HI ALL!! Prudential Insurance customer service is THE WORST

     "    lost all the treasure in an overseas war, it just goes to show you don't get what you paid for, bowing to the rich and you're worrying about the poor, put the feet up on the couch and lock all the doors, what's the funky noise, it's a tightening of the screws, feeling kind of hurt, sitting in the dirt    "    Well the good news first. Back from a doctors follow up visit today. Things seem OK, they did a blood test and I will know more in a couple of days for sure. Went and got the mail on my way home. There was a letter from Prudential Insurance Company. They have reviewed my 'disability wavier of premium' claim, and DENIED IT!! After paying it for OVER a year!! They say I CAN do some kind of work, like a sedentary job. I have NEVER had sedentary job!! They think being a Restaurant Manger or a Finance Manger are sedentary jobs. YEA for about 5 minutes before you got FIRED for sitting on your ass!! Called them. Their decision is final, and oh by the way, you are past due on your December premium!! The letter was dated January 9, 2014, I got it in TODAY's mail!! Have NOT received any kind of bill yet. And I am ALREADY about to lapse on a policy I have been paying on for over 20 years. REALLY!! REALLY!! I can not to even begin to tell you have PISSED OFF I am!! Prudential is the ONLY company that just doesn't get it. I had to tap into the dividends to pay the policy BEFORE it lapsed. And now got to worry about January's premium. I can send a letter questioning their decision. What I don't get is, What has changed?? Nothing on my part has changed, I am as disabled now as I was a year ago. Oh they will get a letter alright, I will spare no words. The insane have taken over the Asylum! Run for cover! CHOW MOI!!
