HEY ALL!! keep on keepin' on

Although things have chilled since the final impeachment vote was done. I see things locally that I ponder as well. On a personal basis things are good. Got my refi done, got new health insurance and all if helping the monthly nut. Still got stuff going on at the condo, the roof, some other things. But I feel I'm on top of what I know, I just don't know what I don't know at this point. Luckily I've got some great board members and some great owners who do let me know things. I still got some penthouse changes to make and need to refurbish my grill so I can be ready for grillin' when the time hits. CHOW MOI!!
