking, I was going to be right. Any way the song today best describes my feelings. Also today I broke the riding mower AGAIN!! Same problem, it won't cut grass. I got about half the yard done, then NOTHING!! That must have put me in my current frame of mind. It was 2 weeks ago that it broke for the first time too. WOW. Did manage to get the sprinklers out, and cleaned up more of the yard, and the aforementioned dump trip.  OK I will just hang on and see what happens. but I know it's time to move on!! CHOW MOI!!

HI ALL!! ' new way of posting '

    "    Hey baby what's in your eyes, I saw them flashing like airplane lights, you fill my cup  babe  that's for sure, I must come back for a little more    "      Yea, Yea, Yea, I know, but yesterday was a really nice relaxing day. I have been going out in the morning and trying to get a few things done. Then chill in the afternoon when it gets to be over 90 degrees. I have got all the pieces to hook up a water supply for Mom to use on the deck. One that she doesn't have to go around back of the house to turn on and off every time she wants to water.  And I am trying to decide on putting out the sprinklers. Should I mow one more time first, or just put them out and bring them back in when I mow again? I should have gotten an underground sprinkler system put in when we first moved in. But, I didn't. Now I put out the sprinklers to water, and then have to pull them back in when I mow, then put back out to water. I do have them set up on an automatic watering system, so that is cool. They go off about 1:00 AM every morning. Did make a trip to the hardware store and get a couple of things for the yard. I think I am done buying for the yard this year now. If I didn't get it, well it will have to wait. Still trying to find some trusted reliable help to do some work around the yard. No luck yet, but we are still looking. I am half way thinking about taking another week off from the COBRA grind. Maybe give those fools another week to get their stuff in line. I keep thinking that FFC {my former} will get an idea and get the money to CONEXIS {the premium collector}. I am counting on previous experience here. In the past if I was just all over someone about collecting money, I found if you went silent for a while they let their guard down, and then it was more fruitful when you did take up the cause again. So I am thinking the same thing here. That ol'   " outta sight, outta mind " thing. We are in line for another hot one today. OH JOY!! I still like mid-60's with a light breeze off the water. HEY ALL!!      "    If you 're baby treats you wrong, don't run around being blue, remember my friend, everyone can't win, 'cuz you know sometime, sometime you got to lose    "        WOW It's a HOT one today!! Went out and got all the boxes off the floor of the shed and put up on shelves, then took some time and lined up the mower and the ramps to get in the shed. Made paint marks on the floor of the shed where the ramps go, and then marked on the ground where I need to put the blocks for the ramps to sit on. The door to the shed is 48" wide, the mower deck is 46" wide with the grass guard pulled up!! It's like 50" with the grass guard down. So I have to make sure I am RIGHT ON each time I pull into the shed. Did a couple of other little things too, but just got TOO HOT for me to stay out there. Even went and sat down on the front porch with the water fall going in the shade, and it was too warm to stay out there for very long. And, the weather man says it will be warmer the next 3 or 4 days. Well I got to get a couple of yard things done, so I will just do a little each day till finished. I guess it's time to put out the sprinklers too?!?! Been a relaxing week, I got my first ' book ' on my Kindle and have been reading it a little. Am starting to learn more and more on how to use the Kindle, I think it will be very cool once I get all learn-ed on it. Well no contact about COBRA this week. I guess I start stirring the pot and see what floats to the top next week. Did get paperwork signed and back for the modification. So that is done, for now. I really thought I had rattled enough sabers to get the COBRA done, but NOOOOO. Time to rattle some more. CHOW MOI!!
