HI ALL!! birthdays and other stuff

Always fun times, getting together for a nice dinner as well. Been selling some baseball cards from the two web sites last week or so. It's good to see things moving out again. Still trying to get plans together for some new flooring in the two bedrooms. Gotta move plenty of 'stuff' and some furniture and will need some help to do that. So trying to find times when help can come. Stuff moving along with the H.O.A., the main roof is finally done. Now they are working on the carports. Have TOO many leaks that have to be repaired. Still have to find the time to rebuild my grill, I got the parts, just gotta get to it. CHOW MOI!!
