HEY ALL!! Lions, Tigers, and TRACFONE, OH MY!!

    "    I know I dreamed you a sin and a lie, I have my freedom but I don't have much time, faith has been broken tears must be cried, let's do some living after love dies    "    Well I had to come VENT!!  But first off, I just watched Alicia Keys video of the above song reference, no she did NOT write it, it was written probably BEFORE She was born. And I must say, she does a GREAT soulful version, I was really impressed with it!!  OK NOW BACK TO VENT!!  What is TRACFONE's problem!! ANYONE,  ANYONE,  BUELLER,  BUELLER ??? So I decide to drop Verizon and go with Tracfone, cheaper and I have NOT been using the cell very much at all since my disability. I have been paying $60 a month to Verizon and KNEW I could get something cheaper. So I order a phone from Tracfone, I get it, AND it is defective, it will NOT stay turned on. So I call their customer service center and after about 25 minutes they decide to send me a replacement phone. In the meantime I get my old number transferred from Verizon to Tracfone so I can keep it. I have had that number for over 5 years, and don't want to have to send out new text to everyone telling them I have a new number. SO yesterday the replacement phone shows up, I unpack it and charge it. Today I go into the web site and try to transfer my number over to the new phone. Well both phones are showing as ' inactive ' and after about 20 minutes I can not get it to transfer. So I call Tracfone customer service center, WOW. I learn that because BOTH phones were inactive my number has been lost?? I go BALLISTIC!! I mean BIG TIME!! Well I get transferred around 4 TIMES. All the time being told my number is lost, and each time I just lay into Tracfone and tell them how TERRIBLE they are and how could they SCREW up such a SIMPLY process? Well 5 people later and 54 minutes, 24 seconds later one guy tells me [which I could hardly understand his English] That they will send me a new SIM card that I will have to put in, and then I need to call them back at that time and they can get my old number onto the phone. Well we shall see!! I REALLY have my doubts. I was about to cancel several times, but each time I remembered that I have already bought an in car charger, a USB cord, a mini SD card, AND a windshield holder JUST FOR THAT MAKE OF PHONE. SO I bit my tongue and just hammered them about how they could 'lose' my number. WOW, I now wait to see if they recovered it. CHOW MOI!!
